"Vanderpump Villa" star Marciano Brunette is making moves to get his hands on unaired 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' footage ... to help prove his case against cast member Demi Engemann and the production company that made the show.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Marciano is fighting the effort of Jeff Jenkins Productions -- the producers behind 'Mormon Wives' -- to have his defamation lawsuit thrown out of court.

Marciano said he's been asking producers to fork over the unaired show footage related to Demi's allegations of sexual assault. In addition, he wants to see the producers' internal communications about the sexual assault narrative and its editorial decisions.

Marciano insists there's no way his lawsuit should be kicked out on summary judgment before he has a chance to see all the evidence the producers have in their possession, which might be relevant to proving his case.

A rainy-day excuse from JPMorgan Chase exec Lorna Hajdini turned into something way more loaded -- at least according to new details in the bombshell lawsuit filed by a former employee.

According to the complaint, obtained by TMZ and formally entered Monday on the docket, the ex-JPMorgan banker -- identified as John Doe -- points to a pair of May 2024 exchanges he claims set everything in motion.

He says, after he declined drinks because of the weather, Lorna, his supervisor, pivoted ... inviting him into her Uber and allegedly dropping a one-liner: "Come with me ... I don’t like the rain, but I do like getting wet."

He claims that wasn't the first time she hit him with a "wet" reference ... alleging the harassment started when they began working together earlier that month -- and Hajdini made her first move on him.

Jamila Adams took the stand minutes ago in a Massachusetts courtroom ... where she detailed her timeline with the NFL superstar.

Controversial streamer Clavicular has been sued for battery, fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress and more ... TMZ has learned. A lawyer for Clav adamantly denies the claims.

Influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza is dragging Clavicular [real name: Braden Peters] to court for allegedly promising to promote her career back in 2025 ... claiming he instead took advantage of her, had sex with her while she was under 18, and injected her face with drugs.

According to a new lawsuit filed in Florida and obtained by TMZ, Mendoza first met Clavicular -- real name Braden Eric Peters -- when she was 16 years old. She says he paid her $1,000 to film videos for him in May 2025 and said he wanted her to be the female face for "looksmaxxing" ... the practice of doing anything to enhance one's physical appearance.

Justin Baldoni's lawyers say he and the other defendants in Blake Lively's lawsuit can't be held responsible for her businesses going belly up ... because she's not a marvelous mogul.

A Las Vegas jury found Nathan Chasing Horse guilty of 13 of 21 charges he faced in January following an 11-day trial on Friday. He was originally arrested for the crimes by a SWAT team in 2023 and was booked in the Clark County Jail for child abuse or neglect, sex assault, sex assault against a child and sex trafficking of an adult.

Chasing Horse was accused of using his influence in the Native American community to take advantage of his victims. He was convicted of 10 counts of sexual assault of a minor under 16, 1 count of open/gross lewdness, 1 count of sexual assault, and 1 count of possession of visual presentation depicting sexual conduct of a child, local outlet KTNV reported.

Joseph Duggar's wife Kendra is back in court over her own criminal case ... and she just scored a major legal win after getting a no-contact order lifted.

According to new court docs obtained by TMZ, Kendra's attorney, Travis W. Story, filed an entry of appearance on her behalf last week and entered a not guilty plea to charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and false imprisonment.

Her legal team also asked the court to dissolve a no-contact order that had been put in place on March 20 ... arguing the alleged victims wanted contact with Kendra restored, that she had complied with all conditions of the order, and that continued restrictions were preventing important third-party evaluations tied to the case.

He said Nicki called him into her dressing room at a Detroit show. Brandon alleged that Nicki became enraged with him.

"Are you f***ing crazy having him pick up my prescription? You have lost your f***ing mind and if my husband were here, he would knock out your f***ing teeth," Brandon said Nicki told him backstage. "You're a dead man walking. You just f***ed up your whole life and you will never be anyone, I'll make sure of it."

The Lonely Island member Jorma Taccone is looking back at his "Saturday Night Live" days ... and calling out the one guest host who made him seriously uncomfortable ... Kevin Spacey.

Taccone spilled it on the "Obsessed" podcast, saying there was one person he "wasn't super geeked on" -- before finally naming Spacey -- admitting he'd never said it out loud before.
