New police video TMZ Sports has obtained shows Richard Sherman was agitated with cops during the night of his arrest last year.

The footage was captured on a Washington State Patrol squad car camera back on February 24, 2024 ... after Sherman was allegedly caught speeding and swerving while in his Tesla on a Maple Valley, Wash. roadway.

In the clip, you can see multiple cops arrive on the scene after Sherman had been pulled over and allegedly admitted to having "two margaritas" before getting behind the wheel.

Mark Sanchez's former partner and mother of his son is breaking her silence following the ex-NFL quarterback's recent criminal charges ... and she's making it clear her priority is their child.

Model Bobby T -- whose real name is Erin Campaneris -- shares 8-year-old Daniel with Sanchez ... and released a statement on Instagram Sunday, saying she's aware of the "serious criminal charges" facing her son's father but remains focused on shielding Daniel from the fallout.

"My foremost priority has always been, and remains, our eight-year-old son," she wrote, adding that she had initially chosen to stay silent "to protect Daniel." But now that the case is public, she says her concern for his safety "hasn’t changed."

Exclusive video from FOX59/CBS4 shows the former NFL star walking into the Marion County Community Justice Campus Sunday morning wearing a sling on his arm. He was formally booked. His mugshot shows him appearing alert but subdued after being released from medical care.

Sanchez told the outlet he's just grateful to be alive -- thanking first responders and the medical team who treated him after the violent altercation. He says the surgeon who operated on him saved his life. He added he's focused on recovery and healing slowly.

The former QB had been hospitalized since October 4 after being accused of attacking a 69-year-old man in a hotel alley in downtown Indianapolis. The truck driver was reportedly driving a cooking oil recycling collection truck and reports indicate Mark was allegedly upset about the truck backing into the alley.

Luigi Mangione is trying to poke more holes in his federal death penalty case ... filing a new motion attacking the charge that could end his life if he's convicted of it.

Mangione and his attorneys -- Karen Friedman Agnifilo, Jacob Kaplan, and Marc Agnifilo -- are asking the judge to toss count 3 of his 4-count federal indictment -- murder through use of a firearm -- which carries a maximum sentence of death or life in prison.

Federal prosecutors indicted Luigi in 2024, accusing him of fatally shooting UnitedHealthCare CEO Brian Thompson on the street in Midtown Manhattan. New York state prosecutors have also charged Luigi with murdering Thompson, as well as other serious offenses.

1:15 PM PT -- Bravo has paused the series premiere of "Wife Swap: The Real Housewives Edition" ... the Osefos were slated to appear in the first episode, Variety reports. The premiere is pushed back a week following the Osefos' arrests, from Oct. 14 to Oct. 21.

12:03 PM PT -- A rep for Wendy tells TMZ ... “Dr. Wendy Osefo and her husband, Edward Osefo, are back home safely with their family and in good spirits. They are grateful for the outpouring of concern and support from friends, fans, and colleagues."

"The Osefos, alongside their legal team, look forward to their day in court. At this time, they respectfully ask for privacy as they focus on their family and the legal process ahead.”

Dr. Wendy Osefo and her husband Eddie have been booked on criminal fraud charges, TMZ has learned.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, "The Real Housewives of Potomac" star is facing 16 charges -- including 7 felonies, for allegedly making false/misleading info fraud in excess of $300. She's also facing one misdemeanor count of making a false statement to an officer.

The couple was booked Thursday night in Westminster, Maryland.

Here's the deal ... police say the couple reported a burglary in April last year ... the couple claimed they found their bedroom ransacked after returning from a trip to Jamaica. We told you about that incident at the time.

TMZ has obtained exclusive 911 audio from the sh---y situation in which a caller reports there's a naked man in a restroom at a public park who had "been there all day and won't leave."

TMZ has learned sheriff's deputies showed up and found him fully clothed ... they initially gave the guy -- identified as Walter Frymire -- a break, escorting him out of the Winter Haven park with just a warning ... but later, Frymire allegedly trespassed again.

Two people were arrested at a Canadian ostrich farm as they desperately continued to protest the mandated slaughter of 400 ostriches.

Local news outlets report officials with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) arrived at the British Columbia farm Tuesday to begin preparations for the cull ordered due to an avian flu outbreak nearly 1 year ago. Protesters lined up at the farm, calling the mandate inhumane and unnecessary.

Universal Ostrich Farms farmers Katie Pasitney and her mother, Karen Espersen, were arrested for refusing to leave the ostrich pen as CFIA officials got to work.
