Marcellus Wiley denies poking his estranged wife's cheek during their alleged altercation ... and now he's claiming he has a witness who will back him up.

The former NFL star filed a motion to modify his bond conditions earlier this week ... in which he says, "The only other witness to the alleged 'cheek poke' did not in fact witness any physical altercation nor touch."

He also mentions in the documents that the current bond conditions prohibiting contact with his minor children will prevent him from providing adequate childcare. He says his estranged wife, Annemarie Wiley, works outside the home four or five days a week and obviously cannot look after the kids during those times.

Dwyane Wade's eldest child, Zaire Wade, has been charged with a felony related to domestic violence after his recent arrest.

Zaire faces one felony charge, according to NBC4 in Los Angeles ... though he was booked on 3 different charges when he was arrested last month in Burbank.

As we told you ... Zaire was taken into custody last month after cops were called to a Burbank home around 5:30 AM on June 21 after receiving a call about a woman screaming. Cops say they found Zaire and a woman with lacerations all over her face.

Marcellus Wiley Sued Bank Claims He Didn't Pay Back $500K Loan

Marcellus Wiley had a different legal issue facing him before he was arrested for domestic violence ... a bank sued him for allegedly failing to pay back a half-million-dollar loan.

According to the suit -- filed back in December 2025 -- Marcellus and his company, "Dat Dude Entertainment," took out a loan from Preferred Bank in May 2023 with the promise of paying it all back after one year.

The bank says it never got the money -- or any of the accrued interest payments it says it's owed ... despite agreeing to give Marcellus several extensions until December 2025 to pay it back.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Annemarie gradually lost touch with her former castmates after exiting the Bravo series in 2024. She joined the show as Kyle Richards' friend and neighbor and also shared a friendly rapport with Erika Jayne during her lone season, though she often clashed with Sutton Stracke and Crystal Kung Minkoff.

We're told there hasn't been communication between Annemarie and her former 'RHOBH' castmates since her departure.

Sean Strickland is issuing a mea culpa to Dustin Poirier ... in a wild 180 that no one saw coming, with the UFC champ eating crow for doubting whether the retired fighter was actually battling depression before his recent viral arrest.

Stricland said, "I spoke to Dustin and he is legitimately messed up by his actions," Strickland wrote on social media. "I thought he was just doing PR clean up tbh.. I guess not everyone is a POS like me lol."

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum Annemarie Wiley’s husband, Marcellus Wiley, was ordered not to come near her after he was arrested for domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Florida judge entered a no-contact order barring Marcellus from contacting Annemarie or coming within 500 feet of her or the home.

The order also instructs Marcellus not to reach out to his wife on social media or have any third party send her messages.

Former NFL star Marcellus Wiley allegedly got physical with his wife Annemarie before his domestic violence arrest over the July 4 weekend -- she told cops he poked her in the cheek and threatened to kill her ... this according to the arrest affidavit.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ ... Marcellus and Annemarie were inside a hotel room in Orlando, Florida, on Saturday afternoon when things went awry and the former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star called police to report a battery.

When officers arrived at the World Marriott, they say Annemarie told them she wanted her husband removed from their room because she was afraid of him after he threatened to take her life. The docs say their three children were also in the room along with other kids, all of whom were at the hotel to attend a basketball tournament.

Former NFL star and longtime sportscaster Marcellus Wiley was arrested in Florida over the holiday weekend, TMZ Sports has learned.

According to jail records obtained by TMZ Sports, Wiley was booked into the Orange County Jail on July 4 on a charge of domestic battery.

The 51-year-old remained listed in the jail system following the arrest. According to custody records, he is being held without bond. Details surrounding the alleged incident that led to the charge and who was involved were not immediately available.

Nebraska Cornhuskers running back Mekhi Nelson was arrested in Florida after an alleged altercation with his pregnant girlfriend ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The redshirt sophomore was taken into custody around noon at the Blue Flamingo Resort Key West and transported to a nearby jail and booked for misdemeanor battery.

According to the police report, officers responded to a call for a disturbance at 11:39 AM. Once they got to Nelson's room, cops say he answered the door and stated he was in an argument with the mother of his children.

In the docs, Nelson claimed the two were bickering over how another man -- who also fathered a child with his girlfriend -- was speaking to her ... and told cops he had anger problems that "seemed to flare up" when he addressed how the other guy was acting.

U.S. track star Alvin Harrison -- who won a gold medal at the Summer Olympics in Atlanta in 1996 -- was arrested in Los Angeles Monday night for driving under the influence, TMZ Sports has learned.

We're told Burbank PD officers stopped Harrison, 52, shortly before 11 PM after observing him rolling through a Stop sign.

During the stop, officers believed the former sprinter was under the influence, so he was arrested for DUI.

Bode Miller just skied right past a criminal case ... because prosecutors are dumping all charges against him.

Attorney Jeromy Stafford tells TMZ that Fremont County Prosecutor Lindsey Blake has agreed to dismiss the misdemeanor drug possession and paraphernalia charges that stemmed from Miller's June 6 arrest following a traffic stop in Idaho.

Prosecutor Blake tells TMZ ... "I can confirm our office is dismissing the misdemeanor charges against Mr. Miller. Although the deputy had sufficient probable cause to arrest Mr. Miller at the beginning of June, we recently received information which resulted in our office determining it is in the interest of justice to dismiss Mr. Miller's misdemeanor charges. I will not be discussing the specifics of this recent information due to it being related to another active case."

Terrion Arnold is spending the weekend in jail -- and potentially a whole lot longer -- the Lions cornerback just made his first court appearance, and the judge ordered the 23-year-old to be held without bond.

Arnold, wearing a green anti-suicide vest, stood before a Hillsborough County (FL) judge Thursday afternoon, where he's facing eight felony charges -- four counts of kidnapping and four counts of armed robbery -- going back to an alleged February 4th incident in Tampa.

Authorities say the former Alabama star coordinated and directed the robbery of three men at an Airbnb.
