CNN Headline News anchor Nancy Grace delivered twins Lucy Elizabeth and John David on Sunday -- almost three months early. Grace's physician made the decision to induce labor as Grace had developed pulmonary edema, a swelling and/or fluid accumulation in the lungs.

A rep for the talker said, "Her physician determined it would be best for Nancy, and for the twins, to deliver them [early]." The babies were teeny-weeny; son John David weighed in at 5 lbs., 1 oz. and daughter Lucy Elizabeth was a scant 2 lbs., 15 oz.

Isn't that how most moms do it, except without the help?

Cate Blanchett is pregnant with her third child, the actress told the Sydney Morning Herald.

On the red carpet for the premiere of her new movie, "Elizabeth: The Golden Age," the native Aussie actually gave a straight answer when asked if she was preggers. What a novel concept!

"Yes, I am," she told the paper. "It's early days yet. It's due in April."

Cate and her husband, writer/director Andrew Upton, already have two sons: Dashiell John, 5, and Roman Robert, 3.

A simple statement goes a long way (ahem, J.Lo and Xtina).

Cindy's spies are clearly a little slow with the tips, as Nicole hasn't been in NYC since September 5 for Fashion Week -- and that was nearly two months ago!

J.Lo and Mac Anthony performed at the Staples Center in Los Angeles last night. Two TMZ staffers were in attendance and reported that not only was La Lopez looking a little heavy (The Muumuu Tour!), but Marc dedicated the Journey song "Faithfully" to his wife.

Anthony cried during the song, saying it now held "special significance" to him. The line from the song that drew the loudest cheers from the crowd was, "They say that the road ain't no place to start a family." So touching. *sniff*

"View" fans take note: you've got less than a month with your beloved Elisabeth Hasselbeck before she goes on extended pregnancy leave.

The blonde conserva-mom -- who already has a daughter with former football-playing hubby Tim Hasselbeck -- is preggo with her second child, and Hasselbeck's spokesperson says Lizzy will be taking leave starting November 8 or 9. Who's Whoopi going to argue with now?

To satiate your Hasselbeck desires, "The View" will have a series of celeb co-hosts in her place.

Fashion clown Lauryn Hill is with child -- again. Hill, who has four children with Bob Marley's son Rohan, is now pregnant with their fifth child. Rohan has seven children in all -- just four shy of his dad's eleven kids. Keep at it!

Hill and Marley have had an on-again-off-again relationship -- and it looks like it's currently off. According to website Young, Black and Fabulous, Marley is now living in Ethiopia, and his MySpace page lists him as single. Ladies, he's on the market!

TMZ caught the 7-months-pregnant former "Soprano" leaving Nikki Beach last night, showing off her huge baby belly with rambling boyfriend Shooter Jennings -- at 2:30 AM.

She's due to pop in December, and bar hopping will be replaced by late night feedings and diaper duty. Fughetaboudit!

Nolte and longtime partner, Clytie Lane welcomed the unnamed baby girl on October 3 in Los Angeles. Talk about under the radar! We didn't even know he had a girlfriend she was pregnant!

The newborn weighed in at 7 pounds, 13 ounces, the actor's rep told the AP.
