Teresa Giudice's daughter, Milania Giudice, was throwing candles and food during a wild outburst that ended with her being arrested for assault ... according to her sister.

TMZ has learned police in New Jersey say it was Milania's older sister, Gabriella Giudice, who called the cops on her ... saying she was acting erratically.

No weapons or injuries were reported.

Denise Richards is asking a judge to make sure her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, promises not to leak her financial records before she's forced to turn them over in their nasty court battle ... TMZ has learned.

The "Wild Things" star filed new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, claiming Aaron has spread all sorts of private information about her to the media in the wake of their split.

Denise says Aaron wants her to turn over bank statements and information about her pay for "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" ... but she insists much of that information is subject to confidentiality agreements with production companies, and she wants to make sure a protective order is in place before she sends them over.

Tom Sandoval didn't just open his home to ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson ... he also allegedly supported her and her dad financially for more than a year while they lived with him ... but sources close to Victoria adamantly dispute that account.

Sources close to Tom tell TMZ ... in October 2024, Tom invited Victoria and her dad, Will Robinson, along with their four cats, to move into his home.

We're told Will first moved into the Valley Village home Tom previously shared with ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix before the group later relocated as Tom worked to sell the property.

Amanda Batula is officially leaving the Hamptons behind ... 'cause TMZ has learned the longtime "Summer House" star will not be returning for Season 11.

Sources connected to the series tell TMZ ... Amanda is not expected to be part of the cast when production gets underway on the July 4 holiday weekend.

Like any reality show, there's still a chance Amanda could drop in at some point during the season in a group setting ... but as of now, she won't be returning as a full-time cast member.

Tom Sandoval was at his breaking point in his relationship with Victoria Lee Robinson when he shoved her dad into a lit fire pit ... at least that's what a source is saying.

A source familiar with the situation tells TMZ ... the footage of Tom pushing his ex's dad, Will, was taken out of context. We're told, "It captures only a fraction of an incident that followed months of physical and psychological abuse by Victoria and her father."

Our source insists Tom "has never physically harmed" Victoria, and had never gotten physical with her father before that night.

3:26 PM PT -- Good news for Tom Sandoval ... Will Robinson's TRO has been denied until the court hearing. The court states it needs more information at a hearing before issuing an order.

Tom Sandoval isn't the only one with battle scars ... his ex-girlfriend's father says he was also brutalized the night of their violent showdown, so he's trying to get his restraining order against Tom.

Victoria Lee Robinson's dad, Will, filed a restraining order, and according to the docs ... Will's back got seriously jacked up during the June 3 fight at the Hollywood Hills rental home where all three of them had been living.

We broke the story ... video shows Sandoval getting in Victoria's face, then Will grabs Tom, and then Tom shoves Will into a lit fire pit. Now, Will says he suffered a ruptured disc in his back, broke his thumb and elbow, and cut his heel during that confrontation.

Tom Sandoval and his girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson are clearly not in a good place ... because the reality star just filed for a restraining order against the model after she was arrested ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Tom claims he was verbally and physically abused by Victoria after a night of drinking ... the final straw in their rocky relationship in which he says he was often mistreated.

He claims he was having a verbal argument with Victoria when he noticed she was filming him. He said this led to her dad becoming aggressive ... and Tom says he locked himself in a guest bedroom for protection, but her dad "punched a large hole" and then put his face in the hole, smiled -- a la "The Shining" -- and said he'd f**k up Tom.

If that wasn't enough, Tom claims Victoria followed up by hitting him in the face and head so hard his vision blurred.

Dorit Kemsley isn't letting Boy George's public criticism get under her skin ... brushing off his Father's Day outrage by suggesting he's simply being dramatic.

We got "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star out Wednesday and asked her about Boy George blasting what many assumed was a Father's Day dig aimed at her estranged husband, PK Kemsley.
