Things might be a bit unwell in Alex Cooper's world ... she and her husband, Matt Kaplan, reportedly skipped an all-hands meeting at their company Unwell following recent gripes about his behavior, employee turnover, and more.
Unwell's chief marketing officer, T.J. Marchetti, hosted the meeting and "discussed the continued expansion of the company’s leadership team as well as plans to grow the business" ... but nothing about Kaplan's behavior, Bloomberg reports. Marchetti did reportedly acknowledge the employee turnover, but seemed optimistic, reportedly assuring staff their employee departure rate is lower than other startups.
TMZ has reached out to Alex's rep for comment ... so far, no word back.
The ball is in Jill Zarin's pickleball court ... because a lawsuit has just been filed against her and her boyfriend, Gary Brody.
Noah Springer is suing Zarin, Brody and GNG Enterprises ... with Springer claiming he invested $500K back in 2022 in exchange for a 25% share of a company called Pickle Pro Labs, LLC. He says he was promised a monthly salary of $5K while he and the company developed a machine called the Go-No-Go.

Hogan’s estate filed an objection to a huge, eight-figure claim from a company called Carma HoldCo Inc., after they claimed the legendary wrestler screwed them over in a massive beer deal.
Carma HoldCo -- a celebrity branding company -- says Hulk's “Real American Beer” was actually their idea ... but they were ultimately cut out of the lucrative deal by a couple of former employees who went directly to Hogan.
The company filed the claim on January 20 … accusing the estate of breach of contract.
But Hulk's estate isn't going down without a fight.
Alan S. Gassman, the attorney representing the estate, formally objected to the claim ... according to court records filed on Friday.
