Kendra Duggar is reportedly cutting ties with her own family ... as the legal storm surrounding her and husband Joseph Duggar keeps getting uglier.

According to Us Weekly ... Kendra has stopped communicating with her parents, Paul and Christina Caldwell, while the fallout from Joseph's criminal case continues to ripple through both families.

The outlet reports the Caldwells have already moved out of their home, placed their belongings in storage and are now weighing a possible move out of state. The insider says the family has been under enormous stress ever since Joseph's arrest ... especially after Kendra allegedly cut them off.

Influencer Gabbie Gonzalez's estranged husband appears to be celebrating her arrest for an alleged conspiracy to kill the father of her child, and her former nanny/roommate is also a key witnesses in the case.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, McKenzie Ferry and Cody Clayburn are witnesses who spoke to cops investigating the case ... and told them boy band singer Jack Avery was the target.

A source with direct knowledge tells us ... McKenzie is the former live-in nanny for Gabbie ... and she first alerted authorities to the alleged murder-for-hire plot back in 2021.

We've obtained the booking photo of Eminem's ex-wife, taken last week ... which features Scott, arms crossed, with a smile on her face. Tattoos on the side of her neck and on her wrist are clearly visible in the pic.

Her hair is bleached blonde -- perhaps not quite as light as The Real Slim Shady's ... but certainly reminiscent of her ex-husband's iconic look.

Joseph Duggar Cleared by Judge to Grill Child Abuse Investigators

Joseph Duggar scored a big win in his Florida criminal case ... because a judge signed off on letting his legal team grill the investigators involved in the child abuse probe.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Florida judge ruled Monday that Duggar's attorneys can depose witnesses tied to the investigation -- including reps from the Department of Children & Families, the Child Protection Team and the Children's Advocacy Center -- even though many of those records are typically protected by confidentiality laws.

The order also forces agencies involved in the case to turn over evidence the prosecution could use at trial ... including videos, audio recordings, reports and physical evidence. Duggar's defense team will now be allowed to view, examine, and copy that material that may be used by prosecutors before the case heads to trial.

'Street Outlaws' Daddy Dave Allegedly Caught On Video Planting Tracking Device

We told you last week "Street Outlaws" star Daddy Dave was caught on video allegedly planting a GPS device under someone's vehicle -- and now we have the footage of the alleged crime.

TMZ obtained security cam video showing what purports to be Dave -- dressed in all black with a hoodie over his head -- walking down a street in Bath, New York, on the night of May 12.

In the video, the suspect squats next to the parked vehicle and then reaches beneath the undercarriage, presumably to attach the tracking device.

Bath Village Police Chief Donald Lewis tells us ... the man seen in the video appears to be Daddy Dave, whose real name is David Comstock. According to a police press release, Dave placed the tracking device under the vehicle while being recorded on video.

But Daddy Dave tells TMZ ... "It's not me. You guys are barking up the wrong tree." 

Chud The Builder Woman Loses Bid For Restraining Order ... Over Alleged Harassment

A woman was shut down in her effort to obtain a restraining order against streamer Chud the Builder, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a woman named Yashmine Shauntea West filed a petition for a protective order against Chud in November 2025.

Yashmine claimed that Chud -- legal name Dalton Eatherly -- had committed "racial violent behavior." She said he "exposed me on social media ... has created a harassment following."

The "Looksmaxxing" streamer appeared in Miami on Friday morning ... where he reached a deal in the case tied to the viral Everglades livestream incident.

Under the resolution, we're told the case will come off his record in 6 months if he stays out of trouble, completes a firearm safety course and finishes 20 hours of community service.

Bath Village Police Chief Donald Lewis tells TMZ ... the street racer -- real name David Comstock -- was arrested Wednesday morning in Upstate New York and booked into the Steuben County jail on two misdemeanors -- stalking and criminal tampering.

Lewis said the trouble began late Tuesday night when the victim called police saying that someone tampered with his vehicle.

Prosecutors will get the chance to see Tiger Woods' prescription drug records, a judge has ruled.

In a hearing at Martin County Circuit Court in Florida on Tuesday, the judge granted the state's request to subpoena records of Tiger's meds as part of their DUI investigation.

The judge gave prosecutors permission to access his prescription records on file at Lewis Pharmacy in Palm Beach ... following his arrest in Florida earlier this year.
