A friend of A-Rod's tells the NY Daily News Cyn dropped $100k on her vacay in the City of Lights, going to the best spas and eating at all the best restaurants.

When this divorce is over, $100,000 will be the least of what Alex has to fork over.

Even at 50, Madonna doesn't have time for dalliances. Cynthia Rodriguez's attorney Earle Lilly told us last night A-Rod and Madge had been together as recently as this weekend, hanging together at a Kabbalah event. Not so says Liz Rosenberg, Madonna's uber-publicist.

Rosenberg says not only is the story totally untrue, but also adds, "Madonna is in a studio rehearsing and I assume Mr. Rodriguez has some baseball games to play."

And just so you're clear, she told us, "To reiterate, Madonna has officially stated that she is not at all romantically involved with Alex Rodriguez. I would appreciate if your reporting would reflect that reality."

Lilly said Alex's "infidelity" was the "last straw."

Well-placed sources tell us the Ritchies plan to officially split in November or December -- after the Mrs.' upcoming "Sticky and Sweet" world tour. Why? Big bucks. The concerts are expected to earn close to $300 mil worldwide, and they've decided to ear mark that to provide for their three children's future.

In the documents, filed today in Miami, Cynthia says she's exhausted every effort to salvage the marriage. Alex has "emotionally abandoned" his wife, leaving her with no choice but to divorce him.

She says the marriage is "irretrievably broken" because of Alex's "extra-marital affairs and other marital misconduct." Note she said affairs -- plural.

She's seeking primary custody of the couple's two girls, Ella and Natasha, as well as child support to "maintain the existing lifestyle of the children." That includes life and health insurance and private school.

Cynthia says her man, a "prominent athlete" with "substantial earning power," has the "fiscal capacity to continue his high style of living" but she does not -- hence she's asking for alimony. She is asking to keep their $12 million, six-bedroom estate in Coral Gables, Fla. (and everything in it), as well as her sweet ride -- a Maybach.

She's also asking A-Rod to pay off their debt, as well as her attorney's fees.

The papers mention that a prenup was signed before the couple married in November 2002. Earle Lilly, one of Cynthia's lawyers, told TMZ last night it's too early to know if they will challenge the prenup. A lot is on the line, because A-Rod is reportedly set to rake in $445 mil over the course of his career.

Cynthia Rodriguez's lawyer tells TMZ, "A-Rod may be an All-Star baseball player, but he's flunked the All-Star team as far as marriage is concerned."

Earle Lilly is repping Cynthia in the divorce case, which will be launched tomorrow when she files legal papers in Miami. Lilly claims Alex Rodriguez, who's already banked more than $250 mil, and Madonna have been having an affair "and are still together." He says they were together after his game yesterday and together today as well.

Lilly says, "We're not gonna lose this case." He acknowledges a prenup exists but it's "too early" to decide if he'll challenge it. He says there will be a "huge settlement" in the case but "not hundreds of millions of dollars." Lilly says A-Rod's estate is "vast ... beyond what anyone knows."

He says, "Cynthia is tremendously traumatized and devastated," adding the legal papers he'll file tomorrow will claim she's the victim of "emotional abandonment." Lilly says A-Rod has seen his six-week-old baby "once, maybe twice, but that's it." He says there's no question -- when the ink is dry she will be the primary custodial parent.

Madonna will not be specifically named in the divorce papers. Lilly says infidelity is a "major cause" for the divorce, but not because of any one allegation. Rather, he says, there were a series of dalliances and "Madonna was the last straw."

Cynthia Rodriguez has hired Houston lawyer Earle Lilly to finally end her rocky marriage with A-Rod, according to WABC in New York. Earle said Cynthia will file suit tomorrow morning in Dade County Fla. Family Court, and that A-Rod's "relationship with Madonna was the final straw for Mrs. Rodriguez."

Madonna has denied having a fling with Mr. Anti-October.

The proceedings have started -- order in the court! -- and we hear it could get juicy on Day One because Diana Bianchi, aka the new L.I. Lolita, will be testifying.

But we know this: Guy sure brought a lot of baggage to NYC with him, and he's shacking up at the house of the Material Mama.

TMZ has obtain court documents, dated June 13, granting the two a divorce. Bill's been ordered to pay child support, Jennifer will have custody of their four kids and gets to keep their two houses.

Just last month, Jennifer filed for divorce alleging, among other things, that hubby Bill was a sex addict who beat her up. A month later, the two are officially kaput.

Cook -- the estranged hubby of Christie Brinkley -- wanted their divorce battle to be closed to the media, but a judge ruled that the press could sit in the courtroom. Brinkley, for her part, is alleging that Petey liked Internet porn and tried to get her to go to swingers' clubs.
