Troy Aikman is officially a single man ... and has been for months ... after a judge quietly signed off on his divorce back in April ... TMZ has learned.

Back in January, Troy and Rhonda Aikman announced they had separated after ten years of marriage ... but TMZ has uncovered official public records, signed by Troy, in which the Dallas Cowboys legend states that an "agreed final decree of divorce" has been issued and it lists April 12, 2011 as the day the marriage was legally terminated.

Troy and Rhonda have 2 kids together -- and back in January, they released a joint statement saying, "We remain deeply committed to our children ... during this period of adjustment"

Just a few months before the two separated, Troy and Rhonda were already divvying up the family assets. TMZ obtained official documents which show Rhonda gave up her stake in the family mansion in Dallas last November. It's unclear if she got any compensation for taking her name off the deed ... but just a few months later, she purchased a home, also in Dallas, for roughly $1.5 mil.

TMZ called Aikman's rep for comment -- so far, no response.

Aikman shouldn't struggle too much on the dating circuit -- after all, he looks like this now ...

"American Idol" champ Ruben Studdard has filed for divorce, TMZ has learned.

The Velvet Teddy Bear (who won Season 2 back in 2003) filed the papers in Alabama ... citing -- what else -- "irreconcilable differences."

Ruben and his wife Surata Zuri McCants tied the knot in 2008. They have no kids.

A rep for Studdard tells us, “Ruben and Zuri have gone their separate ways.”

Actor Joel Moore -- who played scientist Norm Spellman in "Avatar" -- has filed for divorce, TMZ has learned.

Moore -- also famous for his robot scene in "Grandma's Boy" (below) -- filed papers in L.A. County Superior Court, citing the boilerplate "irreconcilable differences."

Moore and his wife -- Kineret Karen Ben Yishay Moore (Jewish?) -- married on New Year's Day in 2009 and separated this June. They have no children.

Kris Humphries has lawyered up for his divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Kris is using his Minnesota attorney -- Lee Hutton -- to end his marriage to Kim Kardashian. Hutton reps a lot of sports stars and doesn't do much in the way of divorce. But that's OK, because this divorce will be easy as pie.

Sources connected with Kris and Kim tell us ... there are NO conflicts over who gets what, largely because of the prenup. BTW, Hutton repped Kris when the prenup was negotiated.

We're told -- barring something unforeseen -- the divorce will become final 6 months from the date Kim filed. That's the minimum time required by law.

Holly Marie Combs -- who starred as the good witch Piper Halliwell on "Charmed" -- has filed for divorce from her husband of 7 years ... the actress confirms with TMZ.

Combs married David Donoho back in 2004 -- after meeting the guy on the set of "Charmed." David was a key grip on the show.

Combs -- who now stars on the ABC Family show "Pretty Little Liars" -- cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. We're told the relationship has been rocky for "quite a while."

The couple has three young children together -- we're told Combs has requested joint custody.

As far as a prenup is concerned -- we're told they don't have one ... which could be a costly move for Combs.

Kim Kardashian is not reconciling with Kris Humphries, and the divorce is full steam ahead ... this according to sources with first-hand knowledge of the situation.

We're told even though Kim is somewhat conflicted, she knows divorce is the right thing to do, and the purpose of the trip to Minnesota last weekend was to create face-to-face closure.

Sources say Kris' Minnesota lawyer is handling the divorce for him.

And, we're told, there are "no conflicts" over the terms of the divorce.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries threw a Hail Mary Sunday ... to see if they could save their marriage -- and after a four-hour meeting with their pastor, sources close to the couple tell TMZ a reconciliation is "up in the air."

According to our sources, the meeting with Pastor Joel Johnson went well as they talked through lots of issues. We're told the two expressed respect and love for each other ... but both acknowledged a lot is wrong with their relationship.

Our sources say Kris was "ecstatic" Kim made the trip to Minnesota and he truly thinks he can win her back.

As for Kim .... she's unsure if she even wants to give it another go ... but for now, she's willing to keep talking.

One day after Kim Kardashian flew to Minnesota to talk things out with estranged husband Kris Humphries, she arrived at LAX last night looking ... like she'd been talking things out with an estranged husband.

Kim was also seen boarding the plane in Minnesota (below), where she clung to a giant pillow as she got ready for the late flight home.

Kim Kardashian was seen making a phone call outside the home of Kris Humphries this afternoon in Chanhassen, MN.

As TMZ first reported, Kim flew in to Minnesota last night to talk to Kris face-to-face ... but no reconciliation is expected.

Kris was spotted leaving the home later in the day.

Kim Kardashian has gone into lockdown, sources close to KK tell TMZ, and she went to great lengths yesterday at LAX to conceal her true location.

Kim's airport arrival caused mass hysteria among the paparazzi (see below). According to our sources, the paps trailed Kim from the airport -- but little did they know ... Kim pulled a switcheroo, switching cars mid-ride, and disappearing to a secret hideout.

We're told Kim will be staying indoors until she begins filming on the Tyler Perry movie "Marriage Counselor." That means Kim will be missing her mother's birthday dinner ... and brother-in-law Lamar Odom's birthday dinner as well.

Our sources say the attention surrounding her because of the divorce is too much for her ... and she's laying low until it dies down.

We're told only her family and a few close friends know where she is.

There will be no two-part Kardashian divorce special on E! ... this according to sources who tell us Kim did NOT want cameras to document the private, emotional moments behind her divorce.

Sources close to the family tell TMZ ... Kim will not be shooting any footage for "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" until the beginning of next year ... and is insisting she does not want to exploit the "real" moments behind the divorce on TV.

We're told Kim will most likely acknowledge the split when filming picks up again -- but all of the behind the scenes crying, fighting and other divorce-related stuff will not air on the show.

Kim Kardashian hasn't spoken a word to Kris Humphries since she filed for divorce, despite reports to the contrary -- this according to sources close to the couple.

Sources close to KK tell TMZ ... the two have been giving each other nothing but the silent treatment since Kim filed divorce papers on Monday ... despite multiple reports they've been communicating regularly.

According to sources, the couple made a mutual decision not to communicate -- at least for the time being. We're told any immediate communication will be handled through their reps.

As for other break-up logistics, like getting each other's stuff back -- we're told there really aren't any ... neither Kim nor Kris ever officially moved into the other's home ... so the split was pretty clean.

TMZ spoke to Kim's mom Kris Jenner earlier today in L.A. -- and she tells us, she hasn't spoken to Kris either since the split.

Kris Humphries released some of his post-split aggression all over some weights at a gym in Minnesota yesterday ... leaving the place without his wedding ring.

Kim Kardashian wrote an emotional email to her extended family members early Monday morning -- giving them a head's up that she was filing for divorce ... and apologizing for "jumping the gun."

TMZ has learned ... Kim emailed several people on her father's side of the family in the hours before she filed the documents with the court ... saying, "I would rather you hear it from me than someone else or the news."

In the letter, Kim explains, "I know this seems crazy ... I've spent the last few months struggling with my marriage."

"Kris is a great guy but we come from such different worlds and he isn't what I thought when we 1st met."

"I'm embarrassed that I took everyone on this journey with me and had this huge wedding. But I have to be happy, so I have to let this relationship go. "

Kim Kardashian is telling friends ... she is so "distraught" over the divorce and torrent of publicity that followed, she's bailing on her Australian appearances and returning to the US of A.

Kim is moaning to friends, The Melbourne Cup appearance -- a Thoroughbred horse race -- is the first time she's ever missed work, but she says she just can't handle it.

The die was cast in the Kim Kardashian/Kris Humphries marriage during the prenup negotiations -- which were marked by bickering, pettiness, and even contempt ... sources connected with the former couple tell TMZ.

Our sources say ... the prenup was negotiated during the summer. Kim, Kris, and their lawyers had multiple meetings in various configurations. We're told both Kim and Kris were sniping at each other during the talks, each complaining -- sometimes bitterly -- about the way the other was treating them.

One of the big sticking points -- how much of a cut Kris would get from all the wedding-generated moolah.

As one person familiar with the situation tells TMZ ... "It was really apparent then ... this marriage wasn't going to last, and even they could see it wasn't a good idea."

In the end, Kim pretty much got her way. Their assets stayed separate, Kris got a limited cut of the wedding money, and they lived happily ever after.
