Chris Brown is not happy about being ordered to pay a woman nearly $13 million over his dog attacking her ... and officially plans on asking for the verdict to be tossed and a new trial set.

That's right -- the singer filed a notice in Los Angeles Friday, which was obtained by TMZ, to declare he and his company, Black Pyramid LLC, officially plan to ask for a new trial after the judgment entered on July 16.

We told you all about the case -- a Los Angeles jury decided earlier this month CB was liable for his 200-pound Caucasian shepherd named Hades viciously mauling his housekeeper Maria Avila while she was emptying trash in his Tarzana, California home on December 12, 2020. They ordered him to pay $12.9 million in damages.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the sprawling 9,219-square-foot property went under contract on Friday -- meaning they've found a buyer and accepted an offer ... but there are still some conditions that need to be met before the sale can go through.

The reality star said PK is the one who failed to pay the bills after promising to do so. She said PK moved out of their marital home in May 2024 … and agreed to pay the mortgage and other expenses in lieu of paying formal child support.

She said she only learned the mortgage wasn't being paid when foreclosure notices started coming in.

8:00 AM PT -- Officials say Eric Bieniemy and Mia Bieniemy's son, Elijah, was arrested and charged with malicious wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, and discharge of a firearm inside of a dwelling as a result of the shooting.

Mia sustained multiple gunshot wounds, according to the release.

The wife of Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy was shot at their home in Virginia ... and is currently being treated for "serious injuries."

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said officers arrived at the Bieniemy residence in Ashburn, Virginia, around 7:30 PM. Sources told ESPN 57-year-old Mia Bieniemy was hospitalized as a result of the shooting.

Officials confirmed a person was receiving medical care ... but did not reveal the individual's identity.
