Mike 'Boogie' Malin is in hot water -- again -- this time, for hitting up Los Angeles pharmacies and allegedly leaving without paying for a bunch of stuff ... TMZ has learned.

The Burbank Police Department tells TMZ ... the '"Big Brother" season 7 alum was arrested on January 29 after officers were dispatched to multiple CVS Pharmacy locations in the San Fernando Valley regarding shoplifting incidents.

Law enforcement sources tell us an employee from the first CVS told cops he confronted Malin outside the store and told him he needed to pay for the items he'd stolen. Malin went back into the store with the items, placed them on the ground, and departed the premises in his vehicle.

Casey Anthony is only embarking on her new career as a legal advocate for two reasons -- money and fame ... so says the judge from her notorious 2011 murder trial.

Retired Judge Belvin Perry Jr., who presided over Casey's child-murder trial, tells TMZ ... Casey, for starters, is craving attention after being out of the spotlight for a while.

Perry also says Casey wants to make some cold hard cash ... that's why she's asking her fans to pay $10 a month or $100 a year to subscribe to her Substack, which offers to help people with legal issues.

Rapper G$ Lil Ronnie and his 5-year-old daughter were shot to death Monday in Texas -- and dramatic video shows how part of the murder went down.

Police say the violence erupted at 10:45 AM yesterday at a car wash in the Fort Worth suburb of Forest Hill, where Ronnie and his daughter, R'Mani, were seated inside his stationary car getting washed by machines.

Suddenly, cops say 2 men jumped out of a white 4-door Kia and walked up to Ronnie's vehicle with guns drawn, pumping bullets into the hip hop artist and his little girl.

The Jane Doe who sued Jay-Z and Diddy for allegedly raping her when she was a 13-year-old girl doubled down on her claims in new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... and she says HOV is trying to bully her into saying her accusations are bogus.

In the docs, the woman claims she was recently approached outside her home and cornered by two people who told her they were investigators working for one of Jay's lawyers.

Casey Anthony has a new gig -- she’s now a self-proclaimed "legal advocate" and is promoting her role on her brand-new TikTok account.

The formerly acquitted defendant -- who was on trial for murder in 2011 for her daughter Caylee Marie Anthony's death -- explained that after being thrust into the legal spotlight, she’s turned what many saw as a curse into a blessing. She says her new goal is to give people a voice and the right tools when they find themselves in a sticky legal situation.

Casey used the video to reintroduce herself, saying she’d only be posting professionally, limited to legal matters, and that her drive to be a legal warrior really kicked off after seeing people she knows personally who were targeted and attacked recently. She doesn't specify, but she mentions being a proponent for the LGBTQ community and for women's rights.

Marshmello has felt "Happier" than he does right now ... 'cause cops say thieves broke into his Los Angeles home earlier this week.

We're told Marshmello's security came to his crib Thursday afternoon and found the house ransacked ... and when they watched the security system video, they saw the hit went down Tuesday.

Mulan Hernandez is calling B.S. on Stefon Diggs' bombshell lawsuit ... claiming the NFL star's allegations made against her are nothing more than an attempt to get in front of the truth.

The TV personality released a statement on the matter on Thursday ... saying, "On June 7th I was assaulted from behind by Stefon Diggs at our residence an incident that resulted in a concussion."

June 7 is the same day Diggs claims Hernandez showed up at his residence and assaulted him, damaged his property and threatened to ruin his career ... although he denied ever touching her outside of self-defense.

The man pardoned by President Donald Trump for his January 6 crimes was caught on camera threatening to shoot himself after getting into a heated altercation with a sheriff's deputy who ended up firing several rounds, killing the man.

Check out the video ... the incident went down on January 26 when Matthew Huttle was pulled over by a deputy in Jasper County, Indiana, for going 70 MPH in a 55 MPH zone, according to law enforcement.

The Jasper County Sheriff's deputy gets out of his patrol vehicle and approaches Huttle, who emerges from his SUV. The deputy explains to Huttle that he's a "habitual traffic violator with a suspended license" and is going to be arrested after his speeding infraction.

Connecticut cannibal Tyree Smith is scaring the family of his murder victim, Angel Gonzalez, after Smith was granted a conditional release from a high-security hospital -- and Gonzalez's relatives are so freaked out they're applying for a protective order.

TMZ just interviewed Angel's sister-in-law Talitha Frazier, who says Gonzalez's daughter is so terrified of her father's killer, she's hoping a judge will quickly sign off on the restraining order, barring Smith from returning to Bridgeport, CT -- where the brutal slaying occurred in 2011.

As we reported, Smith was accused of hacking Gonzalez to death in a vacant building and eating a portion of his brain, along with his eyeball. Smith was found not guilty by reason of insanity and sentenced to 60 years in a maximum-security forensic hospital.

Karen Huger will serve a year in prison after being found guilty of DUI ... TMZ has confirmed.

"The Real Housewives of Potomac" star was in a Maryland court Wednesday, where she was sentenced to two years in prison, with a year suspended ... meaning she'll only actually serve a year maximum.

The State's Attorney's Office tells TMZ ... Karen will pay $2,900 in fines. She cannot drive at all for a year after her release. She also received 5 years of supervised probation upon release with interlock (once she’s allowed to drive again). If there are no violations it becomes unsupervised after 3 years.

Marshall pass rusher Mike Green -- a projected first-rounder in the upcoming NFL Draft -- just revealed he's been the subject of two sexual assault allegations, but the football star adamantly denies he did anything wrong.

The defensive end met with media at the NFL Combine on Wednesday ... and disclosed why he was dismissed from Virginia in September 2022, before he ultimately joined the MU football team.

Green said the reason, which was never public until today, was that he was accused of SA ... making clear he's "done nothing wrong."

MMA fighter Sean Loeffler has been charged with sexual abuse and more in Lincoln County, Oregon ... nearly a year after he pleaded guilty to domestic violence-related charges and was given a two-year prison sentence.

Documents obtained by TMZ from Lincoln County Circuit Court show Loeffler has been formally charged with sexual abuse in the first and second degrees, plus two counts of unlawful sexual penetration in the first degree.

The indictment sets a wildly uncomfortable picture, alleging the female victim "was incapable of consent by reason of mental incapacitation or physical helplessness" and was subject to the professional coach and trainer touching her vaginal area, as well as performing oral sex on her.

TMZ Sports has obtained body cam footage of Carson Beck and Hanna Cavinder's interaction with cops after two cars were jacked from the quarterback's home ... with the college sports stars calmly breaking down what happened.

Miami-Dade police officers arrived at Beck's home around 7:30 AM on Thursday, Feb. 20 ... after receiving a call about three vehicles being moved from the property.

Once on the scene, a Miami Hurricanes football staffer greeted the cops ... introducing Beck as "our quarterback."

1:48 PM PT -- In Charles Dion McDowell's Georgia arrest warrant, obtained by TMZ ... McDowell is accused of sending sexually explicit videos of a woman, without her consent, to the woman's 13-year-old son, her 16-year-old daughter, the woman's mother, and another person via cell phone and laptop computers on multiple occasions.

Charles Dion McDowell -- better known as the notorious "Wide Neck" perpetrator on the Internet -- has run afoul of the law once again … and this time the charges are way more serious -- he's been accused of sending naked images to a minor … TMZ has learned.

McDowell was taken into police custody on February 19 and charged with multiple felonies, including felony transmission of video/photo of nudity without consent, as well as electronically furnishing obscene material to a minor, and making harassing phone calls, according to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office in Georgia.

McDowell posed for a mug shot showing off his famous neck, which is the size of a tree trunk.

The Baltimore Ravens are breaking their silence on the sexual misconduct allegations leveled against Justin Tucker ... with the team's General Manager sailing the number of claims against their star kicker "serious and concerning."

Eric DeCosta met with reporters Tuesday morning ahead of the NFL Combine ... where they peppered him with questions on the JT situation -- in light of 16 masseuses coming forward to claim Tucker was inappropriate with them over the years.

"We're fortunate the league is doing an investigation," DeCosta said. "We'll wait as patiently as we can for as much information as we can, and we'll make our decisions based on that."
