Mike 'Boogie' Malin is in hot water -- again -- this time, for hitting up Los Angeles pharmacies and allegedly leaving without paying for a bunch of stuff ... TMZ has learned.

The Burbank Police Department tells TMZ ... the '"Big Brother" season 7 alum was arrested on January 29 after officers were dispatched to multiple CVS Pharmacy locations in the San Fernando Valley regarding shoplifting incidents.

Law enforcement sources tell us an employee from the first CVS told cops he confronted Malin outside the store and told him he needed to pay for the items he'd stolen. Malin went back into the store with the items, placed them on the ground, and departed the premises in his vehicle.

Rapper G$ Lil Ronnie and his 5-year-old daughter were shot to death Monday in Texas -- and dramatic video shows how part of the murder went down.

Police say the violence erupted at 10:45 AM yesterday at a car wash in the Fort Worth suburb of Forest Hill, where Ronnie and his daughter, R'Mani, were seated inside his stationary car getting washed by machines.

Suddenly, cops say 2 men jumped out of a white 4-door Kia and walked up to Ronnie's vehicle with guns drawn, pumping bullets into the hip hop artist and his little girl.

Casey Anthony has a new gig -- she’s now a self-proclaimed "legal advocate" and is promoting her role on her brand-new TikTok account.

The formerly acquitted defendant -- who was on trial for murder in 2011 for her daughter Caylee Marie Anthony's death -- explained that after being thrust into the legal spotlight, she’s turned what many saw as a curse into a blessing. She says her new goal is to give people a voice and the right tools when they find themselves in a sticky legal situation.

Casey used the video to reintroduce herself, saying she’d only be posting professionally, limited to legal matters, and that her drive to be a legal warrior really kicked off after seeing people she knows personally who were targeted and attacked recently. She doesn't specify, but she mentions being a proponent for the LGBTQ community and for women's rights.

The man pardoned by President Donald Trump for his January 6 crimes was caught on camera threatening to shoot himself after getting into a heated altercation with a sheriff's deputy who ended up firing several rounds, killing the man.

Check out the video ... the incident went down on January 26 when Matthew Huttle was pulled over by a deputy in Jasper County, Indiana, for going 70 MPH in a 55 MPH zone, according to law enforcement.

The Jasper County Sheriff's deputy gets out of his patrol vehicle and approaches Huttle, who emerges from his SUV. The deputy explains to Huttle that he's a "habitual traffic violator with a suspended license" and is going to be arrested after his speeding infraction.

Connecticut cannibal Tyree Smith is scaring the family of his murder victim, Angel Gonzalez, after Smith was granted a conditional release from a high-security hospital -- and Gonzalez's relatives are so freaked out they're applying for a protective order.

TMZ just interviewed Angel's sister-in-law Talitha Frazier, who says Gonzalez's daughter is so terrified of her father's killer, she's hoping a judge will quickly sign off on the restraining order, barring Smith from returning to Bridgeport, CT -- where the brutal slaying occurred in 2011.

As we reported, Smith was accused of hacking Gonzalez to death in a vacant building and eating a portion of his brain, along with his eyeball. Smith was found not guilty by reason of insanity and sentenced to 60 years in a maximum-security forensic hospital.

MMA fighter Sean Loeffler has been charged with sexual abuse and more in Lincoln County, Oregon ... nearly a year after he pleaded guilty to domestic violence-related charges and was given a two-year prison sentence.

Documents obtained by TMZ from Lincoln County Circuit Court show Loeffler has been formally charged with sexual abuse in the first and second degrees, plus two counts of unlawful sexual penetration in the first degree.

The indictment sets a wildly uncomfortable picture, alleging the female victim "was incapable of consent by reason of mental incapacitation or physical helplessness" and was subject to the professional coach and trainer touching her vaginal area, as well as performing oral sex on her.

1:48 PM PT -- In Charles Dion McDowell's Georgia arrest warrant, obtained by TMZ ... McDowell is accused of sending sexually explicit videos of a woman, without her consent, to the woman's 13-year-old son, her 16-year-old daughter, the woman's mother, and another person via cell phone and laptop computers on multiple occasions.

Charles Dion McDowell -- better known as the notorious "Wide Neck" perpetrator on the Internet -- has run afoul of the law once again … and this time the charges are way more serious -- he's been accused of sending naked images to a minor … TMZ has learned.

McDowell was taken into police custody on February 19 and charged with multiple felonies, including felony transmission of video/photo of nudity without consent, as well as electronically furnishing obscene material to a minor, and making harassing phone calls, according to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office in Georgia.

McDowell posed for a mug shot showing off his famous neck, which is the size of a tree trunk.

The Baltimore Ravens are breaking their silence on the sexual misconduct allegations leveled against Justin Tucker ... with the team's General Manager sailing the number of claims against their star kicker "serious and concerning."

Eric DeCosta met with reporters Tuesday morning ahead of the NFL Combine ... where they peppered him with questions on the JT situation -- in light of 16 masseuses coming forward to claim Tucker was inappropriate with them over the years.

"We're fortunate the league is doing an investigation," DeCosta said. "We'll wait as patiently as we can for as much information as we can, and we'll make our decisions based on that."
