The 14-year-old incest victim who was allegedly impregnated by her father may have run over their baby with a vehicle and killed "Baby Angelita" ... according to authorities.

During a press conference on Thursday, county and federal law enforcement revealed they believe the girl delivered Baby Angelita in a California strawberry field on the side of the road where the 14-year-old mother worked as a laborer. They believe she then may have run the baby over with a car in August.

Authorities say evidence at the scene seems to indicate the baby was hit by a sedan.

Former "Real Housewives of Potomac" star Mia Thornton is facing jail time after being hit with a felony charge stemming from her 2025 arrest for allegedly stealing furniture ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the Fulton County District Attorney filed a felony theft by taking charge against the reality star.

The docs claim Mia and an associate, Jared McGriff, stole furniture and a TV worth at least $5K but less than $25K on October 28, 2025 ... a couple weeks before she was arrested.

The alleged crime apparently went down while they were moving out of a furnished condo in the middle of the night.

Christa Pike is going through some major psychological trauma after surviving her botched execution ... this according to her legal team.

TMZ obtained a statement from Pike's lawyers -- Randy Spivey, Kelly Gleason, Stephen Ferrell and Luke Ihnen -- who say her physical health is improving ... but the ordeal has taken a psychological toll.

The lawyers say she's eating a regular diet and her lungs are clear, but added ... "While her physical recovery has been remarkable, significant questions remain about the long-term effects of what she endured."

Charles Manson family killer Patricia Krenwinkel is on the doorstep of freedom after being recommended for parole in California ... but Governor Gavin Newsom could still step in and keep her locked up.

Krenwinkel, who was among the Manson family members convicted in the Tate-LaBianca murders in 1969, was granted parole on a preliminary basis Tuesday ... according to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

It's the third time 78-year-old Krenwinkel has been approved for parole ... Newsom used his power to prevent her release the previous two times ... and it will be interesting to see if he does so again or if the third time's the charm for Krenwinkel.

Texas has carried out an execution days after Tennessee inmate Christa Pike survived two doses of lethal injection ... with the condemned killer's final words directed at his victim's family.

Jamaal Howard was pronounced dead Wednesday night at a Texas prison after receiving a dose of pentobarbital ... the same drug used during Pike's botched execution last week.

Howard was convicted of fatally shooting convenience store clerk Vickie Swartout during a 2000 robbery in Texas. Surveillance video showed Howard shooting Swartout in the chest before stealing $114 and a carton of cigarettes.

Before the execution, Howard apologized to Swartout's family, who watched from a viewing room near the death chamber.

Christa Pike woke up Tuesday asking, "Where am I and who are you?" ... just hours after her attorneys say they believed she was brain-dead and would be taken off life support.

Her lawyers revealed the stunning turn Wednesday, saying Pike is now conscious and talking -- but she's angry, confused and still trying to understand what happened to her.

They say Pike has pneumonia and a blood clot in one arm, can't move either arm and still can't eat because she can't swallow. Her attorneys say they don't know how much function she'll regain.

The swelling is also severe -- one attorney compared her hands and arms to an inflated surgical glove -- and she's still shackled at the feet and on her right arm.

A Tennessee judge has ordered evidence from Christa Pike's botched execution to be preserved ... as her attorneys fight over what happens next.

Pike's legal team was back in court Wednesday morning for a status conference tied to an emergency motion filed after the failed execution.

Her legal team also revealed Pike is still shackled and handcuffed to her hospital bed ... even though medical staff have asked for the restraints to be removed.

As we reported, Tennessee tried to put Pike to death last week, but she survived two doses of the lethal injection drug pentobarbital and was rushed from prison to a Nashville hospital.

A few too many margaritas apparently sent one Indiana woman's day spinning ... literally -- cops say she drunkenly did donuts on a courthouse lawn ... and the wild stunt is on video.

The Jennings County Sheriff's Office says a 67-year-old woman was arrested Monday afternoon after allegedly tearing circles through the grass outside a local courthouse while intoxicated.

Video shows a car doing donuts in the grass ... kicking up a ton of grass and dirt and narrowly missing trees ... all while in reverse.

Deputies say the driver was booked for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, along with several other charges.
