The Feds' raid on Diddy's jail cell has proved to be inconsequential, for now ... as a judge sided with the rapper's defense team after hearing arguments from both sides.

A hearing over the search at MDC Brooklyn was held on Tuesday, after Diddy's defense team accused prosecutors of obtaining privileged material in an unlawful raid on the rap mogul's prison cell.

While the prosecution denied intentionally seizing 19 pages of legal notes, Judge Arun Subramanian ruled they would need to destroy copies of the papers obtained in the search -- saying they should not consult the material until he made a final decision on whether they could be used in the trial.

A TikToker who alleges private investigators showed up at his house to dig for dirt on celebs tied to Diddy's legal drama is speaking to TMZ about the interaction he caught on camera ... making it clear the whole thing has him pretty shaken.

TikToker Samson Crouppen (@samsoncrouppen1) told "TMZ Live" Tuesday he's nervous even talking to us, especially after name-dropping some big celebs in his Diddy videos -- adding he never meant to get tangled up in the disgraced mogul’s mess like this.

Private investigators are allegedly on the hunt to find influencers who know about celebrities entangled in Diddy's criminal and civil cases ... and now the LAPD is involved.

TikTok user Samson Crouppen, aka @samsoncrouppen1, posted a video on his account Monday showing what appears to be 2 private investigators who came to his doorstep in L.A., asking what he knows about celebrities linked to Diddy.

The TikToker seems shocked, questioning why the men showed up at his house. The P.I.s asked if he'd been paid to talk about the Diddy content on his platform, and he replied, "No."

The royal estate where Prince William and Kate Middleton reside with their children faced a burglary back in October ... local police confirm.

Windsor Castle, one of many estates owned by King Charles III, and where William, Kate and their kids have their primary residence, was burglarized last month, with 2 suspects breaking onto the grounds and stealing 2 vehicles.

Thames Valley Police shared with NBC News Monday that a reported burglary occurred "at a property on Crown Estate land" on Sunday, October 13 ... the suspects made their way onto the royal land at 11:45 PM local time.

Adam "Pacman" Jones is telling his side of his recent arrest ... sharing a clip to Instagram he says was taken just before police arrived -- where it appears people inside the hotel called him the n-word.

The former NFL cornerback released a video Sunday morning ... showing what he says is the prelude to his eventual arrest -- starting when a woman clearly yells out the racial slur as Jones and his party are walking out the front of the Loews Arlington Hotel. It's unclear if she was yelling the word at Pacman.

The alleged insurance fraudsters who cops say used a bear suit and damaged several vehicles should've gone to the pros ... 'cause the guy who played the bear that attacks Leonardo DiCaprio in "The Revenant" has notes.

A rep for Diddy tells TMZ Hip Hop ...  "Mr. Combs categorically denies Mr. Barrow’s allegations, including any suggestion that he orchestrated Mr. Barrow to 'take the fall' or 'sacrificed' him by directing witnesses to testify against him. These claims are unequivocally false."

Erik and Lyle Menendez and their legal team are making a full court press for freedom at next month's hearing ... and we've learned their star witnesses are people inside the prison.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the Menendez Brothers lawyer, Mark Geragos, will call six key witnesses to the stand at their Dec. 11 resentencing hearing ... and they all work for the California Department of Corrections.

The witnesses are two correctional officers, one education officer, a prison guard, a correctional lieutenant and another employee from the Dept. of Corrections ... all of whom have crossed paths with Erik and Lyle during their three-plus decades behind bars.

Patrick Mahomes has taken steps to ensure he's not the victim of a home burglary again ... TMZ Sports has learned he's beefed up security at his massive Missouri property.

Our sources with direct knowledge of the situation tell us in the days after Mahomes' Belton mansion was broken into on Oct. 6 ... the Chiefs star heightened safety measures around his home.

Multiple sources with direct knowledge of the situation tell TMZ ... the FBI is assisting the Cass County Sheriff's Office to investigate the Mahomes incident, and joining forces with the Leawood Police Department to probe the Kelce crime.

The FBI getting involved means this is a pretty big deal, and not just because Patrick and Travis are famous athletes.

2:50 PM PT -- Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift didn't take any chances during last month’s break-in at his home. Our sources say Travis and Taylor stayed at a downtown Kansas City hotel on the night of the Oct. 7th burglary, after the Chiefs' "Monday Night Football" showdown with the Saints at Arrowhead Stadium. We're told Taylor and Travis's security wasn't playing around after the break-in.

2:15 PM PT -- TMZ Sports has obtained more information on the Travis Kelce break-in ... with a police report stating his home was broken into around 7:33 PM on Monday, Oct. 7 -- shortly after "Monday Night Football" kicked off.

According to the document, $20,000 in cash was taken ... and his back door was damaged.

Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce's Kansas City-area houses were burglarized last month ... TMZ Sports has learned.

A woman who says she was at what she believes was a Diddy "Freak Off" says there were minors present ... minors surrounded by adults.

Tanea Wallace, an aspiring singer-songwriter, says she was invited to Diddy's party by a Saudi Prince who flew her from L.A. to Miami. She spoke with TMZ as part of our new documentary, "TMZ Presents The Downfall of Diddy: Inside the Freak Offs."

Tanea describes in vivid detail how she observed clusters of people having sex ... many of whom seemed high on drugs or alcohol. Mind you, she says this was at 7 AM ... Tanea says the party had been going all night.

Sofia Jamora is opening up on the abuse she says she suffered at the hands of Jaxson Hayes ... just over a week after TMZ Sports published video showing the Lakers center pushing and spitting on the popular model.

Tampa Bay Rays star Wander Franco has found himself in even more trouble -- the shortstop was reportedly arrested in the Dominican Republic on Monday ... after an altercation in an apartment complex parking lot.

The alleged incident took place in San Juan de la Maguana on Sunday ... and according to ESPN, guns were drawn during the dispute.

Purported footage of the altercation is circulating on social media showing a woman screaming, people running and an unidentified man holding a gun ... although it is unconfirmed if it is in relation to the Franco incident.
