Terrifying moment for Kristin Cavallari -- she revealed she once caught an intruder inside her bedroom while she was sleeping alongside her young son Cam.

The reality star explained on her "Let's Be Honest" podcast ... saying the nightmare occurred during a 2020 family trip to the Bahamas, where they stayed for a month amid pandemic restrictions.

She said one night, they had to call some workers because the house's HVAC unit broke -- noting at the same time, she had her Uncommon James jewelry brand laid out in her closet.

12:05 PM PT -- Madison Police Chief Shon Barnes gave updates to the case this afternoon, and clarified a significant detail about the school shooting.

"Yesterday, after looking at the computer-aided dispatch system, it seems as if a call came from a second-grader -- it actually read, 'The call came from a second-grade teacher.' That was a mistake. That's my responsibility, and I apologize, and I clarify that today. It did not come from a second-grader -- it read 'second-grade teacher.'"

A 15-year-old girl has been identified as the Wisconsin school shooter who killed a student and a teacher and seriously injured several more people.

According to police, Natalie Rupnow died by suicide Monday after going on her terrifying shooting rampage at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, WI, where she was also a student.

Madison Police Chief Shon Barnes announced at last night's press conference that Rupnow — who went by the name Samantha — was the assailant, which came as a total shock because of her age and gender.

Michael Moore says people's anger over America’s healthcare system and for-profit insurance is "1000% justified" following the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

In a Substack essay penned after he was name-dropped in the accused killer Luigi Mangione’s manifesto, Michael said while he doesn’t condone murder, the healthcare system has more "blood on their hands than a thousand 9/11 terrorists."

Michael didn’t stop there -- he made it clear the anger about the broken healthcare system was so justified that he was going to "pour gasoline on that anger."

Luigi Mangione, the suspected killer in the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, was never a client of his alleged victim's company ... this according to the NYPD.

NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny spoke with NBC New York Thursday, where he informed the outlet there's "no indication" LM was ever insured by the medical corporation ... speculating Mangione may've "targeted" UHC for its status as the largest healthcare org in the country.

As Kenny continued, he noted that Mangione "had prior knowledge that the conference was taking place on that date, at that location" -- referring to the New York Hilton Midtown Hotel, where Thompson was fatally shot last week.

Lil Durk's criminal case just got heavier ... the feds say he's too dangerous to be released on bail, pointing to possible links between the Chicago rap star and another alleged murder-for-hire plot.

Durk's legal team has been pushing for bail -- but on Thursday, prosecutors unsealed a warrant from April 2023 that alleges Durk "offer[ed] money for people to kill those responsible for his brother's murder" ... and say this has become his M.O., and may have also led to the January 2022 shooting death of 24-year-old Stephon Mack.

According to the search warrant, Mack was the leader of the Smashville faction of the Gangster Disciples, which the feds say is a rival gang of Durk's OTF's Black Disciples.

According to documents obtained by TMZ ... Mary C. Mangione -- a philanthropist and grandmother of the alleged murderer -- left behind an estate worth at least $30 million to be distributed among her 10 children.

The docs insinuate the number might be much higher than $30 million -- perhaps even north of $100 million, though it doesn't say exactly how much she left behind when she passed in 2023 ... it's all pretty technical.
