Micah Parsons' time with the Cowboys could be done ... the star NFL pass rusher announced he requested a trade out of Dallas, citing Jerry Jones and the organization's unwillingness to negotiate a new contract.

The four-time Pro Bowler dropped a three-page statement on social media, explaining that he initially wanted to remain in Big D, but changed his mind after his agent attempted to discuss a long-term deal with the team on multiple occasions.

Parsons said the team was "radio silent."

Dallas Cowboys star KaVontae Turpin was allegedly hitting speeds near 100 MPH with a gun in his backseat before he was arrested over the weekend, TMZ Sports has learned.

According to an Allen Police Department incident report we obtained, Turpin was pulled over at around 11:49 PM on Saturday in Texas after cops say they clocked him going 97 MPH in a 70 MPH zone in his 2022 Dodge.

During the traffic stop, authorities claim an unholstered 9MM pistol was seen "in plain view" in the back of the wide receiver's ride. Less than two ounces of weed, cops added, were later found in the car's center console.

Remember the Dallas Cowboys cheerleader who went viral for kissing NFL kicker Cade York on TV? They're officially husband and wife now ... and she proved she never takes a day off from performing -- not even on her wedding day!!

Zoe Dale and York -- who last played for the Cincinnati Bengals -- tied the knot in front of family and friends at the beautiful Verona Villa in Frisco, Texas over the 4th of July weekend.

If Drew Pearson were running things down in Dallas, he says that's exactly the way it'd go ... telling TMZ Sports Prime should be the Cowboys' "No. 1 choice" for their vacant head coaching gig after McCarthy's Monday departure.

"I think he's capable," the Hall of Famer said of the Buffaloes' current head man. "There's no question he has the qualifications to do it. He paid his dues. He came through the ranks and he's proven it each step of the way that he knows what he's doing."

1:00 PM PT -- Jerry Jones just confirmed he and Mike McCarthy are going their separate ways ... revealing in a statement Monday afternoon the two sides never even got to the contract negotiation phase in their postseason talks.

"It became mutually clear that it would be better for each of us to head in a different direction," Jones said. "I thank Mike and wish him, his wife Jessica and their family the best."

Jones added a search for the Cowboys' next head coach will begin "immediately."

Mike McCarthy's status as Cowboys head coach is still up in the air ... but ex-NFL star turned Dallas assistant coach Domata Peko tells TMZ Sports it's quite clear what Jerry Jones needs to do -- bring back Coach!

We caught up with the former Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle -- who was hired to work on McCarthy's staff this season -- at LAX this week ... when we asked him about Mike's future in Big D.

"Every time you play a season, you never know who's gonna have a great year [and] who is not gonna have a good year," Peko said. "He's a proven coach, like I said, and a Super Bowl champion, as well. So I don't know anybody out there that could do a better job."

Dallas Cowboys kicker Brandon Aubrey is issuing a "my bad" after nailing a cheerleader with his kick on Sunday ... writing a personal note to the woman and wishing her well following the mishap.

Michelle Siemienowski shared the apology on her Instagram ... one day after she was hit in the head during Aubrey's kickoff in the Cowboys' Week 18 matchup against the Washington Commanders.

The incident went viral, and Aubrey -- a pro soccer player before signing with Dallas in 2023 -- did his best to state the obvious and let Siemienowski it was an accident.

The Dallas Cowboys have to be happy their season is over ... but, there was one more embrassing moment their team had to endure -- 'cause their kicker smashed a ball and hit one of their cheerleaders in the head.

During a second quarter kickoff, Brandon Aubrey -- Dallas' usually sure-footed kicker -- kicked a ball that sailed out of bounds ... already a penalty, which was bad enough.

But, it gets worse ... 'cause the ball careened out of bounds -- and found the back of a cheerleader's head. She falls to the ground, knocked over by the sheer force of the ball, and the people hurry to her check on her.
