Kitson to Monaco: Let's Get Ready to Rumba
So maybe you thought that ol' Kelly Monaco dropped major coin for the dress she wore on at last week's "Dancing With the Stars" finale. Turns out, it's actually trendy Robertson shopping enclave Kitson that'll be paying the price.
Like most stores in L.A., Kitson loans out clothes to freeloader celebs as long as they come back damage-free within 48 hours. We hear the disco diva's peeps arrived at the store in a panic five hours before the finale, desperate to find something for her to wear. Per their agreement, the store loaded them up with $6,500 worth of free dresses.
Little problem: TMZ has learned that her manager returned most -- but not all -- of the clothing a week late, and not only that, the dresses were "completely ruined." Apparently Kel wore another one of the dresses to party it up on her birthday in Vegas. Kitson says the dresses are "filthy and definitely not in sellable condition." Furthermore, they claim Monaco's people have refused to pay for the damaged dresses.
A rep for Kelly did not return our call for comment.

Mario and Karina's Nip Slip Dip
"Dancing with the Stars" real-life couple Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff have two left feet -- when it comes to water sports.
While attempting to pick up Karina in the ocean off Miami Beach, Karina's top, er, dropped. Don't expect to see them on "Synchronized Swimming with the Stars" anytime soon.

Kristi Wins "DWTS" with All the Fix-Ins
In an ending as easy to predict as Star Jones' marriage, Kristi Yamaguchi walked away with the "DWTS" crown last night. Did you honestly think Penn Jillette, Steve Guttenberg or Adam Carolla would win?
When we asked judge Bruno Tonioli if the show was fixed for Kristi, he took us to task for even suggesting it. Uffa!

Taylor to Teammates -- See You in Vegas, Bitches!
If Jason Taylor wants to pretend his football career is as important as his new Hollywood one, he's going to have to try harder.
According to his blog, Taylor says he'll miss the Miami Dolphins' mini-camp in lieu of "some things" he's gotta do in L.A. But a source tells us the baller/dancer is confirmed to show up at Mark Ballas and Derek Hough's joint birthday party in Las Vegas this weekend.
We called Taylor's rep to check if he has any legitimate Hollywood business to take care of this week, but they never got back to us.

Ballas to Dude: Lick Me Baby One More Time!
We were trying to ask Mark Ballas about the whole gay stereotype thing with male dancers, but his manager kept licking his ear and kissing him on the cheek.
But really, what are the odds that all the pros on "DWTS" would be straight? On TMZ TV tonight.....why it's not a coincidence. Check local listings.

Cristian de la Faker?
Cristian de la Fuente has been accused of faking his injury on "Dancing With the Stars" -- and last night's episode might be the proof.
Watch this clip from last night's episode closely -- Cristian's arm brace jumps from his left arm (the one he "injured") to his right. Is it just bad editing (his tattoo is always there)-- or is the soap star doing his best acting job yet?
'DWTS' Gives Free Table Dance to Audience
Shannon Elizabeth should throw another hissy fit -- because Bruno Tonioli should have been voted off this week.
The "DWTS" judge just couldn't let the contestants get all the attention, and decided to hop up on the judge's table during a break for an impromptu dance routine.
The crowd loved it -- the other judges bailed as soon as "the fever" hit Bruno.
De la Fuente de la Sued ... Again
Bad things come in threes if you're Cristian de la Fuente. Example A. Example B. And now C ...
Another lawsuit has surfaced involving "DWTS" Fuente -- this time, a lady name Jasmaine Chatman is claiming the dancer "tampered with (her) vehicle" in early March. She suing him for $5,000 for "damages, storage fees, car rental, lost time at school."
Cristian's rep declined to comment.
Note: Cristian's name is misspelled in the lawsuit, but an amendment was filed earlier this week to correct the mistake.

"DWTS" Hunk on Lawsuit: WTF?
Cristian de la Fuente better call his lawyer -- because he had no idea he was even being sued!
A man filed a lawsuit today claiming Cristian had a car dealership meltdown and ran him over, but Cristian didn't know about the suit -- then told us his insurance took care of it last year.
UPDATE: The lawyer for the guy suing de la Fuente saw this video and told us, "The case is not settled ... Mr. de la Fuente's comments to TMZ today suggest he knows he was at fault. If so, he should instruct his insurance company to properly compensate Mr. Kimura for his injuries."

'Dancing' Conspiracy to Eliminate Elizabeth?
Shannon Elizabeth doesn't think it was her fans or the judges that got her booted off -- but instead blamed her ousting on a "bigger force." And we know what it might be.
We're told the support staff at "DWTS" (think makeup and wardrobe) couldn't stand her diva ways. We're told everyone got worried when Cristian de la Fuente got injured because they figured that meant one more week of Shannon's bitchy attitude.
They were upset to see Derek finally go, but anything to get rid of Shannon.

Cristian de la Fuente Sued: From DWTS to SOB
TMZ has learned Cristian de la Fuente is being sued by a man who claims the injured hoofer ran him over after throwing a hissy fit at a Beverly Hills Porsche dealership.
According to the suit, which will be filed later this morning in L.A. County Superior Court, de la Fuente was at the car place on June 29, 2007, where he parked his car in the service department, blocking other customers.
The lawsuit claims he was asked to move the car, then "in a huff, jumped in his Audi and without looking, hastily put his vehicle into reverse and accelerated into the Plaintiff."
Kazuo Kimura claims he was "knocked to the ground and sustained serious injuries for which surgical intervention has been recommended."
The suit claims de la Fuente "showed no remorse" and "blamed the plaintiff for standing behind his vehicle and then refused to provide his license and insurance information."
The cops came and no citations were issued.
Calls to de la Fuente's rep were not immediately returned.
Injured Dancer Pulling Our Leg?
He showed up in a sling to rehearsals, but Cristian de la Fuente seemed to suggest his injury could be fake.
Of course, he also said his face might be a mask and called Cheryl Burke hot ... so he was likely lying.
