Here's the verdict sheet returned by jurors in Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal criminal trial ... and you can see the check marks for "Not Guilty" on the sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Jurors reached their verdict Wednesday morning last week after a couple days of deliberations ... and they acquitted Diddy on one count of racketeering conspiracy, one count of sex trafficking of Casandra Ventura and one count of sex trafficking of "Jane."

The 12-member jury -- 8 men and 4 women -- only checked "Guilty" on counts 3 and 5 ... which are both transportation for the purpose of prostitution, AKA the Mann Act.

Diddy's legal team is touting their huge victory at the federal criminal trial last week ... while blasting the latest lawsuit against the mogul, claiming he doused a man with his semen after masturbating into a Notorious B.I.G. shirt.

Attorneys for Diddy have now responded to the suit filed Monday by the John Doe plaintiff, who accuses Diddy of ejaculating into the garment and tossing it at him, causing semen to splash on his lap and arm.

The suit comes just days after Diddy was acquitted of racketeering and sex trafficking charges at his federal criminal trial in NYC -- though he was convicted of the lesser charges of transportation to engage in prostitution.

Diddy masturbated into a shirt from the late Notorious B.I.G.'s wardrobe, ejaculated on the garment, and then threw it on another man's lap and arm ... getting semen all over the guy ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The music mogul is being sued by a John Doe who alleges a bunch of sexually deviant dealings with Diddy over the years.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the guy claims around September 2020 he was in a listening session with Diddy for a Biggie Smalls project when he says Diddy pressured him to take ketamine. He claims they went to a warehouse in Los Angeles where Biggie's clothes were in storage and Diddy provided drugs to everyone present. He says folks were running around the warehouse tripping on drugs.

Diddy was feeling the love when he had to go back to prison after a jury acquitted him on three of his five federal charges ... 'cause the cell block gave him a round of applause, his lawyer swears.

Marc Agnifilo spoke with the Associated Press this weekend ... and, he told the outlet Diddy got a hero's welcome back at the federal prison where he's in custody.

Agnifilo claims the inmates "all said: ‘We never get to see anyone who beats the government" -- but, Diddy landed a win in his case ... and, it seems his fellow inmates reveled in it with him.

An alternate juror in the Diddy case says all the evidence about baby oil didn't help the prosecution's case in the end, but he thinks the point was to paint the defendant as a hard-core criminal freak.

George -- he asked us not to use his last name -- was not in the jury deliberation room, but he was front and center for every second of the trial. He noted the defense mocked prosecutors over the baby oil evidence, with Marc Agnifilo sarcastically telling jurors their streets were safer after the feds spent all that time and money seizing 1,000 bottles of baby oil.

As for the freak-off videos, that may have backfired for prosecutors. George says everything he saw -- from Cassie and "Jane" rubbing baby oil over a sex worker to hardcore sex -- looked consensual.

Diddy's baby mama is back with her daughter, Love ... who seems to be doing a whole lot better after battling an illness that made her mom leave NYC just after the verdict was read earlier this week.

Dana Tran stepped out in Los Angeles on Thursday ... getting a workout in near the water wearing a tight black outfit -- and, her little girl joined her for her pre-sweat stretching.

Diddy's former personal chef says she is "traumatized" and "terrified" after he was acquitted of the most serious charges in his federal sex trafficking trial on Wednesday.

Jourdan Atkinson -- who alleges she was both a victim of and witness to Diddy's abuse over the years -- hopped on Instagram following the stunning verdict, noting ... "I do not feel safe. I am extremely traumatized. I do not know where to go from here."

In the video and accompanying caption, Jourdan alleges she was assaulted by the Bad Boy Records founder in 2008 at his New Jersey estate ... and learned he beat Cassie for the first time in 2009. She says she was intimidated into silence ... worrying both of their lives were on the line.

Clayton Howard, one of the male escorts prosecutors say Diddy hired, is dragging Diddy and Cassie to court ... and he says Cassie gave him a sexually transmitted disease and got an abortion after he got her pregnant.

Howard, who says he went by "Dave" when he was hired for freak-offs with Diddy and Cassie, makes the salacious claims in a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

The escort claims he contracted an STD from having sex with Cassie ... and he says he impregnated her and she aborted the pregnancy without telling him  ... and he alleges she then continued having unprotected sex with him.

Lisa Bloom says the jury verdict in the Diddy sex trafficking trial is a gut punch she hasn't felt since O.J. Simpson was acquitted in his murder trial.

The famed attorney, who represents Diddy's sexual assault accuser Dawn Richard, tells TMZ ... this is one of the most disappointing verdicts for victims of sexual assault since The Juice got off.

An alternate juror on Diddy's case has spoken out -- and says he agrees with the surprising verdict confirmed Wednesday that acquitted the musician of the most serious charges the federal government leveraged against him.

The unnamed juror sat down with CNN Thursday ... and he says his 350 pages of "copious" notes led him to agree with the jury that Diddy did not commit any sex trafficking or racketeering crimes.

Remember ... he was only convicted of the 2 lesser charges of transporting prostitutes for sex.

Dana Tran — the mother of Diddy’s youngest daughter — made a beeline for the airport right after the verdict was read Wednesday due to a little family emergency … TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the family tell us Dana hopped on a flight back to Los Angeles to be with their 2-year-old daughter, Love Combs, who’s currently sick with a bad cold.

We’re told Dana had been in NYC to show support to Diddy amid his ongoing legal case, but once she learned their baby was under the weather, she rushed back West to care for her.

Diddy's already spent almost 10 months in jail and he's still in custody pending sentencing ... and his time served will go towards his sentence.

The Diddy trial is mostly in the books after the jury acquitted him of the most serious charges -- racketeering and sex trafficking -- and prosecutors are coming out looking like huge losers.

Diddy was found guilty on two of five counts in his federal trial, which could land him in prison for the next 20 years, and he's not getting out on bail prior to sentencing ... but his team of lawyers are declaring victory.

The music mogul's co-lead attorney Marc Agnifilo said Diddy and the jury system won Wednesday because the jury in his criminal trial found him not guilty of racketeering and sex trafficking.

Agnifilo said RICO and sex trafficking trials are like fighting fire-breathing dragons ... and he says Diddy slayed this dragon. He was only found guilty of lesser charges related to prostitution.

2:55 PM PT -- Diddy's attorney Marc Agnifilo and Judge Arun Subramanian went back and forth after bail was denied ... with Agnifilo arguing Diddy fought back in self-defense during the alleged fight that went down with "Jane" in June 2024.

Agnifilo tried an emotional appeal to the judge ... noting Diddy's kids are in the courtroom -- and, his twin daughters have already lost their mother, Kim Porter. However, the judge wasn't swayed. The hearing on expedited sentencing is set for July 8.

Independence Day did not come early for Sean "Diddy" Combs ... he was hoping for a taste of freedom after spending the past 9 months in a Brooklyn jail ... but he was just denied bail and will remain in custody pending sentencing in his criminal case.

As you know, a jury found Diddy not guilty of the three most serious charges -- two counts of sex trafficking and one of racketeering. They found him guilty on two counts of the Mann Act -- transportation for prostitution across state lines.

The defense immediately asked the judge to have Diddy released on $1 million bail while awaiting sentencing and appeal. Prosecutors argued Diddy qualified as a no-bail convict because of potential violence and flight risk.
