Andy dropped the truth bomb on Tuesday’s "Watch What Happens Live," telling Jax that fans were livid about him having a platform on "The Valley" -- prompting Jax to admit watching himself in previous episodes was mortifying.

Jax said no one should ever endure the way he acted, especially not Brittany. He didn't hesitate in apologizing to her ... but not after acknowledging it had been a rough year for both of them.

Elon Musk just clapped back at rumors and a news report about his alleged drug abuse in a literal p*ssing contest -- yup, he shared a urine test that seems to show he’s squeaky clean.

The Tesla titan dropped his urinary drug test receipt on X Tuesday -- showing he’s negative for everything from cocaine and meth to ketamine and weed. His caption? A casual "lol" ... like it was some sort of ultimate mic-drop moment.

The drug test hasn’t been independently verified.

Cher’s son Elijah Blue Allman had drugs inside his home when cops responded to his apparent overdose ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... deputies rolled up to Elijah’s place in Landers, California on Saturday afternoon after getting a call about a man acting erratically. When they got there, paramedics were already evaluating Elijah ... and that's when deputies say they found drugs inside the house.

Elijah was then taken to the hospital -- and cops say the investigation’s still ongoing.

Elijah Blue Allman overdosed in Southern California this weekend ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the son of Cher and the late Gregg Allman was rushed to the hospital in Joshua Tree, CA after overdosing earlier Saturday morning. We don't know what drugs he was using.

We're told he's still in the hospital and receiving the best care possible ... and, he's very lucky to have survived.

Diddy's trial has focused a lot on drugs and drug usage over the past few days ... including when Cassie's friend Bryana Bongolan testified that she previously purchased drugs for her -- and pictures of what appear to be drugs have now been entered into evidence.

In text messages, the prosecution says were sent from Bongolan to Cassie, Bongolan says she's going to stop by Cassie's location in a few minutes to drop something off -- later telling her she's outside.

About 30 minutes later, Cassie texts Bryana, "he wanted me to ask if ur sure that's moly bc it didn't taste like anything."

Jason Biggs is getting real about his wild past with drugs and booze -- and he describes a night he was so out of hand, he ended up retrieving a bag of cocaine straight out of a stranger's trash can.

Joey Tuccio -- an advocate for and rescuer of animals, who works with the nonprofit Starts With One Today -- stopped by "TMZ Live" to shine a light on dogs living on Los Angeles' notorious Skid Row ... a collection of streets in downtown where many homeless people live.

Tuccio says there are about 100 dogs living in the area ... and, while he doesn't want to see people's pets taken away, he's concerned about the dogs he's seen, which he says some people are using as guinea pigs to test fentanyl.

The Italian businessman who was allegedly kidnapped and tortured in NYC for nearly 3 weeks, wasn't always in distress during that period ... according to a bizarre video of him cooking crack in an air fryer.

TMZ obtained a 20-second clip, which seemingly illustrates a much different picture of Michael Valentino Teofrasto Carturan's alleged captivity in the SoHo townhome where police say John Woeltz and William Duplessie tortured him for 17 days. In the video, Carturan appears to be tied around the chest to a wheelchair, but his hands are free and he's smiling and joking with at least 3 other people in the room.

Carturan -- whose face we've blurred because he's an alleged victim -- is fiddling with an air fryer on a table, and you can hear a male voice say, "You're in a wheelchair cooking crack" ... and someone else says, "That's so whack."

2:52 PM PT -- A spokesperson for The New York Times tells TMZ ... "Elon Musk’s statements today were inaccurate. Donald J. Trump’s lawsuit in Florida is against the Pulitzer Prize board, not The New York Times. The decision solely related to whether the case be temporarily suspended. It did not address the merits of the president’s claims."

"We understand the Pulitzer board will continue to defend its decision and we expect the case will show the quality of the reporting in The Times coverage. "Rust" armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, who was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, has been released from prison.
