As we told you ... sources with direct knowledge told us Britney voluntarily checked herself into rehab for substance abuse after her DUI arrest last month.

Kevin Federline is weighing in on Britney Spears entering rehab ... and he's backing the move -- with one key caveat.

K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells TMZ ... "Kevin is aware of the reports that she has checked into rehab and that if she needs help, he is happy that she is getting help and that the decision appears to be one that she made and not one imposed upon her by others if it was."

Kaplan adds ... "The key is that whatever the recommended treatment plan is that she follows it and completes it."

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Kyle Richards sued her sister Kim Richards last year in an effort to kick her out of her L.A. area condo ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Kyle filed a lawsuit against Kim in January 2025, seeking to have her older sister vacate her 2-bedroom, 3-bath, 1,633-square-foot condominium in Encino.

Kyle claimed Kim had been living in the condo for years, but she'd told her to pack up in late 2024. In her suit, Kyle sought possession of the place and wanted damages against Kim of $140 per day, beginning in November 2024, for every day she stayed past her welcome.

Natasha Lyonne's explaining exactly why she may have seemed out of it when airport authorities forced her off a recent Delta flight ... it sounds like she took a sleeping pill just a little too early.

In response to an article detailing the incident, Natasha admitted she took a Lunesta -- a prescription drug for insomnia -- to get some sleep on a Delta redeye from L.A. to New York.

Lyonne says she had to hit the ground running in the city -- she had an interview with Drew Barrymore she needed to do once she touched down -- so she popped the pill and then boarded the plane "eager for a nap."

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Gina Kirschenheiter’s boyfriend, Travis Mullen, is accusing his ex-wife, Meghan Mullen, of missing drug tests amid their custody battle, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Travis and Meghan, who split in 2016, are going back and forth in court as he tries to secure permanent sole custody of their three minor kids. The court battle has been “extremely contentious.” 

In early 2025, Travis accused Meghan of not allowing him to see one of their sons for over a month, and allowed the kid to miss a ton of school.
