A South Carolina man's hopes of becoming the next governor of the Palmetto State may have gone up in smoke after newly released police footage showed him blowing his stack at an officer while under arrest.

William "Mullins" McLeod Jr. -- who's thrown his hat into South Carolina's 2026 gubernatorial race -- made his unofficial acting debut on video inside a Charleston PD car during his arrest for disorderly conduct in May.

The Charleston Police Department released the shocking clip this week -- it shows the prickly pol reportedly wearing only underwear, giving the arresting officer a lot of lip.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the plaintiff's claim Priscilla made that fateful decision before Lisa Marie's daughter, Riley Keough, was able to get to the hospital -- and, despite Lisa Marie having signed a directive to "prolong her life."

Up-and-coming Memphis rapper FastCash CMoney was killed in a BRUTAL weekend shootout -- literally 1 month before he was about to have a clean slate with the law!!!

TMZ Hip Hop obtained federal docs from 2019 confirming that CMoney (real name Cordney Smith) was slated to be released from federal probation on September 29 after he and 17 other FastCash members were convicted of Conspiracy to Commit Bank Fraud and Conspiracy to Possess and Attempt to Possess with Intent to Distribute Marijuana.

CMoney was found guilty of helping the criminal enterprise defraud a bank of over $240,000 and conspiracy to move more than 100 kilos of weed ... and wound up serving an 18-month prison sentence before getting released on probation.

Kevin Mares -- a Bad Bunny fan who traveled down to Puerto Rico to see the artist -- has been shot and killed.

We spoke with Kevin's mother, Sandra, through a friend acting as a translator ... and, she confirmed to us her son was shot early this morning following his attendance at a pool party in La Perla, PR.

Jeffrey Louis Starr -- a former child actor -- has died ... TMZ has confirmed with multiple family members.

Starr passed away last month ... with a family source telling us he took his last breath in a hospital in Carbondale, Illinois surrounded by loved ones. We're told he dealing with an illness before he died.

Francis Ford Coppola is doing just fine after a hospital visit in Italy -- despite some alarming local reports ... TMZ has learned.

We're told if Diddy is granted bail, Trump will not make a decision on a pardon until Diddy is sentenced. If the judge denies bail, a decision will be made immediately.

As you know, Diddy was acquitted on the 3 major charges, and convicted on 2 counts of violating the Mann Act, which prohibits the interstate transportation of prostitutes. The Mann Act is rarely used by federal prosecutors as a singular charge. Most legal experts agree ... if Diddy's case only involved the Mann Act, no charges would have been filed against him.

Diego Sanchez's lawyer tells TMZ Sports the former UFC fighter will "channel his energy and passion into getting better with some needed treatment and counseling" after being released from jail for his gun-related arrest.

Jason Bowles provided us with the statement after Judge Cindy Leos granted Sanchez his release in New Mexico on Tuesday ... saying, "Diego has done so much good for the Albuquerque community over the years and has been a role model for many at risk youth. He is a much loved UFC legend."

"We believe he is on the path back to greatness in all areas of his life," Bowles added.
