Jillian Michaels says Netflix’s "Biggest Loser" documentary isn't just full of lies -- it’s part of a long history of the franchise trying to take her down ... and she's giving TMZ all the receipts to prove it.

TMZ caught up with Jillian hot off her IG blast and lawsuit threat Tuesday, and she doubled down -- telling us the documentary paints a false picture, starting with Dr. Robert Huizenga claiming he never worked with her -- something she says is BS 'cause she's got hundreds of emails proving otherwise.

Patrick Blackwood and NinaUnrated are counting their blessing after their near-death experience ... and showing off their injuries on our latest episode of "TMZ Live" too.

We talked to the food influencers on the show Tuesday ... and, they started off the interview by showing off their cuts and bruises. NinaUnrated's got a big gash on her wrist, while Blackwood revealed the injury to his chest and the big cut on his thigh.

Despite their injuries, the two agree they're lucky to be alive ... 'cause the car just as easily could've come completely through the window and killed them on Saturday.

Dr. Robert Huizenga isn’t about to let Jillian Michaels dominate the narrative -- he's firing back after she ripped him over Netflix's "The Biggest Loser" documentary ... telling TMZ her "receipts" don’t prove a thing.

Huizenga tells TMZ ... caffeine, weight-loss pills and diuretics were strictly banned from day one -- and anytime contestants claimed they were given such pills, he ordered production to shut down and launch an investigation.

He also points to the time Jillian had to give an on-air apology after being busted handing out pills to contestants to plug her own products -- saying that alone proves her caffeine claims are running on fumes.

Tory Lanez wasn't present at the hearing for his appeal on Monday -- but his attorney and family were front and center to vouch for his innocence!!!

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with Tory's attorney Crystal Morgan and the star rapper's uncle, Speedy ... both are optimistic the court will side with their arguments!!!

The celeb trainer says she’s meeting today with powerhouse attorney Bryan Freedman to plot her next move -- which could include going after Netflix, the producer of the doc, Bob Harper, and Dr. Robert Huizenga in court.

Jillian isn’t stopping there either ... she points out Brandon Riegg -- the exec who bought the doc for Netflix -- was one of the top dogs at NBC during the last several seasons of "The Biggest Loser." Translation: he knew exactly what went down behind the scenes.

Diddy's twin daughters found themselves in a little trouble at the fair recently -- 'cause they got booted from a rollercoaster ... and, it was all caught on video.

'cause the fam never went along with liberal policies. As far as she's concerned ... no one likes Gavin! So, the meme was lame -- and only worked to confuse some fans.

Gov. Gavin Newsom is trying to beat Trump at his own game as far as ridiculous A.I. memes go ... but his latest post featuring Hulk Hogan was just too painfully stupid, the WWE legend's ex-wife tells TMZ.

Here's the deal ... on Sunday morning, Newsom threw X into chaos with an A.I.-generated image featuring Kid Rock, Tucker Carlson, and Hulk -- sprouting angel wings and a halo -- blessing him under the caption "so nice." Obviously, the meme was meant to rile up Trump and his supporters, since they've shared similar memes in the past in sincere support of the president.

Linda Hogan tells TMZ … For anyone confused about the troll game Newsom is playing with his Trump-esque posts, Hulk couldn’t stand Newsom, and was as far from liberal as you can get.

Brad Pitt's Los Angeles house -- the one that was broken into earlier this summer -- is officially on its way to a new owner ... but TMZ has learned the sale was already in motion well before the burglary.

Kansas City Chiefs receiver Rashee Rice is reportedly set to play in the first few games of the NFL season while he awaits a disciplinary hearing over his role in a 2024 car crash ... and one of the accident victim's lawyers told TMZ Sports he can't believe that's an actual reality.

Marc Lenahan, the attorney representing Kathryn Kuykendall -- who sued Rice after she allegedly suffered multiple injuries when the wideout crashed his rented Lamborghini into the Uber she was in -- said his eligibility to start the year is nonsense, especially as they await a $1 million civil settlement he says they agreed to back in April.

"It makes no sense," the lawyer said.
