We ran into the 39-year-old fighter at the Humble Warrior Gym in Beverly Hills on Wednesday ... and he explained why he decided to join forces with BKB ahead of his July 18 bout with Dominic Salcido.

Ortiz said after prayer, a three-week fast, and looking over the offer, God told him it was the move ... and here he is, gearing up for a big night at the Novo in DTLA.

Alix Earle is adding another credit to her growing résumé -- 'cause TMZ has learned she's been tapped for Benson Boone's latest music video.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Benson personally asked Alix to appear in the video for his new song, "The Time of My Life," and she was all in.

Milagro "Gramz" Cooper says forcing her to pay Megan Thee Stallion's court judgment now would create a major financial burden ... so she's asking a federal judge to hit pause while she fights the case in a higher court.

According to new court documents obtained by TMZ, Milagro wants to delay payment while she appeals the ruling from the lower court. She argues there are still major issues with the case that should be reviewed.

But her biggest argument with this motion centers on money.

Matt Brown's autopsy is shedding a little light on his tragic death. According to the Okanogan County Coroner, the "Alaskan Bush People" star was high on meth when he took his own life, TMZ has learned.

The coroner's office tells us Matt died by suicide, and the official cause of death is a "single penetrating gunshot wound to the head."

The autopsy also says he was under the influence of methamphetamine ... stating "subsequent immersion in water (river)" contributed to his death. The coroner's office plans to release Matt's body to his family for final arrangements.

Charli D’Amelio and her family have decided to end their business ties, amid rumors of drama between the influencer and her parents ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Charli is no longer involved with Be Happy Snacks, the popcorn company launched by the D'Amelios in 2023.

Despite separating, Charli is still plastered all over the Be Happy website. Her sister, Dixie D'Amelio is currently promoting the brand on Instagram and TikTok, but Charli hasn't plugged the product in more than a year.

Lena the Plug is pulling the plug on her marriage with Adam22 ... TMZ has learned.

Lena filed the divorce docs in L.A. County without a lawyer on June 1 -- which happens to be her birthday -- and wants legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old daughter, according to divorce docs obtained by TMZ.

Drake Von -- an award-winning gay porn star -- is cooling his heels in a Las Vegas jail cell after getting arrested for allegedly trying to strangle his partner ... TMZ has learned.

Court records, seen by TMZ, show Von, whose real name is Dawson Bacon, was busted Tuesday by police and charged with two felonies -- domestic battery by strangulation and coercion constituting domestic violence with threat or use of physical force. Von was also charged with misdemeanor domestic battery.

A rep for the Las Vegas Metro PD tells TMZ ... Von is accused of attempting to strangle his partner at a palatial million-dollar home in Vegas. The rep did not provide additional details.

Carl Radke says the drama rocking "Summer House" has had one unexpected side effect ... it's actually brought him closer to ex-fiancée and co-star Lindsay Hubbard.

We caught up with Carl at LAX -- as fans continue dissecting Part 2 of the explosive Season 10 reunion -- and we had to ask where things stand these days between him and Lindsay, as they've been seemingly closer than ever, after their very public split in 2023.

He told TMZ ... "I wouldn’t resign a contract with them for the simple fact of how they handled this situation… the school and the diocese showed their true colors…"

Steve also says, "I’m done talking about this or anything that’s not about the injustice my daughter has been put through my only focus is her."

Legendary bassist John B. Williams -- best known for playing on "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson" -- is on hospice being cared for by 'round-the-clock nurses, TMZ has learned.

His wife, Jessica Williams, tells TMZ ... he recently suffered a fall and subsequently underwent brain surgery as a result of his injuries. Jessica, an accomplished musican herself, says John had dementia prior to the fall, but the fall greatly accelerated its progression.

At this point, John is unable to walk and can't talk, and his health is on the decline. We're told one if his last conversations was with his daughter.
