Lucian Piane, best known for his work on "RuPaul's Drag Race," is dead ... TMZ has learned.

Lucian died Monday, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner ... and online records note he died in the street.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Lucian was hit by a car in Glendale early Monday morning and succumbed to his injuries. We're told he didn't have an ID on him at the time, only a citation, but was later identified as Lucian.

Jane Doe was coherent when she was in a room at the Chi Phi fraternity house with several other men ... and she didn't look to be in distress when she exited that same room with several frat bros hours later ... at least according to two Cornell students who say they were there.

TMZ obtained transcripts of interviews with two witnesses who say they saw Doe at the October 2024 frat party. One witness is a fraternity brother who says he lived in the room where Doe claims she was raped, and the other was his girlfriend.

The frat bro, who is not a defendant in Doe's civil suit, talked to cops on November 21st. Doe went to CUPD November 8th and gave her sworn statement on November 14th.

1:42pm PT -- RJ's reps tell TMZ ... "It is with profound sadness we share the tragic passing of beloved actor, philanthropist, and passionate disability rights advocate RJ Mitte."

"RJ Mitte was best known for his role as Walter 'Flynn' White Jr. on AMC’s critically acclaimed, award-winning series Breaking Bad. Drawing from his own experience living with cerebral palsy, Mitte brought authenticity to the role and built a platform on disability awareness and inclusion," his reps continue, "Beyond entertaining friends and family around the world, he served as an ambassador for United Cerebral Palsy and Shriners Children’s."

A county official confirmed to TMZ that RJ died Monday in Texas. We're told he died by suicide.

Law enforcement tells us the death investigation is ongoing.

Diddy has been getting into some serious trouble behind bars ... and his disciplinary record shows he's already paid a hefty price.

Jose Rojas, a union secretary representing Bureau of Prisons employees, tells TMZ ... he's obtained Diddy's full disciplinary history ... and it includes multiple fights and phone violations.

According to Rojas, Diddy was written up for fighting on July 31 and September 30, with another major violation recorded October 1. He says the records also show two minor phone violations, one on July 7 and another on September 19, 2025.

1:20 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... The FBI issued Selma a federal summons, which is called a violation notice. We're told the summons charges her federally with "assault within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States."

11:25 AM PT -- TMZ has also obtained audio from an eyewitness of when Blair was exiting the plane at JFK Airport ... and you can hear her screaming bloody murder as an alarm rings.

Halle Berry says a photo of her taken by her son doesn't prove she did anything wrong ... and she's calling out her ex-husband Olivier Martinez for trying to use it against her.

In new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Halle fires back at Olivier's claim that their 13-year-old son Maceo snapped the picture to prove "something happened" during last month's alleged physical altercation.

Halle says the photo shows her standing calmly, hands in her pockets, several feet away from Maceo ... and she says there's no picture showing any bruises, redness or injuries to Maceo to back up Olivier's claim about Maceo telling him she strangled their son.

Diddy is calling out the male escort suing him over his freakoffs with Cassie … saying the man was a professional hooker who knew what he was doing ... TMZ has learned.

In new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Diddy slams Clayton Howard, the former escort turned law student, for his "psychotic" and "reckless" claims in his lawsuit against Diddy and Cassie.

The incarcerated music mogul insists "common sense" factors into whether the claims in his lawsuit are even plausible.

Nick Reiner already received nearly $350K from his trust fund to pay famed attorney Alan Jackson ... so claims the former administration of his trust, whom Nick is fighting in court, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Paul Kanin, who previously controlled the trust, claimed Nick’s moaning about not getting the money he needs is nonsense ... especially since he previously approved $348K in payments for Nick’s benefit.

The money was for work done over a roughly two-week period in December 2025 … before Alan dropped out of the case. Nick has been trying to rehire Alan but needs his trust funds to pay him. 

Selma Blair has been arraigned in connection with her airport arrest and charged with assault, TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained court docs that say Blair's being charged with 2 counts of second-degree assault for allegedly attacking a police officer and a nurse during the incident.

She was arraigned before a judge Monday, who set her bail at $20K cash, $60K bond, or $60K partially secured bond.

10/14 -- 8:37 AM PT -- Elena tells TMZ ... "These latest allegations are entirely false and part of a continued pattern to manipulate public perception. As documented in court filings, Olivia refused to sign what her father pushed her to do and repeatedly asked to return home."

She continues, "Because of this ten-week abduction, she missed her sister's birthday, the World Ranking Dance Championship in Taipei, and months of high school. The truth is clear: Olivia is safe, healthy, and finally home with her family and sisters, exactly where a court order mandated she immediately return. We consider this matter closed and will make no further comment."

"Dancing with the Stars" pro Gleb Savchenko is making some disturbing allegations about how his ex-wife treats their teenage daughter ... and he's asking a judge to step in.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Gleb claims his 15-year-old daughter Olivia told him that her mother, Elena Samodanova, made nasty comments about her body, weight, and appearance ... and gave her weight-loss medication without consulting him or getting appropriate medical oversight.

And that's not all ... Gleb says Olivia also told him she was subjected to prolonged periods of silent treatment and had her bedroom door removed as punishment.

RJ Mitte's death brought a heavy police presence to his Texas neighborhood ... and we've obtained video showing cops outside the home where the "Breaking Bad" star was found dead.

In footage obtained by TMZ, multiple police cars can be seen parked outside RJ's home Monday, with authorities blocking off a portion of the street in front of the property.

Yellow crime scene tape was also put up around RJ's home as law enforcement vehicles lined the street while authorities responded to the scene.

"Big Brother" alum Amber Siyavus had a string of legal troubles in the years before her death ... including felony convictions for forgery and a wild run-in with police.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Amber pleaded guilty in 2020 to attempting to resist an officer with a dangerous weapon after prosecutors claimed she tried to drive away while a Henderson, Nevada cop was partially inside her vehicle.

Amber, who competed on Season 8 of the reality TV show, received a suspended prison sentence of 19 to 48 months and up to 4 years of probation ... along with orders to undergo substance abuse and mental health evaluations.

RJ Mitte was set to star in an upcoming movie, "Forgotten Outlaw," but now it's officially on pause following his death ... and the director tells TMZ he's determined to move forward with the project to honor the late actor's wishes.

Writer, director and producer Nik Tizekker tells TMZ ... the project was in pre-production when plans came to a halt following RJ's death Monday ... leaving the filmmaker with the difficult task of eventually finding a new leading man.

Tizekker says RJ was an ideal fit for the role, both because he had the right mindset to portray the character and because of his physical resemblance to the person he was set to play.

Mark Wahlberg just dropped a major bombshell ... telling TMZ that "Entourage" just might make a comeback!!!

We got it straight from the horse's mouth when we got Mark at AVRA in Beverly Hills ... Marky Mark says the guys' return isn't off the table.

Thing is ... Mark stressed that the future of "Entourage" will probably come down to whether or not the fans want it to happen.

NBA legend Paul Pierce's baby mama went back to court in their bitter legal battle … claiming Pierce is playing games when it comes to turning over his bank records ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained court docs filed by Paul's ex, Princess Santiago, and she's claiming he has failed to turn over all of the relevant financial information she's asked for in the case. She claims he has not produced all the pages of his bank statements and did not provide certain information about his trust distributions and assets.

She says Paul failed to produce info on his cannabis company and all data about his Fox Sports 1 income … and she claims he failed to disclose his ownership interest in a commercial property.

RJ Mitte was making plans for the future and talking about new movies and philanthropy just weeks before his death ... according to podcast host Joe Vulpis, who tells TMZ he was stunned to learn RJ was dead.

Joe tells TMZ ... he filmed an episode of "The Joe Vulpis Podcast" with the late "Breaking Bad" star about two weeks ago ... describing RJ as "so positive" and "one of the most kind and genuine people [he] got to speak with." 

The podcast host tells TMZ ... "His passing is super surprising because he was so grounded and down to earth."

Joe says RJ was deeply committed to his philanthropic work and was passionate about giving back.
