Aaron Carter's estate is on the taxman's radar ... the IRS says they're owed nearly $500K in taxes, interest, and penalties.

According to new documents filed by the IRS and obtained by TMZ, Aaron had several unpaid tax balances from 2014, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.

The 2014 balance is a mere $326.60 ... but the amounts owed get progressively larger -- including $172,538.70 owed between the balance, interest, and penalties for 2021.

Reality star Kash’s sister who is charged with her death is devastated over her passing ... and their mom tells TMZ she’s so distraught over the fatal shooting, she’s repeatedly wished she could trade places with her late sister.

Kash’s mom, Cynthia, tells TMZ ... she’s spoken with and visited her daughter, Vernika Dunbar, in jail since the shooting, and says Vernika has been crying and struggling to believe what happened.

Cynthia says Vernika repeatedly expresses how much she loves Kash and wishes she could switch places with her. Their mom says she’s reminded Vernika she still has children who need her and an entire family that loves her.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ ... prosecutors filed a motion to dismiss the case last week, which a judge granted without objection from Von's defense attorney.

The dismissed charges included robbery, domestic battery by strangulation, coercion constituting domestic violence involving the threat or use of physical force, and two counts of domestic battery.

"The Challenge" star CT Tamburello settled his divorce with his ex-wife and OnlyFans star Catalina White ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ has obtained the settlement signed by CT and Catalina on October 13 ... and the deal says both parties agreed to waive the right to collect spousal support.

Per the deal, CT will keep his 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 1,793-square-foot home in Cutler Bay, Florida, which is apparently worth around $600K, plus all cars in his possession.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, Chloe Spence filed for a restraining order against Sahara in June 2024, alleging the model was taking unprescribed Xanax and had been in an "intoxicated delusional state" on more than one occasion.

Spence claimed things turned physical during an April 2024 incident ... alleging Sahara charged at her, grabbed her face and dug her nails into her skin, leaving a cut and a scar beneath her left eyebrow.

Reality star Khadijah Haqq’s estranged husband Bobby McCray agreed to turn over records related to his NFL income ... months after she claimed to be struggling to pay the bills ... TMZ has learned.

According to new court docs, Bobby will sign a release that allows Khadijah the right to review all information about his NFL benefits, retirement, and pension plans.

Erik von Detten is being sued for alleged fraud and elder abuse in a shocking lawsuit filed against the former child star, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, an elderly couple, 85-year-old Sheila Greenberg and 97-year-old Norman Greenberg, filed a lawsuit against von Detten and the company he works for, Rosland Capital. 

Rosland is a company that buys and sells precious metals. The Greenbergs claim the company appeals to senior citizens and attempts to exploit their fears and vulnerability about financial issues by appealing to the stability of gold and other precious metals.
