Some diehard Swifties are hoping Travis Kelce gets on one knee and proposes to Taylor Swift if the Chiefs win yet another Super Bowl on Sunday ... and you can include Dave Portnoy in that crowd -- 'cause he tells TMZ Sports it would be a "great move."

We caught up with El Presidente -- a massive Swiftie -- down in the Big Easy ahead of the Big Game ... and while he's not confident enough to put a few bucks down on a postgame proposal, he's giving the possibility his full support.

"They kind of are the first couple of the United States," Portnoy said. "The Super Bowl is as big as it gets, so I actually like that. I actually like that move."

Heather Genusa lost her fiance in the New Orleans terror attack and now she's a guest of honor at the Super Bowl ... telling us she feels him with her to this day.

We got Heather at the Off The Field NFL Wives Organization fashion show Friday at Canal Place and she told our photog the Super Bowl coming down is lifting her spirits.

Heather's fiancé, Brandon Taylor, was one of 14 people who died on Bourbon Street in the terrorist attack on New Year's Day in NOLA.

The reality TV star tells TMZ ... his grandma, Ellen Jean Hauser, died Friday at Embrace Hospice House in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The cause of death was kidney failure.

Jonny infamously lied about his grandma dying way back in 2003 on "Survivor: Pearl Islands" to advance on the show ... with the cast only finding out he was fibbing until the show was done filming.

Brett Favre says he's down to donate his brain following his death so it can be used for CTE research ... though he tells TMZ Sports he's sure hopeful that's a decision he and his family won't have to make for a LONG time.

Favre infamously dealt with head injuries throughout his 20-year NFL career ... and when we asked him this week if he'd consider giving his cerebrum up to scientists following his passing so it can be studied, he said he wouldn't mind.

Of course, the 55-year-old Hall of Famer told us he'd prefer if that choice came far later than sooner.

Jessica and Cash announced their split back in January, but they made it official Friday. Jessica filed her docs, with the help of disso queen Laura Wasser, and Cash filed immediately thereafter with the help of attorney Adam Lipsic. His docs mirror hers.
