Kelsey Grammer provided shocking details of his sister's last moments before she was murdered ... talking about the abuse she suffered before she was stabbed to death -- weeping while reading from the book he wrote about her.

The famed television actor opened up about his sister's killing during an ABC News interview while promoting his new book "Karen: A Brother Remembers" -- a memoir dedicated to keeping his sister's memory alive and telling more of her story than just the way she died.

Watch the clip for yourself ... Grammer tells Diane Sawyer that after his sister was abducted, in 1975, she was taken to a nearby house, where the men who grabbed her took turns raping her.

The mother of "Okay Baby" viral star Preston Ordone is speaking out after her child tragically died in a car wreck ... and she's thanking fans for their support.

Kevin Love and his former teammate Tristan Thompson shared an emotional and powerful moment before Monday's Cavs-Heat playoff game, following the recent passing of Love's father, his "first Hero."

The touching scene went down before the Cavs' 138-83 blowout dub vs. the Heat at the Kaseya Center in Miami, when Love and Thompson -- who played together in The Land from 2014 to 2020 -- reunited on the court.

Harmon's mom, Tiffany Saine, suffered a stroke when he was a freshman at Michigan State ... which left her paralyzed on the left side of her body.

Leading up to the draft, Harmon stated his mom underwent roughly eight brain surgeries during his childhood ... and her resilience was what inspires him to this day.

Michael Lohan may spend the rest of 2025 behind bars ... 'cause a judge ordered him to spend 9 months in jail for violating his probation when he was arrested back in February, TMZ has learned.

The father of Lindsay Lohan was in court Wednesday in Florida, where the judge hit him with jail time, but noted he'll receive a credit of 38 days for time served.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us ... Lohan pled guilty to violating his probation in connection with his February arrest in Texas on a "continuous violence against the family" felony assault charge for allegedly beating up Kate Lohan.

9:57 AM PT -- Shelly, Sophie Nyweide’s mom, tells TMZ … “We are very distraught and mourning. All I can say is her time acting was brief but very happy. She wasn't a child star in the least and wasn't subjected to anything hurtful on those films. She was always safe on those sets. Please let her rest in peace now.

"My knowledge is she was using drugs and was a tiny young woman. She was with other people when she died. I didn't know them. There is an investigation ongoing. The autopsy results are not in. They said it would take 6-8 weeks. So I can't say definitively.”

Actress Sophie Nyweide -- famous for her roles in "Mammoth" and "An Invisible Sign" -- is dead.

Sophie died April 14 in Bennington, VT ... according to her family. The cause of death is unclear.

In an obituary, Sophie's family hints at what led to her early death, saying ... "Sophie was a kind and trusting girl. Often this left her open to being taken advantage of by others. She wrote and drew voraciously, and much of this art depicts the depth she had, and it also represents the pain she suffered. Many of her writings and artwork are roadmaps of her struggles and traumas."
