Jack Osbourne's tearfully remembering a moment he and his late father, Ozzy Osbourne, shared a couple of weeks before his death ... and he says, in hindsight, it couldn't have been more perfect.

Ozzy's youngest child got emotional Monday on 'GMA,' when he opened up about the pain of losing a parent. He also talked about how his mom, Sharon, is handling life without Ozzy ... saying, she's "okay, but she's not okay."

Jack started choking up when he talked about Ozzy being clean, sober and in "such a good mood" at the end of his life ... even though the late rocker once said, "If I were clean and sober, I wouldn't be Ozzy."

Miley Cyrus "Secrets" actually brought her closer to her father ... no, not the ones she's keeping close to her chest -- the song she says brought her dad to tears!

The singer-songwriter opened up about the emotional track she wrote for Billy Ray Cyrus during an interview with "CBS Sunday Mornings."

During the interview, Cyrus talked about how she didn't see herself physically giving the song to her dad at first ... though the entire time she was working on it she had the image of a white flag waving in the wind in mind -- a peace offering sticking in her head.

After almost five years as a ring girl for Jake Paul's Most Valuable Promotions, Kourtney Hartenstein is hanging up her glittery two-piece 'fits for good ... telling TMZ Sports her main focus now is more time with her family.

3:40 PM PT -- It's still unclear how Arthur Jones passed ... but according to new police audio TMZ Sports has obtained, it appears he might have suffered an issue with his heart on Friday morning.

An official can be heard in the audio stating a 39-year-old male's "defibrillator went off" and "he received a shock and now he's not answering the phone."

Former NFL star Arthur Jones -- the brother of UFC legend Jon Jones and football player Chandler Jones -- has died, the Baltimore Ravens announced Friday.

He was 39 years old.

Details surrounding his death have not been announced.

12:13 PM PT -- The Fort Worth Police Dept. tells TMZ Sports ... the accident occurred at around 11:48 AM CT on Friday and involved a total of four vehicles.

"Upon arrival, officers located three of the vehicles that were involved; the other had left the scene prior to officers' arrival," cops said in a statement to us Friday. "Medical personnel made the scene and transported an occupant to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries."

"This accident is being investigated."

11:50 AM PT -- Robert Griffin III's wife, Grete, just provided an update ... writing on her IG Story, "I hit my head so will get a CT scan and Robert's back is also getting checked out."

Fortunately, she said the "kiddos are all well and healthy."

Robert Griffin III and his family were involved in a car crash on Friday ... but thankfully, the ex-NFL star says he, his wife and their kids are OK.

Griffin III shared on his X page minutes ago that the wreck occurred while he was out in Fort Worth, Texas getting ready to work this weekend's TCU vs. Colorado game for Fox.

Griffin III and his family appeared to be in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter when the accident happened on a local highway.
