9:40 AM PT -- Justin Baldoni's attorney Bryan Freedman tells TMZ ... “Let’s be clear, this is a win and total victory for the Wayfarer parties. The court had already dismissed 10 of Ms. Lively’s 13 claims, including every sexual harassment claim, every defamation claim, and all claims against the individual defendants. Ms. Lively voluntarily dismissed the rest. In our view, they settled because they knew they were going to lose in court. All that remains is a pending request for fees based on a very narrow issue that has been with the court since September 2025.” 

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's "It Ends With Us" legal war isn't over yet, after all ... she just filed docs seeking money from him under a California law, and Justin's already agreed to abide by whatever the judge decides on the matter.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Blake's attorneys say part of the settlement they hammered out this week, allows her to keep alive one remaining claim against Baldoni and co. for having filed a defamation suit against her.

Remember ... Baldoni filed that suit after Blake filed her sexual harassment complaint against him. In the new docs, her lawyers say California law entitles her to attorneys' fees, and compensatory and punitive damages.

Ultimately, the judge dismissed Justin's defamation suit, which allowed her to use the Cali law to seek these damages. There won't be a jury trial, though ... the judge will decide whether, and how much, Justin's side has to pay.

The race for the next mayor of Los Angeles is heating up ... with the top three candidates, including reality TV star Spencer Pratt, taking the debate stage ... and Spencer didn't hold back.

Pratt just went hard on L.A. City Councilmember Nithya Raman and incumbent Mayor Karen Bass in a debate at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles ... ripping them and their performance.

Bass is nearing the end of her first term as mayor of the city, after being elected in November 2022 ... she beat out real estate developer Rick Caruso back then, following her time serving in Congress and the California State Assembly.

Cinco de Mayo got spicy between Republicans and Democrats ... and not in a margarita-on-the-rocks kinda way.

The official White House account on X fired the first shot Tuesday morning ... and it wasn't a tequila shot.

The couple was photographed inside a sprinter bus Monday night ... but instead of popping bottles and celebrating the billionaire singer's 12th Met Gala, the couple seemed to be tired after the long event.

In the video ... the body language speaks for itself. At one point, RiRi put on a mild smile as they walked back into their hotel.

A witness at the Met who saw the couple at various occasions throughout the night tells TMZ that Rihanna and A$AP were totally fine and having a great time. The witness said they did not appear to have any issues.

M.I.A. isn't backing down after getting the boot from Kid Cudi's tour ... in fact, she's doubling down and telling critics to chill out and stop "dividing" people.

The singer fired off a message on X Monday, urging people not to fuel division and pointing out she isn't eligible to vote in the U.S., while arguing millions of Latino voters supported Trump ... questioning whether critics plan to "hate them all."

She added that people should think for themselves instead of following rumors and said she's praying for more awareness and unity.

Trouble is still knocking at Frankie Valli's door -- and this time, it brought cops along with it.

Sources tell TMZ ... officers were called to the legendary singer’s L.A.-area home around 5 PM Sunday for a report of someone violating a restraining order related to a domestic dispute.

We’re told the call involved a 38-year-old male identified as one of Frankie’s sons ... but by the time police got to the property, he was already gone and no arrests were made.

Another source confirms the son who showed up was Francesco Valli.

Howard Stern is firing back at the ex-employee who claimed the shock jock created a hostile work environment.

On Wednesday, Stern filed to dismiss former assistant Leslie Kuhn's lawsuit, calling it a "shakedown" and "transparent sham" ... according to court docs obtained by multiple outlets.

In his motion, HS claims she's after a "hush-money payment," saying in the motion ... "The reason Kuhn filed this lawsuit was to pressure the Stern Parties into making an outlandish payment to make her go away."

Jorge Masvidal is pulling back the curtain on his beef with Chael Sonnen, telling TMZ Sports why the two MMA stars have been publicly feuding.

Justin Baldoni's lawyers say he and the other defendants in Blake Lively's lawsuit can't be held responsible for her businesses going belly up ... because she's not a marvelous mogul.

The two sides were in court Tuesday to discuss pretrial issues ... and, damages came up --specifically, Lively arguing Baldoni and others damaged her public reputation, which caused her brands to take a beating.

Baldoni's lawyers disagreed, firing back that Blake has a poor track record of running businesses ... and companies like her liquor brand Betty Buzz failed because people just don't like her.

Billie Eilish is breaking her silence on rumors she and her brother and collaborator Finneas had a falling out ... she says it's a bunch of baloney!

The singer cut straight to the point on those rumors during an interview for ELLE's May 2026 issue, saying ... "Finneas and I have never and will never have a falling-out, ever in our lives. "Love Island USA" star Huda Mustafa is allegedly evading being served a restraining order petition filed by her boyfriend's baby mama ... TMZ has learned. A rep for Huda adamantly denies the claim.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, lawyers for Nicole Olivera -- who has a child with Huda's boyfriend Louis Russell -- claim they're having trouble getting the legal docs effectively served on Huda.

According to the filing, Nicole hired a process server to try to serve Huda at her luxury condo in North Carolina. The lawyer says the process server was told by security to leave and not come back, and he says the guard threatened to call the police if the man didn't leave.

In the docs, Nicole's attorney says she believes Huda is "actively evading service" to avoid the court battle. Huda's rep tells TMZ, “Huda is not evading service, and any suggestion otherwise is inaccurate. No attempt has been made to serve her while she has been present at her residence, with attempts instead occurring while she has been away working on music for her upcoming rollout."

The rep added, "She will address any legal matters through the proper and the mature way — via her legal team.”

John Branca is all smiles over the "Michael" biopic -- especially when it comes to Miles Teller playing ... well, him.

Karoline Leavitt is widening her war with Trump critics ... arguing it's not just Jimmy Kimmel's jokes that are dangerous, but what she calls years of inflammatory rhetoric from Democrats and media figures that inspires violence against President Donald Trump.

During a fiery briefing Monday, the White House press secretary was asked about Kimmel's "expectant widow" joke about First Lady Melania Trump ... and whether rhetoric surrounding Trump has become normalized.

Instead of focusing solely on Kimmel, Leavitt zoomed out ... saying the entire political climate has become toxic and blaming critics who repeatedly label Trump a threat to democracy.

"The Challenge" star CT Tamburello's ex-wife, Lilianet Solares, is dragging him back to court for allegedly failing to follow the court's order in their final divorce judgment ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Lilianet claims that CT has not provided health insurance for their son, Christopher Solares.

CT and Lilianet finalized their divorce in November 2023 ... and the reality star was ordered to pay $761 per month in child support, plus $332 for each week that he cannot exercise parenting time due to work.

Mariah Carey is firing back at her estranged brother, Morgan Carey, who claims that the pop star is refusing to appear for a deposition, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the legendary singer's legal team denied Morgan's claims that Mariah has missed several discovery deadlines for turning over docs, and for her to be deposed. 

Mariah said her brother's motion is a "misguided attempt to gain perceived tactical leverage in this action by threatening" her with an imminent deposition.

The singer said her brother's "repeated filing of meritless motions" is one of the causes for the delay in the case.
