Miss North Carolina USA winner Brittany Boltinhouse says she isn't sorry about using the n-word in the past ... even if she had to cough up her crown.

In a new interview with Daily Mail, the scandalized pageant queen was asked if she thought she should apologize for using the slur, but she doubled down, saying ... "No. Not at all."

She told the outlet she felt like she was "unfairly targeted," saying ... "It's a constitutional right, it's your First Amendment right to express yourself ... and I feel like I was ripped of that as a proud American."

Alex Cooper says there's no bad blood between her and Dave Portnoy ... even after he claimed she was planning to make bogus sexual assault allegations to get out of her Barstool Sports contract.

The popular podcaster went on CNBC's "Squawk Box" to clear the air, kinda, about her "complicated" relationship with her former boss.

Asked to comment on Dave's claims, the "Call Her Daddy" host dodged and said ... "Dave's got his version and I've got my version, and we're all good."

The singer filed court docs seeking a new trial in the case against his former housekeeper, Maria Avila, which ended with a huge judgment in her favor.

You'll recall ... Maria filed the suit claiming she suffered severe injuries due to a vicious attack by a dog at Chris' L.A. home.

Chris denied he was legally responsible for her injuries.

Liz Cho has filed for a protective order amid her contentious divorce from Josh Elliott ... but the request has nothing to do with her personal safety.

The ABC7 New York news anchor asked the court to block Elliott's attorneys from deposing her on July 23, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.

Cho filed the request July 17, arguing the deposition had been scheduled without first checking whether she or her attorneys were available.

DiJonai Carrington is revisiting her recent "white privilege" comment directed at the Indiana Fever ... claiming it wasn't about the flagrant foul she received against Sophie Cunningham that resulted in her ejection.

The Chicago Sky hooper went to X to respond to talking head Emmanuel Acho on Monday ... after he called her out on his "Speakeasy" show for seemingly chalking the foul up to racism.

Here's the deal ... Cam'ron hopped on the Revolt show, "Talk With Flee," earlier this week in a show recapping the first season ... and he ripped into Cardi B's team for an unreleased track and verse on a remake of his song "What Means the World to You."

Basically, Cam'ron says Cardi wanted his help with the remake, which he agreed to give in exchange for an interview ... but the song was never released -- and the interview never happened.

Cam'ron says he felt stiffed by Cardi's team and went back to them asking for either the interview or cold hard cash for his time and effort ... but he says he never got the reciprocity he was looking for ... and now he's making demands.

Kevin Hart's company was shut down in its effort to keep a legal battle with two former employees out of the public eye and handled in private arbitration ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Los Angeles Superior County Court judge denied Kevin's request to move his case against Eric Eddings and Lesley Gwam to arbitration, which would keep it out of the public court system.

The court found the agreements Eric and Lesley signed with Kevin's company, Hartbeat, had arbitration provisions but found that the ex-employees made a "persuasive showing" that the arbitration agreements were unconscionable and could not be enforced against them. As such, the judge denied Hartbeat's motion to move the case to arbitration.

The man who knocked out a Hawaiian congressional candidate says he only did so because the guy threatened a woman with gun violence.

Kama Homan spoke to Hawaii News Now about the brawl ... and he explained he threw hands with candidate Kirill Basin after Kirill allegedly told a 61-year-old man he'd shoot his wife.

Kama says this was in response to the older fellow asking Kirill to turn down his music.

Video of the brawl shows Kirill yelling at fellow beachgoers -- before fighting Kama and getting knocked out cold.

A$AP Rocky thinks it's really weird Drake's still seemingly hung up on Rihanna ... and he feels it's about time everyone just moves on with their lives.

2:05 PM PT -- Maui Police Department tells TMZ ... at one point, Kirill Basin had pulled out a knife -- injuring himself in the process.

He allegedly chucked it into the ocean before the cops arrived. They say a bystander found the alleged knife and turned it over to police.

MPD tells us the whole thing started when Basin was approached about turning his music down ... they say he allegedly threatened the man and his wife, claiming he had a gun and was going to shoot her.

A Hawaiian congressional candidate got hit by a double whammy ... he first got his ass whooped on the beach ... and then he reportedly got arrested for making terroristic threats ... and the brawl is on video.

Kirill Basin, a Democratic candidate running for Congress against incumbent Democrat Jill Tokuda, got into a heated back-and-forth Saturday with a couple at Keawakapu Beach on Maui. The verbal altercation was captured by a witness on dramatic video, along with the ensuing ass-kicking.
