Calls to remove Diddy's Hollywood Walk of Fame star are gaining traction amid his downfall -- but the team behind the honor has made no such move.

A Hollywood Chamber of Commerce spokesperson tells TMZ ... they have not discussed it and the org is powerless to make the star disappear.

The Chamber says, while it has the authority to nominate star recipients, manufacture and install stars upon city approval and conduct the Walk of Fame installation ceremony, it lacks the authority to remove them.

A Texas teacher tried to break up a fight between students at their school ... but she wound up getting roughed up herself in a major way!

Check out this video making the rounds on social media ... it opens with two boys going at it in a classroom at Hurshel Antwine Middle School in El Paso on Monday.

The female instructor is standing between them, attempting to stop the brawl as one of the youngsters throws a flurry of punches at his rival.

Everyone knows kids can be cruel, but nowhere was that more evident recently than in a video making the rounds on social media showing a boy getting choked out by an adolescent bully.

Check out the horrific footage posted to X by MMA Fighter Dillon Danis ... the vid opens with the bully coming up behind the boy as someone else films them.

The bully then orders the boy to tilt his head back before putting him in a headlock. The helpless youngster asks for the bully to stop if he says to.

NASCAR driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. going all Mike Tyson on Kyle Busch at the All-Star Race just set him back financially -- he was just fined $75K for his involvement in this past weekend's wild brawl.

The racing organization handed down the punishment on Wednesday ... saying not only will RSJ have to write out a hefty check, but his dad was suspended indefinitely for his role in the scrap as well.

As we previously reported, the two drivers confronted each other after Sunday's event ... with Stenhouse pissed after Busch seemingly caused him to wreck on purpose at the beginning of the race.

Cops have arrested two suspects allegedly involved in the biker brawl that left actor Ian Ziering seriously rattled … police have confirmed.

The LAPD shared the update Tuesday evening, saying the officers arrested Jacob Esteban Hernandez, a 20-year-old male resident of Rosemead, and Angie Teresa Guizar, a 40-year-old female resident of Los Angeles.

Hernandez was booked for felony vandalism, and Guizar was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. Authorities credited videos taken of the incident as key pieces of evidence in their investigation … noting the footage helped officers identify the suspects.

U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett isn't holding back, still ... she's putting the House Oversight Committee Chairman in checkmate after she clashed with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene over their physical appearances.

Speaking to TMZ Tuesday, Jasmine says she's lost hope for MTG, who hurled the "fake eyelashes" jab that set off last week's epic Congressional spat -- but as for Chairman James Comer's call not to boot Greene ... she's taking major offense to that.

JC says she's all about following the rules in Congress and expects her fellow legislators to do the same -- which is why she was disappointed to find out Rep. Comer was sticking by his decision to give Greene a pass.

If Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Kyle Busch wanna take their beef from garages and pit roads to an actual squared circle ... TMZ Sports has learned Celebrity Boxing is more than willing to put on the bout for them.

Damon Feldman -- the honcho of the fight org. -- said in a video message Monday he's ready to put the wheels in motion on a boxing match between the NASCAR stars ... as soon as they give him the green light.

"Come on, NASCAR," Feldman said, "let's make this the biggest deal in the country!"

NASCAR's All-Star race Sunday night looked a whole lot more like a UFC event -- at least at the end -- when Ricky Stenhouse Jr. hauled off and socked Kyle Busch in the face for wrecking into him earlier in the evening.

The scene was chaotic ... after getting run over by Busch in the second lap of the contest at North Wilkesboro Speedway in North Carolina, Stenhouse Jr. waited all night long to confront the NASCAR superstar in the raceway's garage.

He got in Busch's face, told him he was pissed over the crash ... and then he threw a right hand that connected with the driver's left cheek. He appeared to throw at least one more punch -- before all hell then broke loose.

Former UFC fighter Geane Herrera -- who also competed in Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) -- tragically passed away following a fatal motorcycle crash in Florida on Saturday.

He was only 33 and a few days shy of his 34th birthday.

The Florida Dept. of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles told us the incident happened around 10:45 PM at Gandy Bridge in Tampa, FL ... when Herrera crashed into the back of another vehicle at a "very high rate of speed."

Diddy's uttering his first words about the videotaped beating of Cassie ... saying he "takes full responsibility for his actions," and claims he's already gone to rehab.

He posted a video Sunday morning, looking directly into camera, he said, "It's so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you gotta do that. I was f***ed up. I mean, I hit rock bottom."

He says he's not making any excuses for his behavior -- the brutal March 2016 assault on his then-girlfriend Cassie while they were staying at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles. The surveillance video -- obtained by CNN -- showed Diddy chase her down a hallway, grab her by the back of the neck and hurl her to the ground .. where he kicked her and dragged her.

Diddy's former employees at Revolt, the media company he co-founded, are reacting to the horrific video of him assaulting Cassie.

The company posted a statement saying, "We are deeply saddened and disturbed by the recent video circulation of our former chairman, Sean "Diddy" Combs,”

It added, "Even with his recent separation from REVOLT, it is still our duty to address this matter, and recognize the direct impact it has on our staff, our audience, and the culture we represent."

Tyson Fury's a superstar, and his career's been one big fight after another ... but none bigger than Saturday's scrap with Oleksandr Usyk, according to The Gypsy King himself!

35-year-old Fury joined Babcock on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs weeknights on FS1) -- along with his 12-year-old son Prince John James -- where he talked about the magnitude of the bout.

"It's definitely up there with the big ones," Fury said, continuing, "The second Wilder fighter when we were both champions, both undefeated, he was 43-0 with 42 KOs. I was 30-0. The Klitschko fight, that was a big one for me. But this is equally as big."

Ramiz Brahimaj has never lost by knockout or submission in his UFC career ... but Themba Gorimbo tells TMZ Sports that's all about to change when they face each other at UFC Vegas 92 on Saturday!!

"If you look at his records, he has not been finished yet, whether it's by submission or knockout," the welterweight said ahead of his big fight.

"The key word is 'yet' ... and I need to remove that and make it a reality and go out there and do what I do best."

1:13 PM PT -- A rep for InterContinental Hotels & Resorts tells TMZ ... "This hotel is no longer under IHG management, and we do not have any access to prior incident records or footage."

10:56 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... there is no record cops can track down as it pertains to this 2016 incident at the InterContinental, so it doesn't appear to have been mentioned to cops in a police report, or otherwise reported to the authorities.

In terms of cops opening a case on this now, LAPD tells TMZ ... For cases before January 2020, it's a 3 year statute of limitations -- and after January 2020, it's 5 years. In other words, there's no chance cops will dive into this specific incident for potential criminal charges at this point, at least as far as the LAPD is concerned.

Diddy brutally beat up his ex-girlfriend Cassie at a hotel in L.A. 8 years ago -- something she detailed in her lawsuit ... and which we're now seeing for the first time on camera.

52-year-old Shane Mosley hasn't fought in over 8 years, but the boxing legend's coming out of retirement -- for one fight, at least -- and the Hall of Famer is looking for a celebrity to share the ring!

TMZ Sports has learned "Sugar" -- last in the squared circle in May 2016 -- signed a contract with Celebrity Boxing ... and is gearing up for a return in late summer or early fall.

"I want to announce that we just signed to do an exhibition fight with the official Celebrity Boxing," Mosley said, adding, "I will be stepping back in the ring in August or September."
