Joaquin Phoenix isn't the only Joker on the streets these days ... a Brazilian man has taken inspiration from the crime thriller to wreak havoc on his former employer.

Check it out ... a man swings by a gas station where he used to work, and declares he's been driven insane by his termination. As you can see, the ex-employee is dressed as Batman's famed nemesis ... including green hair, white face paint, and a jarring red smile made from what appears to be lipstick.

The culprit then channels the comic book villain by smashing up the business in the name of revenge ... as his former colleagues hide inside.

Robert Saleh is opening up on the New York Jets' decision to go with a new head coach ... and he took the high road, expressing nothing but appreciation to the organization for giving him a shot.

Saleh released a statement Wednesday morning ... thanking the Jets for the opportunity "to work with so many incredible people."

"I will always be appreciative of the love and support from everyone at 1 Jets Drive," he said.

Atlantic Records announced a huge restructuring on Thursday affecting hundreds of jobs ... and Nicki Minaj has some backhanded bars of advice for the laid-off execs at her arch-nemesis Cardi B's label!!!

Warner Music CEO Robert Kyncl sent out an email to employees forewarning them of the potential bad news -- fuel for Nicki's ether as she burned them in a post on X.

12:27 PM PT -- We knew it was coming ... and RG3 responded to the news in traditional fashion -- channeling the movie, "Friday," to get his point across.

Robert Griffin III is unemployed -- the former Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback has reportedly been scrapped from his gig with ESPN ... despite a few years remaining on his contract.

The news broke via The Athletic on Thursday ... with no reason being given for the move.

2:04 PM PT -- Ryan Umina, the attorney for the town of Monongah, tells TMZ ... Nathan Latham resigned this morning and the city is still investigating the incident.

The Mayor of Monongah, JohnBoy Palmer, confirmed Nathan Lanham is no longer employed by the town ... after the uproar over Lanham pointing a gun at a local woman named Beth Delloma.

As TMZ reported, Delloma was arrested and hit with a felony charge for fleeing in a vehicle recklessly ... and she was in jail from Thursday to Monday, when a judge finally tossed the charge.

MrBeast is speaking out after his longtime co-host Ava Kris Tyson was hit with serious grooming allegations ... and assures fans he's looking into the matter.

The Internet star issued his statement on X Wednesday, after Ava announced she was exiting her role at the uber-popular YouTube channel amid the controversy. MrBeast confirmed he'll no longer be working with AKT and revealed he has hired a 3rd party to conduct an investigation into the allegations.

As MB put it ... there was enough evidence to remove Ava from his staff, but he'll let the investigation conclude before choosing to pursue any further action.

U.S. soccer fans are getting some interesting news on Wednesday -- Gregg Berhalter will reportedly not be returning to manage the Men's National Team after failing to advance out of the Copa América group stage.

Doug McIntyre of FOX Sports broke the news minutes ago ... saying the Red, White and Blue are going in a new direction with the position.

Berhalter was hired in 2018 after the U.S. failed to qualify for the World Cup that same year.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kenya Moore has been suspended from the show indefinitely ... this after she unveiled posters of newcomer Brittany Eady allegedly performing oral sex at her hair spa grand opening.

According to the NY Post ... Bravo was filming at the cast event where Kenya revealed the X-rated images.

Eady, however, was not present for the reveal.

A white woman on TikTok who dropped the n-word just lost her day job -- and a lot of people are saying she deserves it after refusing to apologize.

Lilly Gaddis recently shared a video of herself cooking, in which she said, "Everyone I know that is married right now is married to broke-ass n*****." She also made derogatory remarks about "dumb whores" and "immigrants fresh off the boat looking for a green card."

The context is that she was pushing back on the notion that women are gold diggers -- and she was offering examples of why that isn't the case ... which included the racial slur. No surprise ... the clip drew intense backlash, prompting Lilly to post a follow-up clip.

Brandon McManus -- a former Super Bowl champion who signed a big free-agent deal with Washington in March -- has just been cut by the Commanders ... following allegations he sexually assaulted two flight attendants last year.

The women made the claims against the 32-year-old kicker in a lawsuit that was filed in Duval County, Fla. last month.
