Bobby Jenks, a 2x All-Star and World Series champion with the Chicago White Sox, died Friday after a battle with stomach cancer.

He was only 44.

Jenks, one of the most dominant closers in baseball during his 7 season Major League Baseball career, revealed during an interview in February 2025 that he was diagnosed with stage 4 adenocarcinoma -- a form of stomach cancer.

We've got a health update from Paul Simon -- the Simon & Garfunkel icon underwent a successful back surgery to alleviate "severe” back pain that forced him to cancel 2 shows last month.

The positive update was released on his official Instagram page Thursday ... though there is a caveat. His team says he needs more time to recover, so his July 7 concert in Long Beach, California is being postponed to the following day.

It seems fans don't have too much to worry about -- the statement says the decision was made out of an "abundance of caution" to ensure PS is ready to hit the stage "at the top of his ability."

3:11 PM PT -- Reps for Red Panda tell TMZ Sports the iconic halftime performer suffered a severe left wrist fracture in Tuesday night's fall, an injury she also previously experienced.

We're told the accident was due to the left pedal of her unicycle being damaged in transit.

After spending 11 hours in the hospital, Red Panda's reps say she is now on her way home and will meet with an orthopedic surgeon for further repair.

We're told Red Panda is thankful for all the support she's received in wake of the accident ... as "it means the world to her."

Red Panda left the WNBA Commissioner's Cup championship on Tuesday night a little black and blue ... as the halftime show legend sustained an injury during a scary fall.
