Pauly Shore is imploring folks to go get their bodies fully checked by a doctor ... because he said a full body scan revealed a tumor deep inside his body ... and he had to go under the knife to get it removed.

The comedian just shared the health update on social media ... and he says he had a tumor growing on his pancreas.

Pauly says the tumor was only discovered after he went for a preventive full body scan three months ago ... he got a call a week after the scan notifying him of the abnormal mass.

"Nip/Tuck" star Dylan Walsh's serious car crash in New Jersey is taking an interesting twist ... with his rep telling TMZ the actor suffered a stroke behind the wheel.

TMZ broke the story ... police say moments after police responded when Dylan's SUV swerved into oncoming traffic and slammed into two utility poles, he said his crew had been drinking at a restaurant/bar -- and he appeared "very red and looked very confused" when talking to officers. Dylan's wife, kids and another adult were riding with him in the car.

Cops say they found an open cooler bag inside the vehicle containing multiple empty and open White Claw Hard Seltzer cans.

Good news for Stuart "Syko Stu" Smith on the medical front ... the pro wrestler is conscious and communicating from his hospital bed, according to Douglas Malo, the man who came to the rescue and stopped Raja Jackson during the brutal attack.

"[Stu] remembers mostly what happened during the early parts of the day. He's talking a little bit. He's alert. He's still got some injuries that are very serious. Not, like, life-threatening serious, but, facial injuries, stuff like that," Malo told TMZ Sports.

Smith has been hospitalized since the violent and ugly incident on Saturday ... which could've been significantly worse if Malo hadn't stepped in and stopped Raja's attack.

Desmond Watson -- the 449-pound rookie -- has hit a speed bump in his NFL journey ... as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers cut him ahead of the 53-man roster deadline.

The news -- first reported by Greg Auman -- comes as the man dubbed the "tush push terminator" was looking to shed a bunch of lbs in order to hit the field.

Unfortunately for him, he never saw any preseason action during his time in Tampa. The team put him on the non-football injury list during training camp due to his weight.

The wrestler who was brutally beaten up by Quinton "Rampage" Jackson's son in a ring over the weekend is, thankfully, doing better.

According to Syko Stu's brother, the performer is "conscious" and "currently resting" -- less than two days after he was thoroughly throttled by Raja Jackson.

Syko Stu "does have some recollection of events from the day of the attack," Andrew Smith said of his bro, whose real name is Stuart Smith. "Thank you everyone for reaching out, it's been difficult to get back to everyone individually. We will be setting up something for anyone wishing to donate. A woman got a mouthful of a human fingertip when she bit into a chicken wrap she ordered from a restaurant in New York City ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

Mary Elizabeth Smith claims she ordered a chicken wrap from Create in Astoria, Queens, back in November 2023 ... and says when she took a bite, she discovered human tissue ... namely, a fingertip.

In her suit, obtained by TMZ, Smith says the fingertip was fully in her mouth after biting into the chicken wrap. We also obtained photos of the alleged fingertip.

Raja Jackson, the son of former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, went beast mode during a match Saturday night ... violently attacking his competitor with blows to the head despite him already being knocked out.

The disturbing footage from the event's Kick livestream shows the victim -- Stuart Smith, whose ring name is Syko Stu -- being slammed to the ground ... a move that seemingly knocked him out cold. Raja then mounts his unresponsive body, delivering hit after hit until he's pulled off.

The incident occurred at a private wrestling event by KnokX Pro Academy in Los Angeles, and according to wrestling reporter Sean Ross, Syko ended up in the hospital.

We spoke with David Fioravanti -- a contestant from the first season of the show -- and, he details his contentious relationship with the fitness trainer and former coach on the show.

Fioravanti says he came into the show with a basic level of fitness knowledge ... so, he didn't follow everything Michaels said without question.
