Disney World just can't seem to catch a break these days ... Another person has suffered a medical emergency during a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth with a dramatic video showing bystanders trying to save him.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... a man collapsed Thursday night while watching the new "Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away" parade in the Magic Kingdom. A fellow paradegoer, clad in a Disney jacket and Mickey ears, is seen doing chest compressions as a security officer puts on gloves in an effort to assist.

Florida's Orange County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... deputies received a medical call, but it was ultimately handled by the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District.

Brazilian influencer Bárbara Jankavski's cause of death has been released -- also known as the "Human Barbie" -- has been released ... but her family isn't buying the official line.

Authorities in São Paulo reportedly determined she died accidentally from cocaine use, according to Brazilian news site g1.

But, the local outlet reports, Jankavski's family and the Public Prosecutor's Office believe she was murdered. They reportedly want the case to go before a jury.

Kylie Jenner can finally breathe again ... 'cause she just revealed she turned to stem cell therapy after dealing with nonstop back pain for three years following her son’s birth.

In an IG post from a hospital bed Wednesday, Kylie said nothing she tried ever touched the pain -- until she took inspo from Kim Kardashian’s success with a similar treatment, and he linked up with Dr. Adeel Khan ... and says she couldn’t be more grateful.

Meghan Markle's father has been admitted to an intensive care unit in the Philippines after being rushed to the hospital for an emergency surgery ... and it seems he will need a second surgery now as well.

Thomas Markle Jr. told the Daily Mail their father -- Thomas Sr. -- was taken to the hospital with a grave illness Tuesday ... and he underwent three hours of surgery earlier today.

Thomas Jr. told DM ... "They raced us by ambulance, with the sirens going, to a much bigger hospital in the center of the city. My dad has undergone emergency surgery. I would ask everyone around the world to keep him in their thoughts."

Boxing star Chris Eubank Jr. just posted an alarming video on Instagram ... revealing weeks after his fight that he's been dealing with health issues for quite some time.

The middleweight fighter shared the clip on Tuesday ... showing himself surrounded by staffers in a medical facility.

In the video, it appears Eubank is under anesthesia as the medical team prepares for an examination.

"Full House" star Dave Coulier has been diagnosed with yet another type of cancer ... but he says early detection probably saved his life.

The 66-year-old actor told "Today" he has p16 squamous carcinoma -- a cancer of the head and neck. This comes just months after he beat stage 3 non-Hodgkin Lymphoma -- a cancer of the blood.

He told host Craig Melvin the 2 illnesses have nothing to do with each other.

La Toya Jackson is sparking health concerns among some of her fans after showing off her rail-thin body on Instagram.

The singer posted a series of IG pics Monday, in which she posed in skintight black pants and a form-fitting red top with gold stilettos. La Toya's figure-hugging outfit put her ultra-thin frame on full display, especially when she turned to the side in one of the photos.

In the caption, La Toya wished her fans a "happy Monday" and a "fabulous week," while also telling them to stay safe and healthy with "much love to you all!😘.”

JoJo Siwa bounced back like a "Boomerang" after a scary medical incident landed her in the hospital ... still hitting the stage despite a burst cyst.

The singer and dancer broke it down on TikTok ... revealing she was having trouble breathing and dealing with excruciating pain ahead of her show at the Mall of America on Friday.

In the clip, Siwa says her mom, Jessalynn, had to help her get dressed before she was transported to a local hospital in Minnesota by ambulance.

Bernie Kosar will be celebrating his birthday at home -- the Cleveland Browns legend was released from the hospital just days after his successful liver transplant.
