Nick Reiner is on suicide watch after being arrested on suspicion of murdering his parents, Rob and Michele Reiner ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Nick is on suicide watch and in administrative segregation at Twin Towers Correctional Facility in L.A. ... while he's being held without bail.

As we reported ... prior to Rob and Michele's stabbing, Nick got into a "very loud argument" with his father at Conan O'Brien's Christmas party Saturday night. We're told the shouting match was loud enough for many others to hear, and that Rob and Michele then left the party. We do not know if Nick left with them.

Lizzo is sounding off in her legal war with her former dancers -- speaking up right after their fat-shaming claims were dropped -- saying she’s not settling for anything less than fighting every allegation until the full truth comes out.

In an IG clip Monday, Lizzo laid it out in the onscreen text while silently staring at the camera, writing the fat-shaming claims that made up a big chunk of the sexual harassment lawsuit filed by Arianna Davis, Noelle Rodriguez, and Crystal Williams were tossed because they had zero merit.

According to Lizzo, the claim got cut since there was no evidence she fired anyone over weight gain ... clarifying they were actually let go for secretly recording her without her consent and then sending that footage to ex-employees.

Patrick Mahomes is devastated after tearing his ACL in Sunday's game ... writing an emotional message on social media -- questioning "why this had to happen" to him.

The Kansas City Chiefs' superstar suffered the injury with less than two minutes left in a Week 15 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers at Arrowhead Stadium.

The Chiefs confirmed it was a torn ACL in his left knee ... an injury the 30-year-old is now trying to come to terms with for the first time in his career.

"Don’t know why this had to happen," Mahomes said on his X page after the injury report was published.

A medical scare briefly stopped the show at KROQ's Almost Acoustic Christmas when All-American Rejects frontman, Tyson Ritter, abruptly cut the band's finale mid-song to help a fan who collapsed in the crowd.

TMZ has obtained video showing the band halfway through "Gives You Hell" inside the packed L.A. Kia Forum, when Ritter suddenly halted the music, grabbed the mic, and pointed toward the pit, alerting security that a woman had passed out and needed help.

In front of thousands, Ritter calmly told the crowd to open space and assist her, then added a little holiday improv, urging someone to get the woman "Twinkies or sugar or Christmas gumdrops or pieces of gingerbread houses" to help her. Ritter also called out, "Are you okay?," checking on her from the stage.

Providence, Rhode Island officials thought there could be upwards of 20 victims in the Brown University shooting ... according to dispatch audio.

After the initial call for the shooting came in, first responders showed up at the campus swiftly ... and, they relayed increasingly troubling estimates on the number of potential victims.

Listen to the clip for yourself ... early on, someone says they believe there are 6 victims in the shooting -- before someone later revises by saying there could be as many as 20 victims.

Honey Boo Boo's dad is doing just fine, TMZ has learned ... following rumors he died in a tragic car accident.

T.J. Watt's sudden lung issue freaked out a lot of people, including Steelers legend Brett "Da Beard" Keisel, who tells TMZ Sports he's hoping for a quick and full recovery so the defensive monster can return to the field ASAP!!

We spoke with the two-time Super Bowl champion this week ... shortly after Watt had surgery on his partially collapsed lung following a dry needling treatment at the Steelers' practice facility.

Watt -- former NFL Defensive Player of the Year -- will miss at least the December 15 "Monday Night Football" matchup ... and Keisel has his fingers crossed his recovery doesn't take too long, while still prioritizing his full health.

After Andy Dick's drug overdose this week provoked panicked concern among friends, he's checked himself into rehab … Dick himself tells TMZ.

Andy tells TMZ he is currently entering a rehabilitation facility in the Palm Springs, California area.

Andy was very animated on the phone with us … he's cracking jokes and it's clear he's ready to commit to clean up … he tells us he's grateful to be getting help.

Andy tells us … "Jenny Gimenez is my sister who saved me with Tim” … Tim Ryan is Jen’s husband. They’re both sober.

Jennifer was on "Celebrity Rehab" with Andy. They’ve been friends for 20 years.

Dr. Drew says he is "scared" for Andy Dick following his apparent overdose this week -- but says not all hope is gone ... and Andy simply needs to be ready for change.

"This is a life-threatening illness. It's a progressive illness that ends in death."

T.J. Watt underwent surgery on Thursday to repair and stabilize a partially collapsed lung after a dry needling treatment session at the Pittsburgh Steelers facility ... his brother, J.J., announced on Friday.

Watt shared the news on social media after the team announced he was admitted to the hospital with a health scare. While no recovery timeline is currently available, he is expected to be released from the hospital on Friday.

"He and his family are very appreciative of everyone's kind words and well wishes," J.J. said.

Aubrey O’Day had a recent medical scare ... and that's the reason she had to skip the Danity Kane reunion show Wednesday in Los Angeles, a stop on the group's comeback tour.

Ex-NBA player Jason Collins -- the league's first openly gay player -- just opened up on his serious health battle ... revealing he was diagnosed with Stage 4 glioblastoma, "one of the deadliest forms" of brain cancer.

Collins, who announced he had a brain tumor earlier this year, detailed his journey in an interview with ESPN's Ramona Shelburne ... saying he first noticed symptoms back in August.

Lili Reinhart’s keeping it real ... revealing she was finally told she has endometriosis after undergoing surgery -- a hard-won answer that came only after years of doctors brushing her off.

In an IG post Thursday, the actress shared pics from the hospital after her laparoscopic surgery ... explaining she’d seen multiple urologists, gynecologists, and hit up three hospitals, yet not one doctor brought up endometriosis. Instead, she was told last year she had interstitial cystitis -- and there was no cure.

It wasn’t until she saw two different pelvic floor therapists that endometriosis was even floated as a possible cause of her pain -- which pushed her to demand an MRI -- finally leading to the real diagnosis.
