RR broke it all down ... revealing he does three-a-days and meal prepping with no cheat meals whatsoever. In fact, his order at the steakhouse wasn't a cheat meal at all, as he still had his health as a priority.

Food poisoning 1, Rosalía zero ... the singer tried to soldier on through a concert in Milan on Wednesday, but a horrible stomach illness made her throw in the towel.

Despite vomiting backstage, the "Con Altura" singer stood heroically in front of fans at Italy's Unipol Forum, revealing she was battling "severe food poisoning."

She said, "I really want to give the best show, and I'm basically on the floor trying my best. I can try to continue, but at some point I might have to stop. I'm extremely sick, and I'm really trying. I'll push as much as I can, but if we have to stop, we might have to if I physically can’t continue. I'm in pain."

Lindsey Vonn almost lost her leg after her gnarly Olympic crash, but the ski great says she may not be done hitting the slopes ... saying she doesn't want her legacy to end on that "horrible last run."

The legendary American alpine ski racer spoke with Vanity Fair for her first interview since the February incident ... where Vonn detailed the insane pain she went through as doctors attempted to treat a severely broken leg, ankle, and other injuries, which required multiple surgeries.

Tom Hackett, the head physician for Team USA Ski and Snowboard, said Vonn was in agony and wasn't responding to "monster amounts of fentanyl, morphine, oxycodone, like every narcotic you can imagine."

It wasn’t just the physical pain ... the situation weighed on her mentally, too, knowing her career could end on such a brutal fall.

That said, Lindsey's not shutting the door on a comeback.

Despite the serious health issue, Haney says he's doing well.

The 66-year-old opened up on social media on Tuesday, after rumors began circulating that Lee was very ill ... following a post from his children that referenced the need for the organ.

"I am alive and well," Haney said, "It’s appalling to see how fast rumors can spread. Yes, I am in need of a living kidney donor as communicated by my two awesome children."

"Many of you have sent prayers my way, and I appreciate them deeply. My approach is to be proactive as I face this current challenge."

For the first time since undergoing back surgery in October, Tiger Woods is set to play competitive golf ... as the 15-time major champion will tee off for the Jupiter Links Tuesday night in Florida -- all with the TGL Finals on the line!

The news was announced shortly after the Links lost 6-5 in the first match of the best-of-three series in the TGL Finals. Woods, who is part of the Links and league ownership group, revealed his return with a simple quote Michael Jordan made famous ... "I'm back."

Woods last played in the TGL a little over a year ago, a losing effort against Atlanta Drive GC. As for when Tiger last played a PGA Tour event, you'd have to go all the way back to 2024, the Open Championship.

In a post shared on Instagram ... Chad revealed he was losing control of his limbs last month, which led to him going to the ER to get a CT scan ... that's when doctors discovered the tumors.

According to Chad, he had a successful surgery to remove the tumors on February 27, and he's been recovering in the hospital ever since.

Chuck Norris has been hospitalized in Hawaii ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us ... some medical emergency occurred in the last 24 hours on the island of Kauai that landed Chuck in the hospital. We do not know the nature of the emergency; however, we are told Chuck is in good spirits.

Whatever happened must have occurred quickly, because we're told on Wednesday he was training on the island ... a friend of Chuck's was on the phone with him, and we're told Chuck was in good spirits and cracking jokes.
