2:04 PM PST -- Sources connected to the deal tell TMZ ... Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kris and Bruce will get the lion's share of the money ... and they are each getting equal pay.

We're told Kendall, Kylie and Rob are on a lower pay grade -- and will be paid equally as well.

Scott Disick and his son Mason have a separate deal. Ditto for Lamar ... who hammered out a package deal to appear in both "Khloe and Lamar" and "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

We're told the new deal ONLY includes existing shows -- so if Kim and Kanye get a new spinoff show ... they will have to bang out a new contract for even MORE money.

The Kardashian family has just signed on for 3 more seasons with E!, and it's the richest deal ever in reality TV ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the deal tell us, the family will get more than $40 million for 3 more seasons of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

The 6th season of the show averaged 3 million viewers. The 7th season begins airing May 20.

It's official .. Kim Kardashian's earlobes are fully committed to Kanye West.

Kim arrived at LAX this weekend sporting 2 yellow gold and diamond earrings in each one of her ears -- a K and a W -- which obviously stand for Kanye West.

The two have only been dating for a few weeks ... but it seems they're moving pretty fast. They've already been on multiple dates, had ice cream together and Kanye even wrote a rap song dissing Kim's ex.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West enjoyed a dinner out with Kim's family last night, hitting up the popular restaurant Spice Market in the Meatpacking District of Manhattan.

Kanye West met Kim Kardashian's family yesterday in New York and according to our sources ... the Kardashian clan absolutely loved him.

According to our sources, Kanye and Kim were excited for the family gathering and the opportunity to show them just how great they are together.

We're told the meeting went great and the family thinks they make the perfect couple.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been dating for roughly two weeks, but it's a relationship 8 years in the making ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, the two have been friends since 2004 -- and have flirted on-and-off -- but the timing was never right to pursue a relationship ... until now.

We're told both sides always felt a spark, but they NEVER acted inappropriately while Kanye was with Amber Rose ... or while Kim was with Kris Humphries.

In fact, we're told Kim was recently kicking around the idea of reconciling with Reggie Bush ... but after hanging out with him in Miami a few weeks ago, decided the two weren't compatible anymore.

Kim finally reconnected with Kanye in Paris when she attended his fashion show ... and shortly after that, both sides decided to "give dating a shot."

And so far, we're told Kim has been super-impressed with the rapper ... who pulled one hell of a surprise when they hit up FAO Schwarz in NYC a few days ago.

Sources say Kanye made some calls and had an entire floor of the toy store roped off so they could get a private lesson from a guy who taught them how to play "Chopsticks" on the over-sized piano featured in the movie "Big."

Kim's currently back in L.A. ... but we're told she plans to get her ass back to NYC as soon as possible to see him.

Kris Humphries is so over his soon-to-be ex-wife Kim Kardashian ... that he is completely indifferent to the news she is dating Kanye West, sources close to Kris tell TMZ.

According to our sources, Kris is focused on the divorce being finalized, he isn't bothered at all by Kim's new relationship. We're told that with each passing day, Kris is more sure than ever that Kim doesn't represent the things he believes in ... and he's just ready to put this in the past.

As for Kanye's assertion that he could have pal Jay-Z kick him off the Nets -- forgetting that Jay doesn't really even make personnel decisions ... sources close to Kris say Jigga is one of his biggest fans and the two have always been cool with each other at games.

Psoriasis, Shmoriasis ... TMZ has uncovered THE TRUTH about the suspicious mark on Kim Kardashian's neck ... and it DEFINITELY originated from Kanye West's mouth.

Sources close to Kim's neck confirm ... the red blotch was NOT the result of Kim's skin condition ... it's totally a hickey.

It all makes sense, considering the mark was first seen the day after Kim and Kanye went on a movie date in NYC.

On the same day she revealed she's publicly dating Kanye West, Kim Kardashian was sporting a suspicious red blotch on the side of her neck.

At first we thought -- hickey, for sure -- but then we remembered Kim suffers from psoriasis ... a condition that can cause itchy dry red patches on the skin.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West just wrapped up date #2 in NYC -- eating lunch at the swanky Serafina restaurant on the UES ... and it caused MAYHEM in the streets.

The pair just left the restaurant in a flash -- hopping straight into an idling car -- and they were swarmed by the biggest army of photographers we've seen in a long time.

The car then sped off -- taking the couple to the legendary toy store FAO Schwarz.

Kanye is referring to Jay Z -- who owns the NJ Nets ... the team Humphries plays for.
