Justin Baldoni's beef with Blake Lively is spreading beyond his former co-star ... because he’s now targeting Marvel and asking the superhero company to hand over some Deadpool docs.

Here's the deal ... Justin claims Blake's husband Ryan Reynolds mocked him in the latest 'Deadpool' movie and he warned Disney and Marvel to hold onto all the docs related to the characters Ryan plays in "Deadpool & Wolverine" ... but last week, Marvel filed a motion to quash Baldoni's subpoena.

Now, Baldoni is responding to Marvel's move ... and in new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Justin doubles down on his assertion that the Nicepool character is a mocking depiction of him.

7:08 PM PT -- Turns out the judge has ruled on these issues ... the judge said prosecutors can't argue forced labor pertaining to one of Diddy's employees. However, the judge also ruled the prosecutors will be allowed to let in sex trafficking evidence against Diddy.

The feds are calling Diddy out for asking a judge to exclude evidence from his upcoming criminal trial ... claiming Diddy is just trying to postpone a fast-approaching start date for the trial.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Diddy is trying to exclude a bunch of evidence related to sex trafficking charges and the alleged "Freak Offs," claiming prosecutors turned over the evidence too late and didn’t give him enough time to prepare his defense.

Thing is ... the feds say Diddy's known for months about the evidence they plan to present at trial, and he's just trying to get the judge to postpone the trial.

NBC's documentary about Menudo and the group's ties to Jose Menendez is doing serious damage to the Menudo brand, and now their promoter wants the network to fork over at least half a billion dollars!

Darrin McGillis is suing over "Menendez + Menudo: Boys Betrayed" -- which has been streaming on Peacock since 2023 -- and he's particularly upset about what he calls "scandalous, false, and defamatory labels of 'sexual,' 'molestation,' 'gay,' and ultimately 'homosexual' behaviors of past members of the Menudo group."

The documentary features former member Roy Rosselló Diaz alleging Jose -- father of Erik and Lyle Menendez -- molested him back in the '80s. However, in his lawsuit, McGillis tries to discredit Roy ... claiming he became a heavy drug user after leaving the group, and was bitter about several homosexual relationships he'd had with older men.

Potential jurors in Diddy's federal trial are gonna get grilled on several subjects before they get picked ... and a questionnaire's hot topics include their taste in music, and their views on drugs, celebs and group sex.

With jury selection just a week away for Diddy's trial, his attorneys are submitting the 30 questions they want to put to the jury pool. Not shockingly, considering the charges, sex is raised several times.

For instance, "There may be evidence in this case about people engaging in sexual relations with multiple sexual partners. Would hearing about that type of evidence be difficult for you?"

Kim Kardashian is extending one big middle finger to her alleged Paris robbers ... by wearing some flashy jewelry on her ankle after claiming she'd never wear bling again.

In a rare move from Kim, she flaunted some jewels in a series of Instagram photos from a recent getaway to Maui ... showing off four anklets filled with diamonds -- shortly before her accused attackers go on trial for robbing her.

Kim's making a statement here ... she's still standing strong after a harrowing ordeal in Paris nearly 10 years ago, when she was robbed of nearly $10 million in jewelry.

Part of Diddy's defense involves his mental capacity to commit the crimes while he was, essentially, wasted -- he even has a doctor lined up to testify -- but the feds think it's a totally irrelevant point.

Prosecutors filed their opposition to this line of testimony, and in the docs they say Diddy wants to have the doctor -- who's a Columbia professor -- testify he had a "mental condition bearing on the issue of guilt."

So, what does that mean exactly?

Well, the detail of his alleged condition is redacted throughout the documents ... but, there are some clues, including a bit about Diddy's alleged drinking and drugging.

Kim Kardashian is finally seeing the wheels of justice turn in her robbery case ... Ten people are going on trial today, accused of sticking her up at gunpoint nine years ago in France.

Kim is expected to travel to Paris and testify May 13th. She's explained in horrifying detail how the robbers broke into her hotel suite, pushed her on the bed, tied her up with plastic cables, taped her hands, and then blindfolded her at gunpoint. She was put in the bathtub as the robbers made off with $10 million in jewels.

It was so traumatic, Kim told cops she thought she was going to be raped.

For those of you who’ve had your share of speeding tickets, just imagine putting your pedal to the metal, only to have your car’s accelerator top out at -- or below! -- the speed limit.

A new measure under consideration in New York City could really clamp down on repeat speeders with accelerator-restrictor technology ... particularly focusing on speeders cited on surface streets and in school zones. The city could end up mandating the accelerator restrictors to force chronic speeders to involuntarily slow down.

The devices are part of a pilot program known as Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA). Some use GPS data and maps to determine the correct speed depending on your car’s location. Some makes and models already have this technology installed as of a year ago. Vehicles that do not currently have ISA would have to be modified to add the technology.

One of the key suspects in the Kim Kardashian Paris robbery reportedly died suddenly just as the case against him was about to go to trial.

According to the Daily Mail, Marceau Baum-Gertner died on March 6 in Paris. His cause of death is not yet known.

Marceau was accused of working alongside the gang that held the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star at gunpoint in 2016.

1:49 PM PT -- Chuck Liddell's attorney Juliana Moiola tells TMZ ... "After quashing numerous false allegations against Chuck, the parties reached a divorce settlement outside of court. Chuck is a great father. He has always and will continue to put his children first. Chuck Liddell and his wife Heidi have officially finalized their divorce ... bringing a close to a longtime split.

The former MMA star and his ex-wife of more than a decade settled their divorce earlier this week, according to documents obtained by TMZ  ... almost four years after he initially filed.

According to documents, Chuck and Heidi are sharing joint legal and physical custody of their two minor children ... with the two alternating holidays every year.

4/28/25, 3 PM -- In a judgment entered on Monday ... the marital status is terminated, and Xzibit and Krista Joiner are both restored to the status of single persons. The order filed by Xzibit last week -- seeking bifurcation of the issue of marital status -- has been granted.

Xzibit wants to go back to single status ... filing to become legally divorced -- though he and his estranged wife Krista Joiner still need to come to a settlement agreement.

The rapper filed documents in Los Angeles earlier this week asking the court to bifurcate his divorce ... basically separating his marital status from the divorce proceedings regarding child and spousal support, thus allowing him to become single in the eyes of the law while proceedings drag on.

Xzibit points out the two have been separated for more than four years ... and, while he claims their trial date is scheduled for next month, he knows this may take awhile to resolve -- and, he wants to be a single man again.

Rosie O'Donnell's not just pals with Lyle Menendez ... it seems she's a close confidante of him -- 'cause she says the pair talk every few days.

The former talk show host revealed how close she is with the convicted killer to Page Six in an interview published Saturday ... admitting she and Lyle chat on the phone between two and three times each week.

Virginia Giuffre was found dead by suicide on Friday -- years after she claimed she would never kill herself.

Giuffre -- who was an outspoken whistleblower who accused the late Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew of sexual abuse -- made the chilling claim in a resurfaced tweet from 2019.

She wrote ... "I am making it publicly known that in no way, shape or form am I suicidal. ... If something happens to me – in the sake of my family do not let this go away and help me to protect them. Too many evil people want to see me quieted [sic]."

Virginia Giuffre, who publicly accused convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew of sexual abuse, has died by suicide.

The Western Australia Police Force tells TMZ officers responded to a call on Friday at 9:50 PM local time after a 41-year-old woman was located unresponsive at a residence in Neergabby.

Emergency first-aid was provided, but she could not be revived. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
