Josh Duggar is doing just "fine" despite his recent transfer to a federal prison specializing in medical and mental health services ... at least according to his attorney.

Josh's lawyer, Beau Brindley, tells TMZ … Josh was moved as part of a "routine" transfer from FCI Seagoville in Seagoville, Texas, to the Federal Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

Brindley noted the May 29 transfer had nothing to do with Josh's health.

James Harden Arrested, Charged with Unlawful Carrying of Weapons

James Harden was arrested early Saturday morning and charged with the unlawful carrying of weapons ... TMZ has learned.

The arrest went down in Texas ... and according to authorities, he was caught with a handgun in his vehicle. It was allegedly in plain sight and not being carried in a holster. His charge is a misdemeanor.

A spokesperson for the Houston Police Department tells TMZ ... he was pulled over at 1800 Crawford Street for a traffic violation. He identified himself and was was taken into custody.

Former NBA star Trevor Ariza told the court about his financial situation as part of his legal battle with his ex-wife, Bree Anderson Ariza ... and it's a far cry from what he was making as a player.

TMZ obtained an income and expense declaration filed by Trevor, which states he earns an average of $6,000 per month as a trainer for the disabled … but says he only made around $2,316 last month.

He also claims he earns around $667 per month from investments in Buffalo Wild Wings. He said he has around $50K in cash and bank accounts … and $2.5 million in real property.

"Love & Hip Hop: Miami" star Michael Blackson settled up with his close friend and baby mama Nadia Beddini and agreed to pay her thousands per month in child support ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Michael will pony up $4,500 per month in support for their nearly 1-year-old son, Kweku, and pay Nadia $5K for her lawyer fees for the case.

This is a custody settlement ... meaning Michael and Nadia agreed on all the terms, and the judge signed off on the deal.

Tyra Banks ain't just serving looks ... she just filed a defamation lawsuit against Netflix following her participation in their "Reality Check: Inside America's Next Top Model" docuseries.

The legal docs, filed Saturday and obtained by TMZ, allege Netflix only used 16 minutes from her over 3-hour interview with them and manipulated it "to support a false and defamatory narrative."

The lawsuit accuses producers of constructing a false narrative about Tyra through "selective editing, deliberate omission, and surgical manipulation of continuous footage -- including that Ms. Banks knowingly allowed a contestant to be sexually assaulted on her show, exploited that contestant's trauma for ratings, and then could not even remember it when asked."

Jeff Metcalf went after the Frisco Superintendent on Sarah Fields' "JinxedSip" podcast ... calling him "the most spineless, coward piece of s*** I've ever met in my entire life."

He blasted the superintendent for allowing Karmelo Anthony to graduate high school after stabbing his son to death at a track meet in April 2025. Jeff argued that Karmelo shouldn't have been able to graduate because he says the school handbook allegedly declares murder to be grounds for "mandatory expulsion."

Nick Reiner Trustee Launched Investigation Into $1.7 Million Trust Rules

The person in control of Nick Reiner’s trust initially refused to pay out money until an investigation was complete, according to Nick’s lawyer. 

TMZ obtained a letter written by Nick’s lawyer on May 11 that was sent to the trustee of Nick’s trust, which was set up by Rob and Michele Reiner.

The trust holds around $1.7 million, per the docs. In his petition, Nick’s lawyer demanded the money to distribute the cut he was owed when he turned 30, two years before he allegedly murdered his parents in their L.A. home.

They say his team fired off a subpoena in December 2025 to a bank as part of a bankruptcy that Stoli filed in Texas. The subpoena asked the bank to turn over emails exchanged with Stoli, and included questions about Vladimir Putin, Russia, and any Russian assets of Stoli.

1:56 PM PT -- Kiefer's lawyer, Andrew Brettler, tells TMZ, “Six months ago, Kiefer Sutherland was involved in a scary incident when he was the passenger in an Uber and the driver refused to stop the vehicle despite repeated requests to do so. Although the driver declined medical attention at the scene, in the months since then, Kiefer has become the victim of his consistent attempts to embellish and exaggerate his claims of distress and injury while demanding millions of dollars in compensation after he and his lawyer learned of Kiefer’s celebrity."

"Kiefer intends to fight this suit since he has absolutely no interest in rewarding someone who has crafted a distorted account in pursuit of a massive payday," the lawyer added.

Kiefer Sutherland is being sued by his Uber driver for assault and battery for the alleged L.A. incident that ended with the actor's arrest. The actor's lawyer adamantly denied the claims.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ ... Uber driver Rafael Manvelyan says Kiefer was "visibly intoxicated" on January 12 when he picked up the actor.

Rafael -- who says his English is limited because he primarily speaks Russian and Armenian -- claims Kiefer got "agitated" when the actor was struggling to understand him.

The lawsuit claims Kiefer became "increasingly hostile, aggressive, confrontational" during the ride, allegedly yelling and being verbally abusive.

11:25 AM PT -- Blake Lively's attorneys Esra Hudson & Michael Gottlieb tell TMZ ... Today’s ruling makes it clear that Ms. Lively brought her claims in good faith, that there was no evidence she acted with malice.

They continue to say, "The parties’ settlement agreement expressly preserves Ms. Lively’s rights to obtain those damages. Lively is gratified that her lawsuit shows how laws like it create a path for survivors to hold accountable those who weaponize online attacks and retaliatory lawsuits to intimidate and silence survivors."

Blake Lively struck out in her bid to make Justin Baldoni and Wayfarer cough up money for damages ... but she is getting them to cover a portion of her legal expenses.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge ruled Blake won't be getting the punitive or treble damages she was seeking ... but Justin is being ordered to pick up the tab for her attorney's fees.

No word yet on how much Justin and Wayfarer will have to shell out ... the amount is still undetermined, as of right now ... but they're not paying Blake any damages on top.

Karmelo Anthony's Trial Lawyer I Think He Feels Remorse For Murder

Karmelo Anthony made a split-second decision to stab Austin Metcalf ... a fatal choice he regrets ... so says the lawyer who represented him during his murder trial.

We asked Mike Howard if he thinks his former client is remorseful for fatally stabbing Austin in April 2025 during a Texas high school track meet ... and he started off by saying it's hard to gauge Karmelo's exact feelings fairly because Karmelo didn't testify in court.

However, Howard tells TMZ ... "I believe from my many interactions with him that, while he believed that in that split-second of chaos that he was defending himself, that Karmelo also has and continues to feel remorse for Austin Metcalf, for Hunter Metcalf, for the entire family for their loss."
