Cardi B wants the millions Tasha K owes her, and she's not buying the blogger's claim she's flat broke -- and now she's offering a judge evidence Tasha's stashing money to avoid paying up.

Cardi's attorneys filed docs in Florida Bankruptcy court, calling out Tasha over the $3.4 million she still owes the rapper for losing the defamation case in 2022. Tasha declared bankruptcy, saying she didn't have assets to cover that judgment -- but Cardi's telling the court that's simply BS.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Cardi's alleging Tasha fraudulently transferred assets and income out of her name, and into her husband's name and/or his business.

A Florida woman was arrested Tuesday after her insurance company told police she made a threat using words associated with the murder of a healthcare executive last week.

Briana Boston reportedly had claims denied by BlueCross BlueShield recently, and called them up -- and the company recorded it. At the end of the call, Boston allegedly said ... “Delay, Deny, Depose. You people are next,” according to Tampa's WFLA-TV.

"Deny, Depose, Defend" are the words etched onto shell casings found at the scene of the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson last week ... 26-year-old Luigi Mangione has been arrested this week in that case.

Morgan Wallen has pled guilty to two misdemeanor charges in his chair-throwing case ... and, he will spend seven days in a DUI education center.

Worrick Robinson, Morgan's attorney, tells TMZ ... the singer-songwriter pled guilty to two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment Thursday.

He's been sentenced to seven days in jail which he will serve in the DUI center -- a program which provides "state of the art alternative sentencing for Tennessee DUI, reckless driving, and reckless endangerment offenders" according to the program website -- after which he will serve two years' probation. He must also pay a $350 fine and court fees.

Christmas is the season to be jolly --- but not for one Massachusetts drug suspect who tried to pull a Santa Claus escape, but got stuck inside a chimney, according to police.

Tuesday night, police officers executed a search warrant at a residence in Falls River, MA, prompting Robert Langlais and Tanisha Ibay to flee to the roof, cops said.

Ibay allegedly jumped from the roof onto a car parked on the street, while Langlais climbed inside the chimney ... but his attempt to evade capture failed miserably.
