Kieran Culkin gave the first thank you speech of the SAG Awards ... or, at least he meant to -- but, he just couldn't get over how heavy the trophy was.

The actor accepted the trophy for Male Actor in Supporting Role in a Motion Picture ... and, while it seems he may have meant to give an actual speech, when he grabbed the trophy that went out the window.

The Film Independent Spirit Awards might be for smaller budget flicks ... but, the stars certainly aren't spending less on their outfits -- 'cause they're looking chic at this year's show.

Lynne Marie Stewart, the actress best known for her roles in "American Graffiti,"  "Pee-wee’s Playhouse" and "It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia," has died, TMZ has confirmed.

Bette Smith, Stewart's manager tells TMZ ... the actress died unexpectedly yesterday afternoon at her sister's California home. In December, doctors found a tumor between the liver and gall bladder. Prior to the diagnosis, Stewart wrapped Ben Stiller's upcoming film "The Dink" ... as well as kept working on "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia."

"She was the most talented and funny and most honorable person I have ever known," Smith told us of Stewart.

George Armitage, famous for directing movies like "Grosse Pointe Blank" and "Miami Blues," is dead ... TMZ has learned.

The longtime Hollywood producer and director's niece tells TMZ ... George died last Saturday surrounded by family, including his wife, his son, his daughter-in-law and his grandkids.

The cause of death is unclear.

Sydney Sweeney's not hearing wedding bells in her near future ... 'cause she's pushing back her nuptials, TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the actress was supposed to get married in May, but the wedding's now on hiatus -- and, it's not totally clear why.

We reached out to people in the know ... and, they confirmed to us the wedding was being pushed back because of the couple's busy schedule.

It is open season for Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck ... marriage season, that is, because the exes are now officially divorced.

Here's the deal ... TMZ broke the story when Ben and Jen filed their divorce settlement with the court on January 6, but after getting the judge's stamp of approval, they weren't officially single until February 21.

Former Congressman Matt Gaetz is hitting back at Alan Ritchson, accusing the actor of lying about them being adversaries when they attended the same Florida high school.

Gaetz posted a message Thursday on X, explaining that Hollywood had apparently changed Ritchson -- best known for his title role as Jack Reacher in the TV series, "Reacher."

Gaetz — who represented Florida's 1st congressional district from 2017 to 2024 -- said the two were on the Speech and Debate Team at Niceville High School and couldn't remember any tension between them, saying flat out "we were not adversaries."

Our sources say Steve Sarowitz -- a partner in Wayfarer Studios -- allegedly comparing his retaliatory plan to Israel's campaign against Hamas, plus his willingness to empty coffers to take them down, would rattle anyone ... especially those just getting started in the industry!

As you know ... Blake filed an amended complaint earlier this week in which she said multiple people from the 'IEWU' set would come forward to corroborate her claims of sexual harassment against Justin Baldoni.

She didn't reveal their names ... and Baldoni's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, blasted the whole complaint as hearsay -- from people who were "clearly no longer willing to come forward or publicly support her claims."

Baldoni’s camp tells TMZ … "Ms. Lively, Mr. Reynolds, and their paid representatives initiated this campaign which has severely impacted many private individuals, their livelihoods, and their families.

"Since they’ve yet to show any evidence and continue to blame others for the online vitriol resulting from their own actions, they are now speaking on behalf of alleged third parties who have not come forward themselves.

"Wayfarer, Justin, and their representatives have no ill will nor vendetta against anyone who speaks up in any circumstance and have first-hand experience with and empathy for the struggles of going against incredibly powerful individuals in pursuit of the truth."

Blake Lively's publicist says she shouldn't be a defendant in Justin Baldoni's lawsuit against Blake because, despite Baldoni's claims to the contrary, she didn't start this public relations war.

Leslie Sloane -- owner of Vision PR -- filed a motion to dismiss herself and her company from the civil lawsuit JB's team filed against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, Thursday ... claiming there's no factual basis that she started a PR war against Baldoni.

Sloane claims Baldoni's amended complaint provides no evidence to back up this claim. In addition, she points to text messages Blake obtained last year ... in which Jennifer Abel -- part of the Baldoni PR machine -- allegedly wrote she wanted to "plant pieces this week of how horrible Blake is to work with."

Taylor Swift might be more involved in the creative process for "It Ends With Us" than people around her claim -- or so the Internet says, thanks to videos that have been dug up.

A bunch of clips from the film’s 2024 promo tour are making the rounds online, seemingly proving Swift's involvement -- and one standout includes Justin Baldoni gushing about how Taylor gave a thumbs up to his casting of Isabela Ferrer, who plays young Lily Bloom.

Justin explained he showed Isabela's casting tape to both Blake and Taylor -- and just like that, they instantly knew she was the one.

Justin Baldoni's business partner planned to go scorched earth on Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, according to Lively's amended complaint ... comparing the impending legal battle to Israel's campaign against Hamas.

According to the document, Steve Sarowitz -- a partner in Baldoni's Wayfarer Studios, which produced "It Ends With Us" -- was ready to take down the Hollywood power couple back in August 2024 ... with Lively's team claiming he told a third party if the two ever "cross the line," he would go after them.

Blake says he then employed an outlandish analogy ... allegedly telling this person -- who was working with Wayfarer on a project unrelated to Lively and Baldoni's flick -- “I will protect the studio like Israel protected itself from Hamas. There were 39,000 dead bodies. There will be two dead bodies when I’m done."

On Tuesday, the acclaimed director thanked the hip hop superstar's jury of his peers for not buying A$AP Relli's claims and finding the rapper not guilty -- and Spike shared the first look of their upcoming film "Highest 2 Lowest."

Rocky stars opposite Denzel Washington in Spike Lee's reimagination of Japanese filmmaker Akira Kurosawa's 1963 film "High & Low" ... and Rocky will undoubtedly be on board for the press runs.

Blake Lively's new allegations against Justin Baldoni are missing one critical thing -- cold hard proof he did her wrong ... at least that's how Justin's attorney is reading the documents.

Bryan Freedman tells TMZ, he found Blake's amended lawsuit -- filed late Tuesday night -- "underwhelming" when it comes to any new facts or anything damning against his client.

Freedman says the suit is "filled with unsubstantial hearsay of unnamed persons who are clearly no longer willing to come forward or publicly support her claims." He adds that his clients -- Baldoni, his publicists, and Wayfarer Studios -- "have been transparent in providing receipts, real time documents and video showing a completely different story than what has been manipulated and cherry picked to the media."
