Ye's wife took to Instagram to share a realistic-looking photo of the rapper's severed head -- a prop from his music video with Don Toliver ... and it's a lot to behold.

Even though it's fake, it's enough to do a double-take, thanks to the gory details ... like the uneven cuts that make it look like someone hacked off Ye's head.

Kanye West is losing his head over his latest music video -- literally -- and wife Bianca Censori is the one calling the shots.

Ye dropped the bizarre visual for "OK," his track featuring Don Toliver ... and Bianca planted her husband squarely on a morgue table for the occasion.

The video shows Kanye as a headless corpse while a team of doctors operates on his body ... pulling strange objects from inside his torso. The medical crew eventually attempts to reattach Ye's head ... turning the whole thing into one seriously twisted resurrection.

The connection between Benson Boone and Alix Earle appears to be growing by the day -- and his new music video may be bringing them even closer.

Sources close to production tell TMZ ... the pair have spent the week filming his "The Time of My Life" music video -- which TMZ previously revealed Alix is starring in -- and we're told their chemistry on set has been so undeniable that people around them feel a romance could be brewing.

We're told Alix was constantly laughing around Benson, the vibe felt flirty, and the two quickly developed a natural bond while working together.

But, the real scene-stealer sits a few rows behind Ye in the vid's church setting ... a man who appears to be Michael Jackson in an all-white suit.
