The country music star claims he consulted Pittsburgh officials before calling off his Saturday performance due to a bad weather forecast ... but Mayor O'Connor says Morgan never actually talked to them and was acting on his own.

O'Connor told KDKA Radio ... "There was no contact to Public Safety or my administration so however the artist and his team picked to not have the show, that was on them, there was no consulting for Public Safety or the City of Pittsburgh."

Michelle Williams is finally setting the record straight on one of Destiny's Child's most infamous interviews ... insisting the group wasn't high -- they were just flat-out exhausted.

Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau just checked off another relationship milestone ... making their red-carpet debut as a couple at the Tribeca Festival in New York City.

The singer and the former Canadian prime minister stepped out together Monday night for the premiere of her concert film, "Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour - Live From Paris," posing side by side for photographers in their first official red carpet appearance as a pair.

The debut comes nearly a year after the couple first got together. Katy and Justin were first linked in July 2025, when TMZ exclusively spotted the pair dining together in Montreal shortly after Perry's split from Orlando Bloom.

Offset nearly came to blows in Monaco ... going off on a driver he claims put hands on women during a chaotic street confrontation caught on video.

TMZ obtained footage from Offset's heated outburst Monday ... and as you can see, the rapper is visibly furious as he squares up with a chauffer outside a black van, repeatedly calling him a "bitch" and accusing him of grabbing women by the neck.

At one point, Offset is overheard warning the guy that if he touches another woman, he'll beat him up himself.

According to people at the scene, the incident went down around 9:37 AM local time in Monaco ... just one day after the city wrapped up its star-studded Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend.

Sources tell TMZ ... the driver was manhandling women aggressively, pulling their hair and trying to get them out of his car.

Here's what happened ... John was playing Lilly's Club in Monte Carlo for the F1 after party on Sunday when someone climbed up onto the stage, causing such a commotion that the whole show got shut down.

You can see in the video ... it looks like Travis is the person who pulled himself up on stage. John sounded off on the incident, saying ... "last night was out of my control. my show got shut down due to another artist showing up late and forcing his way onto the stage."

Brad Paisley is super pissed about a plan to build an artificial intelligence data center near the Nashville Zoo ... and he's hoping to stop the development.

The country star posted a video message slamming the "absolute nightmare" the proposed data center would create ... telling fans it's a crap idea that would ruin the area.

A permit has been filed to demolish two buildings in the area to make way for the proposed 69,000-square-foot data center, which the zoo says would be about 50 yards from some of its animals, including leopards.

Brad says ... "It doesn't belong there. It would be an enormous monstrosity, an absolute eyesore, and detract in every way, for not only that zoo, but also that area."
