With the John Rocker fight off the table, TMZ Sports has learned Patrick Mahomes Sr. is now trying to make a quick buck elsewhere in April.

According to legal documents we've obtained, the father of NFL star Patrick Mahomes II has asked a Smith County, Texas court for permission to travel to Minnesota from April 12 to April 13 so he can sign some autographs at a sports card convention in St. Paul.

The elder Mahomes, of course, needs a judge to put their John Hancock on the request as part of the stipulations of the plea agreement he signed in his DWI case last year.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have finally been spotted together after more than a month since the Super Bowl ... and the high-profile couple were being unusually sneaky.

The two stepped out for a date night in NYC on Friday ... apparently trying to avoid the public eye by slipping in the back of Del Frisco's Grille in Brookfield Place.

The 21-year-old was booked into a local jail on one charge of assaulting a family/household member while impeding breath/circulation ... but on Sunday, the district attorney's office stated it was declining the case following a further investigation into the matter.

The now-viral incident took place in November '23 at a sports show in Chicago ... when Gastineau confronted the ex-Packers star about a 2002 sack he gave up to Michael Strahan that allowed Strahan to break the New York Jets legend's single-season record.

Gastineau appeared furious with the ex-Packers signal-caller in the footage ESPN obtained ... and he could be heard in the clip telling Favre over and over again his actions during the '02 game "hurt me."

Jada Bell said in a lawsuit filed in Franklin County, Ohio last year that she's Le'Veon's cousin ... and when she was just six or seven years old, Le'Veon began having nonconsensual, incestual relations with her.

According to the suit, Le'Veon -- who Jada says is eight years older than her -- would use "slang terms" to direct her when she was just a minor, which incestual acts he wished for her to perform upon him."
