Prescription drugs may have been what killed the obsessed fan who allegedly overdosed near Paula Abdul's house last week.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ "multiple prescription bottles" were found by Paula Goodspeed's body in her car. No word yet what type of drugs the prescriptions were for.

As we reported earlier, Goodspeed had overdosed in the exact same area around a year ago.

The 34-year-old female father is in his first trimester, according to ABC News. In an interview airing Friday, Beatie tells Barbara Walters he did not go back on testosterone after giving birth to biological daughter Susan in June, in hopes of getting pregnant again. It worked.

Beatie is due June 12 -- just in time for Father's Day.

Kevin Federline won't be taking any legal action after Jayden James' lil' health scare over the weekend.

His lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan tells E!, "I don't anticipate there being a hearing." Kaplan adds the thing was probably a "freak occurrence" and the parents will "do what they have to do to make sure" there's no more trouble for the boy.

The 35-year-old resurfaced at some event in Boca Raton this weekend, looking much healthier and a tad bit douchey.

Now we've gotten to the bottom of why Jayden James was rushed to the hospital yesterday.

Sources tell TMZ he ingested something that didn't agree with him. We are told, contrary to several reports, it was NOT a seizure.

We're told he'll probably be discharged tomorrow. As for Ms. Britney Spears, she was "worried" but is now fine.

P.S. Britney and others have been trying to get in touch with K-Fed to let him know what's going on, but haven't had any luck.

UPDATE: K-Fed's publicist tells us the story is not true....that Kevin has been "in direct contact with the family at all times."

If you're looking for another house from the same Ving dynasty where a man died you'll have to wait -- Rhames still lives there. No word yet as to why Ving isn't selling the house where his caretaker died of a heart attack last year following a tragic run-in with multiple dogs on the property.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ, "It was very hot at the venue, so after Rihanna's set was over, she went off stage and needed to sit down, catch her breath and have some water. She is perfectly healthy and will be at her show tomorrow."

We're also told Rihanna's health scare was a direct effect of an air conditioning problem in the arena.

Stone Cold accidentally clocked MMA fighter Paul Lazenby while filming a movie called "Damage." Steve felt so badly about throttling Lazenby's face and giving him black eyes and a broken nose, he mugged for this shot of the two of them -- sling, ice pack, and all. Austin, needless to say, wasn't actually hurt.

Lazenby tells TMZ, "I want to stress that this was NOT a case of negligence or incompetence, just one of those things that can happen even between skilled performers when they're swinging their fists at one another. I don't blame Steve at all."

Chi Cheng, bassist for rock legends The Deftones, is in a coma after a car crash.

The band's frontman, Chino Moreno, says the situation is "very serious" and a post on the Deftones website says Chi is in serious, but stable condition at a northern California hospital, but didn't provide specifics.
