NASCAR racer Connor Zilisch was forced to pump the brakes on celebrating his big Xfinity Series win in New York Saturday when he tumbled from his car and broke his collarbone.

The horrific ordeal was caught on video -- Connor was climbing onto the roof of his No. 88 Chevrolet racecar to celebrate his W when his left foot seemingly got stuck in his window ... making him take a hard fall to the ground.

Paramedics quickly arrived to render aid ... and he was transported from Victory Lane at Watkins Glen International to a local hospital "awake and alert" for further evaluation.

Amy Schumer is joking her way through her ongoing surgery recovery process -- posting a super unserious snap of herself using a walker as she heals up from a recent back procedure.

A scary moment unfolded at New England Patriots practice on Monday ... when defensive coordinator Terrell Williams -- who recently returned from health issues -- suffered an apparent medical scare on the sidelines.

The incident went down on the training fields behind Gillette Stadium, where Williams -- who was hired in January -- suddenly went to the ground, according to reporters on the scene.

Several spectators shared photos on social media showing Coach Williams on the grass as medical personnel provided aid and rolled out a stretcher.

Jessie J was hospitalized over the weekend just six weeks after undergoing breast cancer surgery.

The singer, who had a mastectomy and breast reconstruction following an early-stage cancer diagnosis in April, says she returned to the hospital unexpectedly after experiencing symptoms that initially pointed to a possible blood clot in her lung.

The tour will kick back off with a few shows that weren't postponed, starting on October 1 ... and, all previously sold tickets will be honored at the new dates, which will begin October 28.
