Lauren Boebert’s son Tyler Boebert accepted a plea deal from prosecutors in his child abuse case that could end up with him serving some jail time ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the Weld County District Attorney’s Office offered a deal in which Tyler would plead guilty to the charges of child abuse/negligence without injury.

The District Attorney said it suggested the court sentence Tyler to a cap of 30 days in jail and 12-month supervised probation.

The prosecutors also want him to complete a parenting program.

Rep. Max Miller is facing yet another legal battle with his ex-wife Emily Moreno ... she's suing him and his attorney -- on behalf of their young daughter -- claiming they put a nude photo of the 2-year-old online.

According to the complaint -- filed in federal court in Ohio and obtained by TMZ -- Moreno claims Miller and his lawyer Aaron Minc recklessly published and distributed an image exposing the child's genitalia.

Moreno says Miller provided Minc with a trove of documents and photos in order to combat the public fallout from Moreno's abuse allegations ... and was "indifferent" about what the files contained and how they were used.

According to the complaint ... the nude photo was placed in a Dropbox folder Miller dished out to plenty of people after livestreaming on X, where he defended himself and denied Moreno's previous allegations.

Get ready for a new White House Press Secretary ... President Trump says Karoline Leavitt is stepping down from the job.

Trump announced Karoline's upcoming career move in a Truth Social post Wednesday ... saying she's leaving the gig at the end of the month so she can spend more time with her kids and family.

Karoline gave birth in May to a daughter ... her second child.

Trump says Karoline will be one of his top outside advisors and continue to be an influential voice within the GOP.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez appeared to be up close and personal with her ex-fiancé just months before their split became public knowledge ... at least based on some photos posted on social media.

Snaps of the former couple are making the rounds online ... appearing to show the New York Congresswoman and Riley Roberts hanging out at the bar of a Manhattan burger joint.

NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani is not on the same page with the NYPD when it comes to a security detail for his wife during her upcoming Middle East trip ... because it's NOT happening.

Mamdani's wife, Rama Duwaji, wanted cops to escort her around Syria and Lebanon next month, but an NYPD spokesperson tells TMZ ... "The NYPD does not send officers to countries with level four travel advisories for discretionary reasons not linked to investigative work."

That sounds like news to Mamdani ... because on Monday his office told the New York Post, "Upon the strong recommendation of the NYPD, the First Lady's security detail will be joining her when she travels to visit family in Syria and Lebanon."

President Donald Trump says the wild Air Force One switcheroo wasn't his call ... revealing the Secret Service and military told him to take another plane because of a security threat.

Trump addressed the operation Tuesday, saying he follows the guidance of those responsible for protecting him. "I go by Secret Service and the military. They wanted me to go in a different flight, different plane," Trump said.

He added, "I just have to do what they say."

John Hinckley Jr. is still sending Jodie Foster his love ... 45 years after he attempted to assassinate Ronald Reagan to impress her.

AOC and Riley actually split roughly two years ago, and called off their engagement, according to Puck's Chief Washington Correspondent Leigh Ann Caldwell ... who was first to report the couple's demise.

Multiple sources on Capitol Hill tell TMZ, it's felt like ages since the pair were seen together publicly. That's not hyperbole ... Riley and AOC were last photographed at 2021's Met Gala.

About a year later, in May 2022, the congresswoman confirmed she and RR were engaged. While we've confirmed they're dunzo, we can't say for certain when the break-up went down.
