Milania Giudice didn't seem overly concerned after she was arrested for assault ... seemingly cracking a grin and chuckling while sitting in the back of a police car.

Footage taken from cameras inside the squad car -- originally obtained by Page Six -- shows Milania sitting in the back seat, hands behind her back and buckled ... and it looks like she's laughing.

Milania's showing a range of emotions here ... at times there appears to be laughter, and at other times she appears downcast.

"The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star Miranda Hope's ex Chase McWhorter cut a plea deal with prosecutors in his DUI case ... and it looks like he's going to avoid jail time.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Chase pled guilty to one count of misdemeanor DUI and, in exchange, prosecutors agreed to drop the other charges and recommend probation, community service, and a substance abuse evaluation, instead of jail time. The judge signed off on the deal.

Chase was ordered to pay a $1,383 fine, complete 48 hours of community service, and serve a year of probation.

Armando Niedermeier-Rubio's immigration attorney is making a public plea to the Department of Homeland Security and other U.S. officials ... asking for emergency help so the '90 Day Fiancé' star can reunite with his husband and daughter during a devastating family medical crisis.

Kelsey Zubkoff tells TMZ ... Armando is urgently seeking assistance so he can be reunited with his U.S. citizen spouse, Kenny Niedermeier, and his lawful permanent resident daughter, Hannah, who is receiving critical care in the ICU at a Phoenix hospital.

According to the attorney, Armando is pursuing the lawful spousal visa process and is asking the Department of Homeland Security, the appropriate U.S. Embassy or consulate, or any other agency able to expedite review of his pending case. While that request is under consideration, they're also asking whether emergency humanitarian parole or other lawful temporary relief may be available given the extraordinary medical circumstances.

Martha Stewart isn’t worried about her longtime makeup artist Daisy Toye potentially ditching her for 15 minutes of fame.

The legendary businesswoman spoke to TMZ about Daisy, who had worked with Martha for 2 decades, joining "The Real Housewives of New York" for its upcoming season.

Sources close to 'RHONY' previously told TMZ ... Daisy made it clear during production she was hoping to use the reality show to become famous … which would mean she would no longer work for Martha. 

Matt Brown -- the "Alaskan Buch People" star -- was cremated, not buried, after he died by suicide ... TMZ has learned.

According to his death certificate, Matt's ashes were given to the Okanogan County Crematory on June 24.

As you know ... Matt died on May 27 -- and the Okanogan County Coroner later determined he died by suicide via a single gunshot wound to the head. He was found in the fast-moving river by a private search party.

Kris Jenner's beloved mother Mary Jo -- known as MJ -- is dead.

Kris announced her mom's death Thursday morning in a heartfelt post to social media post ... saying, "Today, we said goodbye to my beautiful Mommy MJ. There are no words that could ever capture what she has meant to me or the heartbreak of having to say goodbye."

Kris added ... "My mom was the heart of our family. She taught me everything that truly matters… to love your family fiercely, to be kind, to show up for the people you love, and to never take a single moment together for granted."

Layla Taylor isn't hiding her new romance anymore ... 'cause TMZ obtained photos of the 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' star packing on the PDA with her girlfriend during a family outing to a California theme park.

The reality TV star was spotted Thursday morning strolling through Legoland with her unidentified partner ... holding hands and embracing.

At one point, Layla draped her arm around her girlfriend's shoulders while they took in the miniature Las Vegas display. In another moment, the pair held hands as they wandered through the park, and Layla appeared to keep reaching for her partner, staying close the entire time.

"90 Day Fiancé" star Armando Niedermeier-Rubio broke down in tears as he updated fans on his teenage daughter continued hospitalization due to a brain bleed.

Armando shared the emotional message Thursday -- two days after Hannah was airlifted from Mexico to a hospital in Phoenix -- and said the MRI results and all other testing have given no answers about why there is blood in her brain. He said she will go for more intense tests, which scares him.

In the video, Armando is sobbing ... saying he doesn't want to lose his baby girl.

Looks like the drama surrounding the 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' crew has spilled off-screen ... because several cast members have officially cut their social media ties with Taylor Frankie Paul.

Taylor Frankie Paul's parenting, mental health, and home life are all being called into question by Utah's Department of Children and Family Services ... with allegations of troubling statements to caseworkers, concerns over her commitment to therapy, and parenting issues involving her children.

We broke the story ... according to a petition filed by Utah's DCFS and obtained by TMZ, the agency is asking a juvenile court to find Taylor's three children have been "abused, neglected or dependent."

According to that filing, Taylor told DCFS -- during a May 2026 home visit -- her life coach, Kari, was "the only reason she was still alive" and she wanted Kari to conduct her mental health and domestic violence assessments.

In its docs, DCFS claims it told Taylor that Kari wasn't qualified to do the assessments. During the same visit, the petition also says Taylor got upset after reading social media messages and stormed out of the home. DCFS claims she told caseworkers she wasn't suicidal, but they "should know who killed her if she ends up dead because she felt no one believes her."

'90 Day Fiancé' star Armando Niedermeier-Rubio is still waiting for a source of his daughter Hannah's brain bleed ... and in the meantime, TMZ has learned new details about her condition.

Armando's husband, Kenny Niedermeier, tells TMZ ... Hannah has bleeding in the middle or her brain and she's undergoing a battery of tests at a hospital in Phoenix.

Luckily, Kenny says the bleed "doesn’t seem active, which is a good sign of [it] not getting worse."

As we reported ... Kenny rushed to be by Hannah's side Thursday after Armando was declined entrance into the United States from his home country of Mexico despite his daughter's ICU stay.

Screenshots or it didn't happen? Gleb Savchenko says he's got 'em ... at least when it comes to his child custody war with his ex-wife.

The "Dancing with the Stars" pro says he has hard proof in his emergency custody battle with Elena Samodanova over daughters Olivia and Zlata... dropping screenshots he says prove she traveled to Moscow with their youngest daughter without his consent.

Gleb filed docs with the alleged proof ... one screenshot appears to show Elena's phone location pinging in Moscow ... while another captures a WhatsApp conversation with his law firm in which she allegedly says she arrived in Russia for a family funeral. Gleb claims the messages also confirm their youngest was with her.
