Elena Samodanova blasted Gleb Savchenko's attempt at gaining custody of their daughter straight from the jump … according to a text she sent his lawyer.

TMZ obtained a screenshot of a message Elena sent Gleb's lawyer, Mark H. Karney, where she basically tells him to screw off.

Bravo star Lisa Vanderpump is firing back at the handyman who claims he was severely injured at her Beverly Hills mansion ... she says he's to blame, not her.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the 'Vanderpump Rules' star denies all claims that she was responsible for the alleged injury Eric Nieto says he suffered in November 2023 when he was working at her 8,801-square-foot $14 million estate.

Lisa argues Eric was negligent and caused his own injuries by being careless. The reality star adds that if there was a dangerous condition, it was very obvious to anyone at the home.

Ahead of the service, Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi were spotted boarding a private jet to San Diego alongside Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet.

Dorit's powerhouse lawyer, Samantha Spector, filed bombshell court docs denying PK's claims that she has been spending big on designer clothes, while ignoring mortgage payments. 

The reality star said PK is the one who failed to pay the bills after promising to do so. She said PK moved out of their marital home in May 2024 … and agreed to pay the mortgage and other expenses in lieu of paying formal child support.

She said she only learned the mortgage wasn't being paid when foreclosure notices started coming in.

The Kardashian-Jenner family is celebrating its late matriarch, Mary Jo -- known as MJ -- on what would have been her 92nd birthday.

Kris Jenner marked her late mother's birthday Sunday with an Instagram carousel filled with family photos from over the years, writing ... "Happy Heavenly Birthday Mommy. I love you."

Ex-NFL star Marcellus Wiley's estranged wife, Annemarie Wiley, claims he violated a court order by coming within a few yards of her at an event they both attended … TMZ has learned. 

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Annemarie claims Marcellus came to their son's tournament on July 8, despite being served with paperwork for a temporary restraining order. The former 'RHOBH' star claims Marcellus came within 15 to 20 feet of her.

Annemarie took photos of Marcellus at the event and submitted them as evidence. She said he also called her, which is against the court order. 

Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen's legal beef has just taken another bizarre turn ... because a police officer used a tactic many civilians are using these days when they don't know the answer to something -- consulting ChatGPT.

Here's the deal ... when Dakota and his roommate, Timothy Cru Eaton, called police on June 5, Bluffdale Police Officer Chad Cady responded ... and, according to 2KUTV, it didn't take him long to seek answers from artificial intelligence.

Cops say Dakota told them he thought Taylor hired a private investigator to tail him ... a potential violation of a protective order in place which prohibits Taylor from directly or indirectly stalking Dakota.

Officers say they spoke to a man named Christopher Gulbraa -- a private investigator -- who quickly became cagey ... refusing to tell officers who hired him or who he was tailing.

At this point, body cam footage shows Cady whip out his phone and ask ChatGPT if a private eye could violate a protective order.

Armando Niedermeier-Rubio is still having visa issues as his daughter, Hannah, remains stateside as doctors try to figure out how she ended up with a brain bleed, TMZ has learned.

The '90 Day Fiancé' star's husband, Kenny Niedermeier, tells TMZ ... Armando's still waiting for his visa extension ... and he has to head for the border on Sunday to find out if it went through.

Kenny says Armando has to fully cross the border just to turn around and meet with U.S. Border Patrol ... who will tell him whether or not his extension was approved.

Kim Zolciak's boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, claims his estranged wife wasn't telling the truth about her relationship with Kim's estranged husband, Kroy Biermann ... and now he's asking a judge to keep the former NFL star away from his kids.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Kyle says Jillian Green testified during a deposition in their divorce that she and Kroy were "just friends" and had only met once and weren't continuing to talk.

Kyle says Jillian also testified she didn't expect to have an ongoing relationship with Kroy and had no plans of having him around her children.

But months later, Kyle claims he found Kroy's vehicle parked outside the family's home while their kids were there. He also says text messages produced during the divorce show Jillian communicated with Kroy far more than she admitted under oath.
