In new court documents, obtained by TMZ, a judge ruled against the reality TV stars, granting Ally Bank the right to repossess their Range, after the bank sued BB and KZ in December for failing to meet the terms of their sales agreement.

The judge issued the order Wednesday ... making the 2019 vehicle immediately available for repossession.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the Netflix star -- who's been on the show for a few seasons now -- Lazkani filed for divorce against her husband Jeff Lazkani ... and she's citing irreconcilable differences as the official reason.

Per the paperwork, Chelsea doesn't seem to know the exact date of separation -- marking it as TBD -- but one thing she does know for sure is that she's ready to throw in the towel.

10:42 AM PT -- Clements Design Inc. -- Kim's go-to design team -- tells TMZ ... "This issue was brought to our attention over a year ago. We communicated with the Judd Foundation’s counsel and explained to them in no uncertain terms that there were obvious key differences between the tables and chairs in Kim’s office and the Judd Foundation’s tables and chairs."

They add, "The Judd Foundation’s prior counsel acknowledged these differences and since then, we have not heard from them in over a year, and are now being blindsided with a lawsuit. Efforts were made to resolve this issue amicably at the time and the Judd Foundation was unwilling to settle on reasonable terms. These claims have absolutely no merit."

Kim Kardashian is being sued by the estate of a renowned artist, which claims she promoted a bunch of furniture she claims he made ... but none of it was his.

The Estate of Donald Judd -- an artist famous for sculptures and uniquely designed pieces, including furniture -- alleges a video Kim posted in 2022 where she gave a tour of her SKKN office ... highlighted a table and a set of chairs she bragged were Judd originals.

Rachel Lindsay -- who made history as the first Black lead in the 'Bachelorette' franchise back in 2017 -- tells TMZ she's beyond thrilled about the announcement ... 'cause from her view, the show having an Asian in the driver's seat is beyond meaningful and necessary.

With that said, Rachel isn't really patting ABC on the back too much -- noting it took over 20 years to make this happen, and indirectly pushing the idea that true love can only look one way.
